The issue of developing the professional competence of teachers is one of the priorities in the Kazakhstani education system. One of the most significant challenges in the context of improving abilities is increasing students' motivation.  This study aims to examine the role of motivation in shaping future primary school teachers' professional competence. The methods of multivariate correlation analysis, a method for finding structure diagrams of motives and their integral subsystems with their subsequent analysis were used to conduct the study. The research was conducted at the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda University (Kyzylorda, Kazakhstan). A sample of 57 participants was used for the study. The majority of respondents were female (92.36%) and male (7.64%). According to the study, it has been found that the main reason for studying among students is to receive vocational training in order to find a good and well-paid job which provides the opportunity to use personal abilities and receive higher education in their specialty. Following the findings of this study, practical recommendations are offered to increase student motivation as a factor in developing professional competence.  The developed assessment-criteria diagnostic tools can be used in pedagogical monitoring in universities and in advanced training courses for teachers

The current work presents an architectural, structural and geotechnical review of a four-star Hotel and Convention Center “Premium”, construction of which is strategically chosen to be conducted on the left bank of Ishim River in Astana. The structure is designed to accommodate 153 top-quality comfortable guest rooms, fitness center, conference hall, auditorium, restaurant and many other provisions. The building is projected to answer the world class requirements in terms of service level and comfort, in the meantime offering democratic prices. The territory under the main 12-story building is 30 by 30 meters, with the vast first floor occupying a territory of 50 by 60 meters beneath the main building. The hotel territory includes secure parking places and attractively landscaped environment. Architectural drawings were developed in accordance with Construction Norms and Rules of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The final part of the paper estimates the cost and feasibility of the project, presents a thorough WBS and construction activities. The hotel is planned to recover all the investment costs in eleven and a half years

    DFT studies of BaTiO3

The structure of stable phases is investigated using first-principle calculations based on the functionals: LDA, GGA and newly developed general-purpose heavily constrained and appropriately normalized meta-GGAfunctional (SCAN). The purpose of this study is to theoretically study the atomic displacements and band gap of the cubic, tetragonal, orthorhombic, rhombohedral perovskite phases for the comparison LDA, GGA-PBE and meta-GGA functionals using the density functional theory method. The obtained data of the density of states (DOS) showed that the values of the band gap energies are underestimated, and the DOS values show that the upper part (valence band) mainly consists of O 2p orbitals, the lower part (conduction band) consists of Ti 3d orbitals. The rhombohedral phase has a mixed composition of Ti states in the conduction band with a greater degree of 3dz2 than 3dxy. The values of the energies of the band gap (Egap) and the density of states show reasonable agreement with experimental and theoretical data. The LDA functional and, to a lesser extent, the GGA - PBE functional can also provide fairly accurate information about atomic displacements in these crystals. The values calculated by the SCAN functional do not differ much from the GGA and LDA functionals

This research investigates the theoretical and practical issues related to the theoretical analysis of the problem of developmental teaching technologies, characterizes the main goals of developmental teaching, specifies the hypothesis, selects the content of education, determines the features of the development of critical thinking in students, and studies in detail such pedagogical technologies as portfolio, pedagogical workshops, and game technologies. The research gives a concrete methodological description of the methods of various technologies: developing critical thinking through reading and writing, portfolio, pedagogical workshops, and game technologies, which will allow using the tried and tested experience as a theoretical and practical framework in various pedagogical cultures. The theoretical analysis and generalization of experience of implementing effective technologies in the pedagogical process found that the formation of the main concepts in students in each academic subject takes place in a spiral-shaped manner – from the center to the periphery, where the center is occupied by the abstract and general notion of the formed concept, which is concretized on the periphery, enriched with individual notions, and thus transformed into a scientific and theoretical concept
