    The problem of off label drug use in pediatrics: pediatricians and parents survey results

    LLC Novartis Pharma, Moscow, Russian Federation Abstract. The problem of off-label use is still unsolved during the pharmacotherapy in children. In connection with the above, the need to stimulate the conduct of specially organized clinical studies, the purpose of which will be to evaluate the efficacy and safety of using drugs in children in different age groups, becomes evident. However the complexity of the organization of clinical studies in pediatrics is associated not only with regulatory aspects but also with lack of understanding of the importance of these studies by pediatricians and parents. The authors conducted a study aimed at finding out the frequency of off-label prescriptions in the Russian Federation in pediatric practice and doctors’ and parents’ attitude to this kind of use of medications. The study has shown the evidence that the off-label prescription practice is widely-used in healthcare in Russia and is routine for most respondents. The highest frequency of off-label prescriptions is observed in the group of children from 0 to 5 years. The majority of physicians and parents don’t consider themselves responsible for popularization of clinical trials which indicates that this problem should be widely discussed in the society.     We investigate the orbital stability of a test particle motion in the restricted three-body problem where all bodies have their own rotation. We have shown that it is possible to get some insight into the stability properties of the motion of test particles in restricted three-body problem, without knowing the exact solutions of the relativistic motion equations. © The Authors, published by EDP Sciences, 2018

    Dilatonic dyon-like black hole solutions in the model with two Abelian gauge fields

    Dilatonic black hole dyon-like solutions in the gravitational 4d model with a scalar field, two 2-forms, two dilatonic coupling constants λi0\lambda _i \ne 0, i=1,2i =1,2, obeying λ1λ2\lambda _1 \ne - \lambda _2 and the sign parameter ε=±1\varepsilon = \pm 1 for scalar field kinetic term are considered. Here ε=1\varepsilon = - 1 corresponds to a ghost scalar field. These solutions are defined up to solutions of two master equations for two moduli functions, when λi21/2\lambda ^2_i \ne 1/2 for ε=1\varepsilon = - 1. Some physical parameters of the solutions are obtained: gravitational mass, scalar charge, Hawking temperature, black hole area entropy and parametrized post-Newtonian (PPN) parameters β\beta and γ\gamma . The PPN parameters do not depend on the couplings λi\lambda _i and ε\varepsilon . A set of bounds on the gravitational mass and scalar charge are found by using a certain conjecture on the parameters of solutions, when 1+2λi2ε>01 +2 \lambda _i^2 \varepsilon > 0, i=1,2i =1,2
