Towards Understanding Egyptian Arabic Dialogues
Labelling of user's utterances to understanding his attends which called
Dialogue Act (DA) classification, it is considered the key player for dialogue
language understanding layer in automatic dialogue systems. In this paper, we
proposed a novel approach to user's utterances labeling for Egyptian
spontaneous dialogues and Instant Messages using Machine Learning (ML) approach
without relying on any special lexicons, cues, or rules. Due to the lack of
Egyptian dialect dialogue corpus, the system evaluated by multi-genre corpus
includes 4725 utterances for three domains, which are collected and annotated
manually from Egyptian call-centers. The system achieves F1 scores of 70. 36%
overall domains.Comment: arXiv admin note: substantial text overlap with arXiv:1505.0308
MAX-consensus in open multi-agent systems with gossip interactions
We study the problem of distributed maximum computation in an open
multi-agent system, where agents can leave and arrive during the execution of
the algorithm. The main challenge comes from the possibility that the agent
holding the largest value leaves the system, which changes the value to be
computed. The algorithms must as a result be endowed with mechanisms allowing
to forget outdated information. The focus is on systems in which interactions
are pairwise gossips between randomly selected agents. We consider situations
where leaving agents can send a last message, and situations where they cannot.
For both cases, we provide algorithms able to eventually compute the maximum of
the values held by agents.Comment: To appear in the proceedings of the 56th IEEE Conference on Decision

Solution of Partial Integro-Differential Equations by Double Elzaki Transform Method
Partial integro-differential equations (PIDE) occur naturally in various fields of science, engineering and social sciences. The main purpose in this paper for solving  partial integro-differential equations (PIDE) by using double Elzaki transform , we convert the proposed PIDE  to an algebraic equation , Solving this algebraic equation & applying double inverse Elzaki transform we obtain the exact solution . Keywords Double Elzaki transform, Inverse Elzaki transform, Partial integro-differential equation, Partial derivatives
On The Relationship Between Aboodh Transform and New Integral Transform " ZZ Transform"
In this paper we discusses some relationship between Aboodh transform and the new integral transform called ZZ transform, we solve first and second order ordinary differential equations with constant and non-constant coefficients , using both transforms ,and showing ZZ transform is closely connected with Aboodh transform. Keywords: Aboodh Transform, ZZ Transform, Differential equation
An Application of New Transform " Mahgoub Transform" to Partial Differential Equations
In this paper .The Mahgoub Transform of partial derivatives is derived, and its applicability demonstrated using five different partial differential equations. In this paper we find the particular solutions of these equations. The result reveals that the proposed method is very efficient, simple and can be applied to linear and nonlinear problems. Keywords: Mahgoub Transform-Partial Differential Equations- wave equation- heat equatio
Solving Ordinary differential equations with variable coefficients
ZZ transform, whose fundamental properties are presented in this paper, is still not widely known, nor used, ZZ transform may be used to solve problems without resorting to a new frequency domain . In this paper, we use ZZ Transform to solve Ordinary Differential equations with variable coefficients. The result reveals that the proposed method is very efficient, simple and can be applied to linear and nonlinear differential equations
FLC based on static var compensator for power system transient stability enhancement
Transient Stability is the capability of a system to be able to return to its normal state after experiencing large disturbances. The static var compensator (SVC) is a shunt device of the flexible AC transmission systems (FACTS) family using power electronics to improve transient stability in power system. For the SVC control, it is usually used a PI controller, although PI controller is simpler and cheaper but not suitable when power system is subjected to transient stability since power system become non-linear system. In order to overcome this problem, the PI controller combined with Fuzzy controller is designed. Two types of faults were considered for this study to examine the effect of the fuzzy-SVC controller on system transient stability, the proposed fault types are single line to ground fault and three lines to ground fault. The performance and behavior of the designed fuzzy controller compared with that of the conventional PI controller in term of terminal voltage, rotor angle, and transmission line active power
