Efektivitas Pemberdayaan Guru Sekolah Unggul Di Kota Sabang

: Teacher empowerment is an effective strategy to produce professional teachers in islands area. This study aimed to obtain about the effectiveness of teacher empowerment in excellent schools of Sabang City. This study used qualitative approach and descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interview, and documentation study. Subjects of the study were principals, school committees, head of education agency, and local government. The data was analysed through data reduction, display, decision taking, and verification. The results of the study showed that: (1) teacher empowerment in excellent schools in Sabang City was prepared based on need assessment, ability to solve teacher's problems in the field, and stakeholders' support, (2) the implementation of teacher empowerment in excellent schools of Sabang City has met the criteria of the implementation of an activity and it has implemented various strategies, (3) the local government and all related parties in the development of excellent schools in Sabang City had a high commitment to improve the education quality in Sabang City, and (4) teacher empowerment system implemented was the system that has been existed in the schools such as providing training, activating teacher professional development networks (MGMP), conducting effective learning supervision, giving opportunity for teachers to obtain a higher education and supporting teachers to participate in scientific meetings

Kemampuan Guru Bersertifikasi dalam Pengelolaan Pembelajaran di SMA Negeri 1 Mutiara Kabupaten Pidie

Program sertifikasi guru adalah suatu upaya untuk meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam pengelolaan pembelajaran yang berkualitas sehingga dapat meningkat kan mutu pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapat gambaran tentang kemampuan guru yang telah lulus sertifikasi dalam: 1) Menyusun Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP); 2) Melaksanakan pembelajaran; dan (3) Melaksanakan evaluasi proses dan hasil pembelajaran. Dengan menggunakan metode deskripsif, pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, subjek penelitian guru-guru yang telah lulus sertifikasi dan Kepala Sekolah pada SMA Negeri 1 Mutiara Kabupaten Pidie, analisis data dengan pola kualitatif, penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil: (1) Kemampuan menyusun (RPP) guru-guru yang sudah bersertifikasi sudah cukup baik, mereka menyusun RPP sesuai dengan petunjuk yang ditetapkan, (2) Kemampuan guru yang bersertifikasi dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran ternyata cukup baik, mereka mengikuti prosedur pelaksanaan yang ditetapkan dan sesuai dengan kurikulum yang berlaku, (3) Kemampuan guru bersertifikasi dalam lakukan evaluasi proses dan hasil pembelajaran juga sudah baik. Namun demikian meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran yang berkualitas sekolah tetap melakukan berbagai upaya, seperti memanggil para tutor untuk pelatihan menganalisa butir soal, melaksanakan MGMP, mengirim guru untuk mengikuti penataran bidang studi

Supervisi Akademik Pengawas untuk Meningkatkan Kemampuan Pedagogik Guru pada SMK Negeri 1 Mesjid Raya Aceh Besar

Supervisi akademik adalah bantuan profesional yang diberikan oleh supervisor kepada guru untuk meningkatkan kompetensinya agar ia mampu mengembangkan proses pembelajaran yang lebih berkualitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan data tentang 1) Perencanaan supervisi akademik yang disusun oleh pengawas, 2) Pelaksanaan supervisi akademik oleh pengawas dan (3) Tindak lanjut hasil supervisi akademik oleh pengawas. Dengan mempergunakan metode deskriptif, pendekatan kualitatif, teknik pengumpulan data wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi, subjek penelitian pengawas, kepala sekolah, dan guru-guru di SMK Negeri 1 Mesjid Raya, dan analisis kualitatif, penelitian ini menunjukkan hasil: 1) Perencanaan supervisi akademik yang disusun oleh pengawas sudah sesuai dengan prosedur yang ditetapkan, 2) Pelaksanaan supervisi akademik oleh pengawas sudah efektif baik dilihat dari teknik yang digunakan, maupun prosedur pelaksanaannya, (3) Tindak lanjut hasil supervisi akademik yang dilaksanakan pengawas dapat membantu guru mengatasi masalah yang dialaminya. Disarankan agar pola pelaksanaan supervisi akademik yang dilaksanakan pengawas pada SMKN hendaknya dipertahankan terus karena dapat meningkatkan kompetensi pedagogik guru

Analisis Kebijakan Pendidikan Keluarga Dalam Memantapkan Perilaku Moral Anak Di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah

: Children's moral behavior is influenced by formal and non-formal education. The system of education is also influenced by educational policy. Formulation, implementation of educational policy needs to be evaluated for being appropriate to the objective of education. This research aimed to find out the implementation of educational policy, which included: 1) Program of family education, 2) Implementation of educational policy, and 3) Educational obstacles for improving children's moral behavior in Aceh Tengah District. The research used a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were conducted through interview, documentation and observation. The subjects of research were Head of Education Ministry in Aceh Tengah District and society figure. From the research results, it was found that there was no one of government policy which was established into regional government regulations (qanun) about children's moral education, and many family education programs were still run based on parents experience by generation to generation. For children's moral education out of school time, a regional government issued appeals of reading Al Quran after magrib and activating communal Quran reading. The obstacles of family education in Aceh Tengah were that unequal parental education and weak economy so that children's development was given over to education institutions. There were no programmed, detailed socialization and society mapping,and the role of society in educating a generation had already been decreased since it was oriented materials. It is recommended that a program of family education about children's moral should be formulated to be a regional policy by involving all stakeholders

Kualitas Pelayanan Perpustakaan Digital pada SMA Negeri 2 Banda Aceh

Pengelolaan perpustakaan digital di sekolah, harus memperhatikan pentingnya kualitas pelayanan sebagai kriteria untuk menjamin pengguna layanan agar terus-menerus menjadikan perpustakaan digital sebagai sumber pencarian informasi, buku-buku elektronik sekolah dan dokumen digital lain. Yang terjadi pada saat ini, pengembangan dan pengelolaan perpustakaan digital belum menjamin adanya kualitas layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas layanan perpustakaan digital. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan tujuan mendeskripsikan kualitas pelayanan perpustakaan digital. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data penelitian adalah pedoman wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan perpustakaan digital di SMA Negeri 2 Banda Aceh pada saat ini belum di kelola sesuai dengan kriteria kualitas layanan. Pengembangan dan pengelolaan perpustakaan digital tersebut disarankan agar memperhatikan sumber daya manusia sebagai pengelola, sehingga dapat menjamin adanya kualitas pelayanan pada perpustakaan digital sekolah

Pelaksanaan Supervisi Manajerial Pengawas Sekolah Pada Sekolah Menengah Atas Swasta Di Kota Banda Aceh

: The school supervisor is one of the elements that have an important role in improving the quality of education through an increase in the ability of school personnel working in the management of the school administration. This study aimed to get an idea of the implementation of managerial supervision on Private High School Banda Aceh. By using descriptive research methods, qualitative approach, and data collection techniques such of observation, interviews and documentation. Research subjects to the school supervisors, headmaster, and staff at private high school in Banda Aceh. The results of research have been analyzed qualitatively show that: The school supervisors has prepared supervision program together at the beginning of the school year, coordinated by the Supervisory Coordinator, organized program assessment results-oriented, monitoring and coaching from previous year. Managerial supervision carried out by applying a procedure that starts with pre supervision activities through coordination and socialization to target schools (sekolah binaan). Furthermore, the scope of supervision is started with the performance appraisal headmaster, teachers and educational staff focused on the management of the school administration. Monitoring activities are directed at the implementation of eight National Education Standards (NES). While development activities directed to school management in order to work in accordance with their duties and functions. Obstacles of implementation managerial supervision is supervisors\u27s own self and from the field, namely: supervisors has not been uniform level of understanding, number of supervisors is not comparable with the number of schools that fostered. Obstacles in the field, namely; number of administrative staff of the school is not sufficient. Based on the research results, it is suggested that the implementation of managerial supervision implemented more intensively to improve job skills

Kreativitas Guru Pai Dalam Pengembangan Bahan Ajar Di Madrasah Aliyah Jeumala Amal Lueng Putu

: Creativity is a key of successful teaching that oriented to the effectiveness of learning process, the achievement of leaning goals, and the optimal education. This study aimed to observe the process of developing teaching materials done by the teachers in learning process in Jeumala Amal Islamic Senior High School of Lueng Putu, where the conceptual teaching materials was a supportive facility in optimizing the learning and education process to achieve the goals expected. To achieve the aim, this study used qualitative approach. Techniques of data collection used were interview, observation, and documentation study. Subjects of this study were principal, vice principal, and teachers. The results of the study described that (1) the teachers tended to have creativity to develop teaching materials in learning process of Islamic Education (PAI) in Jeumala Amal Islamic Senior High School of Lueng Putu. The creativity could be seen from the variation of teaching materials developed, which came from teachers' own creativity, school library, bookstore, related department's aid, or websites. The teaching materials used with their various intensity of use and quality included books, pictures, brochures, mock-up, cassette, and CD; and (2) the effort done by the teachers in developing teaching materials were trying to design and be creative to produce and use teaching materials needed based on the material and sub-material of PAI scope
