    Analisis Pelayanan Resep Konvensional Dan Elektronik Serta Pengaruhnya Terhadap Kualitas Pelayanan Kefarmasian Di RSUD M.Natsir Solok Tahun 2019

    Rumah Sakit wajib memberikan pelayanan yang berkualitas sesuai dengan Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) yang telah di tetapkan. Upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah sakit dapat dilakukan dengan penerapan peresepan elektronik. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kualitas pelayanan kefarmasian antara peresepan konvensional dan peresepan elektronik. Desain penelitian adalah observasional analitik dengan rancangan cross sectional study. Sampel berjumlah 431 resep diambil dengan teknik random sampling. Uji statistik pada variabel waktu tunggu dan kepuasan pasien yaitu uji t–independen sedangkan variabel kesalahan pemberian obat dan kesesuaian resep dengan formularium digunakan uji chi_square dengan tingkat kemaknaan 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat perbedaan waktu tunggu (p value:0,000), kepuasan pasien (p value:0,000) dan kesesuaian resep dengan formularium (p value:0,000) antara peresepan elektronik dengan peresepan konvensional. Namun tidak terdapat perbedaan kejadian kesalahan pemberian obat antara peresepan elektronik dengan peresepan konvensional (p value:0,063). Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan kefarmasian pada peresepan elektronik lebih baik dibandingkan dengan peresepan konvensional. Pimpinan dan manajerial RSUD M.Natsir hendaknya mengimplementasikan peresepan elektronik ini pada instalasi rawat jalan dan rawat inap sehingga kualitas pelayanan kefarmasian dapat ditingkatkan.     INTRODUKSI TEKNOLOGI PENGOLAHAN GULA SEMUT PADA KSU-ED TABEK, KABUPATEN SOLOK

    Permintaan produk gula tebu yang berfluktuasi dan hanya tinggi ketika bulan tertentu saja, mendorong perlunya diversifikasi produk untuk meningkatkan pendapatan anggota KSU-ED Tabek. Solusi yang ditawarkan oleh tim pelaksana kegiatan PKM adalah menyediakan teknologi pengolahan gula semut yang menggunakan mesin kristalisator, mesin pengering, dan mesin penepung. Kegiatan introduksi dilaksanakan dalam bentuk ceramah dan demonstrasi tentang cara kerja dan perawatan mesin-mesin pengolahan gula semut, proses pembuatan gula semut, teknologi pengemasan dan diskusi. Selama pelaksanaan kegiatan introduksi, anggota KSU-ED Tabek memperlihatkan partisipasi yang aktif. Mitra juga menyediakan sarana dan prasarana dalam transfer ilmu pengetahuan, teknologi dan keterampilan. Untuk meningkatkan tampilan produk gula semut yang diproduksi oleh anggota KSU-ED Tabek, maka tim PKM juga memberikan pengetahuan dan praktek mengenai pengemasan dan pelabelan pada produk. Kegiatan introduksi berjalan dengan baik dan lancar, sehingga mitra mempunyai kemampuan dalam menggunakan teknologi untuk memproduksi gula semut dengan berbagai rasa dan aroma serta kemasan yang menarik bagi konsumen. The team of PKM offers a solution by providing cane sugar processing technology using a crystallizer, drying machine, and disk mill. The introduction activity was carried out in the form of lectures and demonstrations on how to process and maintain granulated cane sugar processing machines and the process of making granulated cane sugar, packaging technology, which was followed by a discussion. During the introduction activities, members of KSU-ED Tabek showed active participation. They also provide facilities and infrastructure for transferring knowledge, technology, and skills. To improve the appearance of granulated cane sugar products, the PKM team also includes knowledge and practice regarding packaging and labeling the products. The KSU-ED Tabek members could use technology to produce granulated cane sugar with various flavors and aromas and attractive packaging for consumers.     ABSTRAK Adrizal (1010742004) Tradisi Bararak Pada Upacara Perkawinan DiKenagarian Sungai Nanam Kabupaten Solok (Dokumentasi, Analisis Makna, dan Nilai) Nagari Sungai Nanam Kecamatan Lembah Gumanti Kabupaten Solok, memiliki beberapa upacara adat, salah satunya tradisi bararak pada upacara perkawinan. Upacara ini merupakan salah satu acara yang terpenting dalam kehidupan masyarakat tradisi nagari ini. Kegiatan upacara adat ini terkait dengan makna dan nilai baik bagi pribadi marapulai (pengatin laki-laki) dan anak daro (pengantin perempuan), maupun kelompok keluarga besar kedua belah pihak. Melalui studi kepustakaan dan disertai dengan studi di lapangan. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan analis data yang dilakukan secara deskriptif, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan bararak pada upacara perkawinan merupakan hal yang sangat penting di Sungai Nanam.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan multimedia pembelajaran pada materi kelarutan dan hasil kali kelarutan (Ksp) menggunakan konteks nanofiltrasi yang dikonstruksi untuk meningkatkan literasi sains siswa SMA. Penelitian ini mengacu pada Model Rekonstruksi Pendidikan khususnya komponen pertama, Klarifikasi dan Analisis Konten Sains, dimana struktur konten sains (kelarutan dan hasil kali kelarutan) diolah melalui proses elementarisasi dan konstruksi menjadi struktur konten pembelajaran (konten kelarutan dan hasil kali kelarutan yang diperkaya konteks nanofiltrasi) yang accessible bagi siswa SMA. Penambahan konteks ke dalam konten sains bertujuan untuk meningkatan literasi sains siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dituangkan dalam langkah-langkah konstruksi dan karakterisasi konten dan konteks, angket penilaian guru dan angket tanggapan siswa. Hasil penelitian adalah: (1) Konstruksi yang sesuai dengan konteks kelarutan dan hasil kali kelarutan dengan konteks nanofiltrasi (berupa teks dasar) direpresentasikan ke dalam multimedia pembelajaran dengan bahasa yang singkat, padat dan jelas tanpa mengurangi makna. (2) Karakteristik multimedia pembelajaran kelarutan dan hasil kali kelarutan (ksp) dengan konteks nanofiltrasi mengikuti tahapan-tahapan pembelajaran STL, dan karakteristik multimedia ini adalah khas untuk konteks nanofiltrasi. (3) Berdasarkan hasil angket penilaian guru, bahwa multimedia pembelajaran dinilai dari segi desain instruksional pembelajaran telah memenuhi prinsip proses pembelajaran dengan baik, kriteria prinsip pembelajaran meliputi aspek meningkatkan perhatian, menginformasikan tujuan pembelajaran, merangsang pengetahuan awal siswa, menampilkan isi, menyediakan panduan belajar, meningkatkan kinerja dan mengukur hasil belajar dinilai baik serta aspek menyediakan umpan balik dinilai baik, (4) Hasil ujicoba terbatas menunjukkan bahwa hampir seluruh siswa (74,7%) termotivasi belajar dengan menggunakan multimedia pembelajaran yang dikembangkan. Hampir seluruh siswa (76,2%) dapat mengontrol multimedia pembelajaran dengan baik dan memberikan tanggapan yang baik terhadap multimedia pembelajaran. This study aims to produce a multimedia learning in material solubility and solubility product (Ksp) using nanofiltration context constructed to improve the scientific literacy of high school students. This study refers to the Model Reconstruction of Education in particular the first component, Clarification and Analysis of Content Science in which the structure of content science (solubility and solubility product) is processed through a process elementarisasi and construction into the structure of learning content (content solubility and solubility product enriched context nanofiltration) are accessible for high school students. The addition of context into the science content aims to improve the scientific literacy of students. The instrument used in this study measures outlined in the construction and characterization of content and the context, questionnaire assessment questionnaire responses of teachers and students. Results of the study are: (1) Construction in accordance with the context of the solubility and solubility product with nanofiltration context (in the form of basic text) are represented in a multimedia language learning with short, dense and clear without prejudice meaning. (2) Characteristics of learning multimedia solubility and solubility product (Ksp) with context nanofiltration follow the stages of learning STL, and multimedia characteristics are typical for nanofiltration context. (3) Based on the questionnaire assessment of teachers, that multimedia learning assessed in terms of instructional design of learning has met the principles of the learning process well, the criteria learning principles covering aspects of improving attention, informing the learning objectives, stimulate the knowledge beginning students, display the contents, provide study guides, improve performance and measure learning outcomes assessed as well as providing feedback aspect is considered good, (4) limited test results show that almost all students (74.7%) are motivated to learn by using multimedia learning developed. Almost all students (76.2%) can control the multimedia learning well and give a good response to multimedia learning.     Evaluation of Pineapple [Ananas comosus (L.) Merr] Waste Fermented Using Different Local Microorganism Solutions as Poultry Feed

    Background and Objective: The utilization of pineapple waste as poultry feed is limited due to the high crude fiber and water contents and the low protein content. The crude fiber content in pineapple waste can be reduced by simple fermentation using local, naturally beneficial microorganism solutions, particularly cellulolytic microorganisms. Local microorganisms can be obtained from rice waste, bamboo sprouts, banana corms, mixed fruit waste and mixed vegetable waste. Thus, this study evaluated the nutrient content of pineapple waste, particularly crude fiber content, using submerged fermentation and different local microorganism solutions from rice waste, bamboo sprouts, banana corms, mixed fruit waste and mixed vegetable waste. Materials and Methods: This experiment was performed in a completely randomized design with two factors. The first factor was different local microorganism solutions and the second factor was the fermentation duration (1, 2 and 3 weeks). Each treatment was replicated twice. Total water, dry matter, crude protein, crude fiber, soluble protein and total sugar contents, as well as the cellulase activity were measured. Results: The results showed an association (p<0.05) between the differentlocal microorganismsolutionsandthefermentationdurations onthecrudefiber, total sugar andsolubleproteincontentsof thepineapplewastefermentation product. Cellulose activity in pineapplewastewassignificantly affected by the different local microorganismsolutionsandthe fermentationduration and the different local microorganism solutions significantly affected the crude protein, water and dry matter contents (p<0.05). Conclusion: Higher total water and lower total dry matter contents of the pineapple waste fermentation product were detected using the local microorganism solution from bamboo sprouts and a higher total crude protein content were detected using the local microorganism solutions from rice waste, bamboo sprouts, mixed fruit waste and mixed vegetable waste, further a lower total crude fiber content was detected using the local microorganism solution from bamboo sprouts with a fermentation duration of 1, 2 and 3 weeks. A higher total sugar content was detected using the local microorganism solution from rice waste and a higher soluble protein content was detected using the local microorganism solution from rice waste with afermentationdurationof 1 week, usingthatfrommixedfruitwastewithafermentationdurationof 2 weeks andusingthatfrom bamboo sprouts with a fermentation duration of 3 weeks. A higher cellulase activity during pineapple waste fermentation was detected using the mixed local microorganism solutions from vegetable and mixed fruit waste. The local microorganism solution from bamboo sprouts and a fermentation duration of 1 week was the best combination for lowering the crude fiber content of pineapple waste

    AbstrakRevolusi media massa telah melahirkan media baru yang bisa disebut sebagai media sosial. Perkembangan teknologi mengantarkan masyarakat menuju globalisasi telekomunikasi media dan informatika. Kemajuan teknologi komunikasi ini sudah demikian menjamur di kalangan masyarakat, sehingga pengenalan alat elektronik telah menunjukkan intesitasnya sebagai media informasi dan telekomunikasi. Permasalahannya adalah pengaturan hukum tindak pidana penghinaan dan pencemaran nama baik melalui media sosial facebook, pelaksanaan pertanggungjawaban pidana atas tindak pidana penghinaan dan pencemaran nama baik melalui media sosial facebook serta pertimbangan hakim dalam perkara tindak pidana penghinaan dan pencemaran nama baik melalui media sosial facebook sebagaimana putusan MA No. 464 K/Pid.Sus/2018. Disimpulkan bahwa Pengaturan hukum Tindak Pidana Penghinaan dan Pencemaran Nama baik melalui media sosial facebook diatur dalam KUHP UU ITE. KUHP membedakan tindak pidana pencemaran nama baik menjadi beberapa jenis yaitu menista diatur dalam Pasal 310 ayat (1), menista dengan tulisan dalam Pasal 310 ayat (2), memfitnah dalam Pasal 311, mengadu dengan memfitnah dalam pasal 317, mengadu dengan memfitnah dalam Pasal 317. Secara khusus tindak pidana pencemaran nama baik pada Pasal 27 ayat (3) UU ITE. Sedangkan ancaman pidana terhadap pelaku Pencemaran Nama Baik dalam Pasal 45 ayat (1) UU ITE. Pertanggungjawaban pidana atas tindak pidana penghinaan dan pencemaran nama baik melaui media sosial facebook harus memenuhi unsur pertanggungjawaban menurut doktrin. Pelaku harus memenuhi unsur kemampuan bertanggungjawanb diatur dalam Pasal 44 KUHP, unsur kesalahan dalam Pasal 27 ayat (3) UU ITE, serta tidak ditemukan nya alasan pemaaf dalam Pasal 44, 48,49 ayat (2), 51 ayat (2) KUHP. Pertimbangan hakim dalam putusan No. 464 K/Pid.Sus/2018 perbuatan Terdakwa telah memenuhi unsur-unsur dalam Pasal 27 ayat (3) jo. Pasal 45 ayat (3) UU ITE, sebagaimana dakwaan kesatu, oleh karena itu Terdakwa terbukti bersalah dan dijatuhi pidana, terdapat cukup alasan untuk mengabulkan permohonan kasasi dari Pemohon Kasasi/Penuntut Umum dan membatalkan Putusan PN No. 43/Pid.Sus/2017/PN LSM. Kata Kunci: Yuridis, Penghinaan, Pencemaran, Nama Baik, Media Sosial.  AbstractThe mass media revolution has given birth to a new media that can be called social media. Technological developments lead society towards the globalization of media telecommunications and informatics. Advances in communication technology have mushroomed in the community, so the introduction of electronic devices has shown its intensity as a medium of information and telecommunications. The problem is the legal regulation of criminal acts of insult and defamation through social media facebook, implementation of criminal responsibility for criminal acts of insult and defamation through social media facebook and judges' considerations in cases of criminal acts of insult and defamation through social media facebook as the Supreme Court's decision No. 464 K/Pid.Sus/2018. It was concluded that the legal arrangement for the criminal act of insulting and defamation through social media facebook is regulated in the Criminal Code of the ITE Law. The Criminal Code distinguishes criminal acts of defamation into several types, namely blasphemy is regulated in Article 310 paragraph (1), insulting by writing in Article 310 paragraph (2), slandering in Article 311, complaining with slander in Article 317, complaining with slander in Article 317 In particular, the criminal act of defamation in Article 27 paragraph (3) of the ITE Law. Meanwhile, the criminal threat against the perpetrators of defamation in Article 45 paragraph (1) of the ITE Law. Criminal liability for criminal acts of humiliation and defamation through social media Facebook must meet the elements of accountability according to doctrine. The perpetrator must fulfill the element of accountability as regulated in Article 44 of the Criminal Code, the element of error in Article 27 paragraph (3) of the ITE Law, and no excuse for forgiveness is found in Article 44, 48.49 paragraph (2), 51 paragraph (2) of the Criminal Code. The judge's consideration in the decision no. 464 K/Pid.Sus/2018 the Defendant's actions have fulfilled the elements in Article 27 paragraph (3) jo.     Carcass Characteristics and Organ Development of Broilers Fed Fermented Pineapple Peel [Ananas comosus (L.) Merr] Waste Using a Local Microorganism Solution Derived from Bamboo Sprouts

    Background and Objective: The utilization of pineapple peel waste as poultry feed is limited due to the high crude fiber content. The poultry digestive tract does not produce cellulase, a cellulose digesting enzyme, however, cellulolytic microorganisms produce cellulase that could be used in hydrolyzing high-cellulose feed content through a fermentation method. The previous experiment showed that crude fiber content in pineapple peel waste was reduced from 24-17.16% after fermenting for 1 week with a local microorganism solution derived from bamboo sprouts. Thus, this study aims to evaluate the amount of fermented pineapple peel waste, using a local microorganism solution derived from bamboo sprouts, that could be used in a broiler diet, as well as how it effects the carcass performance and organ development of broilers. Materials and Methods: This experimentwas performed with a completely randomized design using five different amounts of fermented pineapple peel waste (0, 3, 6, 9 and 12%) in the broiler diet and each treatment was repeated four times. Body weight, abdominal fat pad percentage, carcass weight and percentage and organ development in relation to the liver, gizzard, spleen and duodenum weight were measured. Results:The inclusion of different amounts of fermented pineapple peel waste in the broiler diet did not significantly affect (p>0.05) the body weight, abdominal fat pad percentage, carcass weight and percentage, organdevelopment, suchasweightof theliver, gizzard, spleen and duodenum. Conclusion: Fermentedpineapplepeel waste using a cellulolytic local microorganism solution derived from bamboo sprouts could be used up to 12% in a broiler diet without negative effects on carcass performance and organ development
