Theoreticаl basis of sociocultural dіmension modern process of self-identification citizens of Ukraine

В статті аналізується аспект соціокультурного виміру самоідентифікації громадян України в умовах глобалізованого світу, підкреслюється значимість для цього процесу провідних ідей європейської ментальності. Методологічним підґрунтям дослідження проблеми етнонаціональної ідентифікації в сучасному глобалізованому світі є наукові розробки, пов’язані з вивченням соціально­психологічних явищ «культурної глобалізації», «локалізації», «гуманістичного менеджменту», «соціального глобалізму».Автором робиться висновок, стосовно того, що глобалізація полягає не тільки в кількісній зміні соціальних інститутів та розширенні комунікаційного простору (від етнонаціонального до загальносвітового), а й у зміні самого характеру міжособових і міжгрупових відносин.Звертається увага на соціально обумовлену потребу в формуванні нового типу особистості, яка б відповідала викликам культурної глобалізації і була спроможною, по­перше, створювати нові типи комунікацій, притаманні інформаційному суспільству, по­друге, інтегрувати різноманітний позитивний досвід світових спільнот в українське соціокультурне середовище та національний політичний простір.Підкреслюється, що, хоча етнонаціональна культура і залишається досить суттєвим підґрунтям для сучасного етапу соціалізації громадян України, але все більш помітною стає тенденція формування нової людини – учасника культуротворчого процесу. В статті аналізується аспект соціокультурного виміру самоідентифікації громадян України в умовах глобалізованого світу, підкреслюється значимість для цього процесу провідних ідей європейської ментальності. By methodological soil of research of the problem etnonational authentication in the modern globalizing world are the scientific developments, related to the study of the social­psychological phenomena of «cultural globalization», «localization», «humanistic management», «social globalism».Drawn cunclusion an author, in relation, to that globalization consists just not only in the quantitative change of social institutes and  expansion of communication space (from etnonational to world) but also in the change of the personal character and integroup relation.Attention applies on the socially conditioned requirement in forming of new type of personality, that would answer the calls of cultural globalization and was solvent, firstly, to create the new types of communications, inherent to informative society, secondly, to integrate various positive experience of world communities in the Ukrainian sociocultural environment and national political space.It is underlined that, although etnonational culture and remain sufficiently substantial soil for the modern stage of socialization citizens of Ukraine, but already a tendency becomes more noticeable forming of new man – participant of cultural­creating process
