Historical and statistical data on the development of the domestic alcoholic beverages industry
The method of historical and statistical data analysis makes it possible to identify development and characteristic patterns, both temporary and permanent, production criteria for various branches of the food industry. The application of this method made it possible to trace formation of the alcohol industry inRussiaand identify critical historical events that influenced its development. The article presents and analyzes statistical data on the production of the main types of alcoholic beverages industry since 1913

Spectral-optical Properties of Nutrient Coated Optical Fibers for Glioma Cells Growth Orientation
This study is based on the approach of guiding randomly proliferated deep lying brain tumor cells to the external surface where they could be registered and therapeutically affected. Optical fibers coated with nutrient medium (agar) act like neuro-scaffold for tumor cells growth orientation. Research of neuro-scaffold spectral-optical properties was carried out by photodiagnostics method using the model sample: the brain tissue phantom with aluminum phthalocyanine photosensitizer addition. Such neuroscaffolds conduct and allow obtaining optical signal from the deep with high accuracy, comparable to direct measurement βin contactβ with the tissue, that will provide multiple phototheranostics and monitoring of processes occurring in the brain probed area.
Keywords: Optical fibers, neuro-scaffold, photodiagnostics (PD), agar (C14H24O9), aluminum phthalocyanine (AlPc
REFLECTION OF LABOR MARKET INTERESTS AND EXPECTATIONS IN EDUCATIONAL ORDER FOR CONTEMPORARY SCHOOL
Purpose of the study: The main objective of the study was the analysis of key labor market request content for the secondary education system, the level of employers' expectations compliance and actual learning outcomes, the research of resources and partnership interaction limitations of all interesting subjects in the process of an educational order development.
Methodology: The main method was the questionnaire survey of experts (individual entrepreneurs, the heads of industrial and structural divisions) of Moscow (N = 316). The results of the expert survey showed the interest of employers in close cooperation with school in order to reflect the interests of the labor market in the educational order adequately.
Results: The most motivated group is a small business, the leaders of the lowest level in the sphere of trade and service, who directly interact with the school graduates in the process of their early start of labor activity. The experts noted the problems in the development of the social competencies among schoolchildren: excessive self-esteem, an excessive level of claims, low level of willingness to work in a team, the lack of such qualities as responsiveness and responsibility. The cooperation between school and employers is limited to traditional sponsorship practices. The interaction of employers and educational institutions is quite fragmentary, it depends on a variety of random factors (personal and situational motives), which does not ensure the stability and the effectiveness of social partnership.
Applications of this study: This research can be used for the universities, teachers, and students.
Novelty/Originality of this study: In this research, the model of Reflection of Labor Market Interests and Expectations in Educational Order for Contemporary School is presented in a comprehensive and complete manner
Features of the immune status of patients with acute coronary syndrome who underwent Π‘OVID-19, depending on the number of cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CD8+)
The 2019 coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic has had an unprecedented impact on health and economies around the world. Direct myocardial injury and cytokine storm, leading to destabilization of preexisting plaques and accelerated formation of new plaques, are two mechanisms that trigger the acute coronary syndrome in COVID-19. There is insufficient data on the immune status of patients with acute coronary syndrome who have undergone COVID-19. The aim of the study was to study T and B cell, humoral immunity depending on the number of cytotoxic T lymphocytes (CD8+) in patients with acute coronary syndrome who underwent COVID-19. Materials and methods of research: 65 men with unstable angina pectoris and acute myocardial infarction (acute coronary syndrome) from 40 to 65 years old, who had previously had COVID-19, were examined. A study of peripheral blood was carried out: complete blood count (Medonic device, Sweden), general and specific IgM, IgG, IgA, compliment fragments (Vector Best, Russia). Subpopulations of T and B lymphocytes were determined by flow cytometry. In persons with acute coronary syndrome who underwent COVID-19 with predominantly normal and elevated levels of cytotoxic T cells, a more severe course of the disease was observed: patients with acute myocardial infarction prevailed, they had longer mortality, longer treatment duration, and stent thrombosis was more common. In patients with elevated cytotoxic T cells, there was a maximum increase in erythrocytes, hemoglobin, hematocrit, lymphocytes of both the total number and subpopulations β T helpers, T-NK lymphocytes, NK lymphocytes, T lymphocytes of early and late activation, B1 and B2 lymphocytes, index of NBT-induced test. In patients with normal levels of NK cells, compared with other groups, there was an increase in spontaneous NBT activity and index, a significant decrease in C3a and C5a complement fragments. Prevalence of stent thrombosis and mortality in the group of patients with normal levels of cytotoxic T cells may indicate torpidity of the immune system in these patients with poor outcomes
Emerging FinTech market: types and features of new financial technologies
FinTech is a new and very ambitious tendency. P2P-crediting, E-wallets, Bitcoins, mPOS-acquiring, T-commerce, mobile banks - all of them refer to financial technologies that are changing our life. People can obtain any credits through special services on the Internet from other users without participation of banks, pay by credit card with mobile devices, and get information about expenses and incomes according to the card anywhere in the world. Users do not need to go to banks anymore and to spend their time for credit arrangements, currency exchange; to look for ATMs to remove cash. Purchases on the Internet can be paid not only in rubles, but also in new digital currency. FinTech projects are preferred not only by users but also by young entrepreneurs and investors.Π‘Π΅Π³ΠΎΠ΄Π½Ρ FinTech - ΡΡΠΎ Π½ΠΎΠ²ΠΎΠ΅ ΠΈ ΠΏΠ΅ΡΡΠΏΠ΅ΠΊΡΠΈΠ²Π½ΠΎΠ΅ Π½Π°ΠΏΡΠ°Π²Π»Π΅Π½ΠΈΠ΅. 2-(4-Oxo-1,3-thiazolidin-2-ylidene)acetamid as promising scaffold for designing new antifungal compounds
1,3-Thiazolidin-4-one derivatives with a exocyclic C=C double bond in position 2 of the hetero ring have a wide spectrum of biological activity, but their fungicidal activity has not been studied as much as it should be. This paper presents a simple and convenient approach for obtaining potential antifungal agents based on 2-(4-oxo-1,3-thiazolidin-2-ylidene)acetamides. The first examples of evaluating the fungicidal activity of 8 obtained compounds on 8 strains of phytopathogenic fungi are presented. A highly active compound 4e with EC50 of 0.85 and 2.29 Β΅g/mL against A. solani and P. lingam, respectively, was found to be promising for further study
