    Problems of Development and Application of Metal Matrix Composite Powders for Additive Technologies

    The paper considers the problem of structure formation in composites with carbide phase and a metal binder under self-propagating high-temperature synthesis (SHS) of powder mixtures. The relation between metal binder content and their structure and wear resistance of coatings was studied. It has been shown that dispersion of the carbide phase and volume content of metal binder in the composite powders structure could be regulated purposefully for all of studied composites. It was found that the structure of surfaced coating was fully inherited of composite powders. Modification or coarsening of the structure at the expense of recrystallization or coagulation carbide phase during deposition and sputtering does not occur

    The results of the investigation into the influence of thermomechanical treatment modes on the structure and anisotropy of mechanical properties of sheets made of the BrKh1Tsr chromium–zirconium bronze for the subsequent fabrication of current leads from them by bending. Thermomechanical treatment included quenching from 980 °C into water, cold rolling with various degrees of drafting (16 and 46 %), and age hardening at 475 °C for 3 h. Empirical dependences of ultimate strength and yield point as well as relative elongation of the sheets made of the BrKh1Tsr bronze on the degree of drafting during rolling are determined based on the results of tests for mechanical properties. It is established that the anisotropy of the rolled metal properties is insignificant and varies weakly at various treatment stages. The average grain size in the samples after various treatment varies insignificantly and constitutes 41,88–47,50 μm.Приведены результаты исследования влияния режимов термомеханической обработки на структуру и анизотропию механических свойств листов из хромоциркониевой бронзы БрХ1Цр для последующего изготовления из них токопроводов гибкой. Термомеханическая обработка включала закалку с температуры 980 °С в воду, холодную прокатку с различными степенями обжатия (16 и 46 %) и старение при 475 °С в течение 3 ч. По результатам испытаний на механические свойства определены эмпирические зависимости пределов прочности и текучести, относительного удлинения листов из БрХ1Цр от степени обжатия при прокатке. Установлено, что анизотропия свойств проката незначительна и слабо изменяется на различных стадиях обработки. Средний размер зерен в образцах после различной обработки варьируется несущественно и составляет 41,88–47,50 мкм

    Summary. The article presents the results of a study of thermophysical properties of fermented wheat raw materials used are described in this experimental method, explained the behavior of graphic curves under different external conditions, given the opportunity to use the results. Possibilities of application of physical characteristics in the design of various designs dryers. Introduced the concept of the fermented wheat feedstock described the appearance of the product and the conditions for its receipt, showing the influence of temperature and moisture on the investigational product. Shows the design of the stand to determine the thermal characteristics of the fermented wheat raw materials using the method of transient thermal regime and describes how it works. Introduced empirical regression equation adequately describe thermal characteristics. Depending on the results of the study are the coefficients of thermal conductivity, specific heat, thermal diffusivity on the moisture content and temperature. The linear dependence shows that with increasing temperature and moisture content of the physical characteristics increase

    In the pipe-rolling shop, on the site of preparation of mandrels and disc saws were the centerless turning and grinding complex VT-8 «Hetran» for repair of mandrels are used, studies have been conducted to test experienced grinding belts. The choice was based on a comparative analysis of the work of experienced grinding belts with usual industrial grinding belts. The resistance of grinding belts for one mandrel is calculated. A positive result (economic effect) was obtained by using experienced grinding belts
