Measurement of the pion formfactor with CMD-3 detector and its implication to the hadronic contribution to muon (g-2)

The cross section of the process e+eπ+πe^+e^-\to\pi^+\pi^- has been measured in the center of mass energy range from 0.32 to 1.2 GeV with the CMD-3 detector at the electron-positron collider VEPP-2000. The measurement is based on an integrated luminosity of about 88 pb1^{-1} out of which 62 pb1^{-1} constitutes a full dataset collected by CMD-3 at center-of-mass energies below 1 GeV. In the dominant region near ρ\rho-resonance a systematic uncertainty of 0.7% has been reached. The impact of presented results on the evaluation of the hadronic contribution to the anomalous magnetic moment of muon is discussed.Comment: 6 pages, 3 figure

The cross section of the process e+eπ+πe^+e^-\to\pi^+\pi^- has been measured in the center of mass energy range from 0.32 to 1.2 GeV with the CMD-3 detector at the electron-positron collider VEPP-2000. The measurement is based on a full dataset collected below 1 GeV during three data taking seasons, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of about 62 pb1^{-1}. In the dominant ρ\rho-resonance region, a systematic uncertainty of 0.7% has been reached. At energies around ϕ\phi-resonance the π+π\pi^+\pi^- production cross section was measured for the first time with high energy resolution. The forward-backward charge asymmetry in the π+π\pi^+\pi^- production has also been measured. It shows the strong deviation from the theoretical prediction based on conventional sQED framework and is in good agreement with GVDM and dispersive-based predictions. The impact of presented results on the evaluation of the hadronic contribution to the anomalous magnetic moment of muon is discussed.Comment: 52 pages, 36 figures; cosmetic changes of the text, fix fig.2 , fix comment on used selection cuts in the attached radiative correction tabl

CONVERSION PRODUCT STRUCTURE AS TOOL TO INCREASE YIELD PROCESSING ORGANIZATIONS

The authors' analysis of the performance of organizations, processing raw materials of agricultural origin, in particular, dealing with meat processing, identified the need to develop tools to increase their profitability. Unlike common approaches to assessing the profitability of the processing organizations, taking into account only the interests of the organization's leadership and buyers of products, the authors proposed and implemented a concept based on the interests of participants in the triune balance business activities: owners of capital, management organizations and consumers. As one of the tools for improving the yield of processing organizations are invited to transform their product mix of economic evaluations of profitability of each product line positions. Russian researchers income from product sales are traditionally measured by indicators such as net income, income from sales, profit margins and profitability level - in terms of return on sales. The disadvantage of using these indicators, according to the authors, is their lack of objectivity in the evaluation of the effectiveness of investment business owners. In this work was used unconventional and non-proliferation in the Russian practice, the rate of economic value added (EVA), a built - in system of profitability assortment positions. As indicators, the production of a particular product line units proposed and used two quantitative indicators - EVA level per unit of production and profitability of production (for EVA), as well as a quality parameter - the level of demand. Developed by the evaluation program transformation product structure represented as a matrix management capabilities, allowing to achieve a balance of interests of the triune main participants in business activity

Economic security of the Central Black Earth region: assessment of the state and threats

    Get PDF
Economic security qualitatively characterizes the economic system, determining its ability to maintain normal conditions for the functioning of the population, the constant provision of resources for the development of the national economy, and the consistent protection of national interests. Due to the development of contradictions both within the region and beyond, there are threats to the economic security of the region. Threats affect local economic processes, causing imbalance in the regional economy, and thus contributing to the loss of control over the stages of reproduction of the aggregate social product. To select the optimal methodology for assessing the level of economic security in the region, the authors conducted a comparative analysis of existing methods, identifying their advantages and disadvantages. An assessment of the current state of the economic security of the Central Black Earth region was carried out using the provisions of the D.V. Tretyakov’s methodology, which showed a fairly high level of economic security of all areas included in the region. The analysis of the main indicators of the Central Black Earth region development, carried out by the authors with the help of “zone theory”, made it possible to identify the main threats: a high level of property differentiation of the population; low spending on health and culture; low level of expenses for education and support of scientific potential and innovation activity; high dependence of the economy on imports; high mortality rates of the population, including infants; insufficient growth of industrial production; high growth rate of consumer prices. Based on the results of the analysis, the authors proposed recommendations for neutralizing threats and improving the economic security of the Central Black Earth region

Summary. Methodical procedures economic monitoring market position of industrial organization, particularly those relating to food production, including the 5 elements: matrix «component of business processes», matrix «materiality – efficiency», matrix «materiality – relevant», matrix emption and hindering factors matrix operation scenarios. Substantiated components assess the strengths and weaknesses of the business activities of organizations that characterize the state of internal business environment on the elements: production, organization, personnel, finance, marketing. The advantages of the matrix «materiality – relevance» consisting of 2 materiality level - high and low, and 3 directions relevance – «no change», «gain importance in the future», «lose importance in the future». Presented the contents of the matrix «scenarios functioning of the organization», involving 6 attribute levels, 10 classes of scenarios, 19 activities, including an optimistic and pessimistic. The evaluation of primary classes of scenarios, characterized by the properties of «development», «dynamic equilibrium», «quality improvement», «competitiveness», «favorable realization of opportunities», «competition resistance»

The TECHNOLOGY of Producing Biohumus and the Study of Its Qualitative Indicators

This article presents the results from the development of a technology for producing biohumus from the feces of cattle and winter wheat straw in a biodynamic fermenter. Nitrifying agents are important for soil fertility, which is dependent on the intensity of the nitrification process. This group includes aerobic cellulose-destroying microorganisms, denitrifiers and sulfate-reducing bacteria. The ratio of these groups and their composition are changing. Therefore, the study of the quantitative ratio of microbial communities involved in the formation of biohumus was of considerable scientific interest. During the microbiological analyses, a large number of microorganisms were found to be involved in the decomposition of the organic compounds. Aminoautotrophic microorganisms represented the largest physiological group of microorganisms in the biohumus. The chemical composition of the biohumus was determined during the study and a sanitary microbiological analysis was performed. The content of gross forms of elements in the humic extract was also examined. The humic extract from the biohumus was a brown liquid with 15 g / l of humic acids, 5.0 g / l of fulvic acids, and gross forms of elements (potassium, phosphorus, nitrogen). The dry matter in the biohumus was 1.0% of the total composition and contained 0.1% nitrogen, 0.03% phosphorus P2O5 and 0.01% potassium K2O. It was found that high-quality organic fertilizer can be obtained using this technology. Keywords: biohumus, humic extract, chemical composition, sanitary-microbiological analysis, organic fertilize
