The museums of science and technology (or polytechnic) highlight the process of the innovational development of the society and have their own place in the system of school-science-industry-technical culture. The innovational activity of certain regions, states or groups of states is comprised of inventions, discoveries, new products and technologies that is all that provides the development of society and its competitive advantages. The modern polytechnic museums combine not only the functions of the demonstration of the achievements of the scientific and technological progress but also training and development of new inventions. In connection with the multifunctional nature of the modern polytechnic museum architects face the challenge of the creation of the architecture with universal dimensional planning elements, with its possible transformation in the course of time. Keywords: museum; science; innovations; technology; typolog

Mn5Ge3 films are promising materials for spintronic applications due to their high spin polarization and a Curie temperature above room temperature. However, non-magnetic elements such as oxygen, carbon and nitrogen may unpredictably change the structural and magnetic properties of Mn5Ge3 films. Here, we use the solid-state reaction between Mn and GeO thin films to describe the synthesis and the structural and magnetic characterization of Mn5Ge3(Mn5Ge3Oy)-GeO2(GeOx) nanocomposite materials. Our results show that the synthesis of these nanocomposites starts at 180°С when the GeO decomposes into elemental germanium and oxygen and the resulting Ge atoms immediately migrate into the Mn layer to form ferromagnetic Mn5Ge3 nanoclusters. At the same time the oxygen atoms take part in the synthesis of GeOx and GeO2 oxides and also migrate into the Mn5Ge3 lattice to form Mn5Ge3Oy Nowotny nanoclusters. Magnetic analysis assumes the general nature of the Curie temperature increase in carbon-doped Mn5Ge3Cx and Mn5Ge3Oy films. Our findings prove that not only carbon, but oxygen may contribute to the increase of the saturation magnetization and Curie temperature of Mn5Ge3-based nanostructures

In domestic and foreign medical periodical literature, highlighting the problem of ophthalmopathology against the background of coronavirus infection, the lesion of the anterior segment of the eye is most often described. It is extremely hard to find reports about pathology of the retina, optic nerve or central parts of the visual analyzer. However, it is widely acknowledged that there is a high risk of developing coagulopathy against the background of COVID-19 infection, which leads to occlusion and thrombosis of retinal vessels, ischemic neuropathies. The problem of irreversible loss of vision due to circulatory disorders of the retinal vessels was urgent even before the wide spread of coronavirus infection due to the high prevalence of atherosclerosis, hypertension and type 1 and 2 diabetes in the population. Also, it is widely known that occlusions and thrombosis of retinal vessels can be formidable harbingers of the developing life-threatening conditions. Knowledge about the high risk of vascular ophthalmopatology against the background of a previous COVID-19 infection by the primary echelon ophthalmologists, early diagnostics and treatment of ischemic conditions of the posterior segment of the eye will reduce the frequency of irreversible vision loss due to these diseases, secondary neovascular glaucoma cases, and will also help to send patients to the multidisciplinary hospitals in a timely manner for the prevention of fatal complications of coagulopathy. The article provides a brief overview of foreign literary sources regarding the history of outbreaks of coronavirus infection in the world, as well as possible ways of damage to the organ of vision by the coronavirus. A clinical case of damage to the vascular bed of the retina in both eyes due to coagulopathy against the background of pneumonia caused by COVID-19 is presented, which is actual due to the low illumination of similarly cases

A system of two logistic equations with delay coupled by delayed control is considered. It is shown that in the case of a sufficiently large delay control coefficient the problem of the dynamics of the initial systems is reduced to studying the non-local dynamics of special families of partial differential equations that do not contain small and large parameters. New interesting dynamic phenomena were discovered on the basis of the results of numerical analysis. Systems of three logistic delay equations with two types of ”diffusion” relation were considered. Special families of partial differential equations that do not contain small and large parameters were also constructed for each of these systems. The results of the study of the original equations dynamic properties are presented. It is shown that the difference in the dynamics of the considered systems of three equations may be of a fundamental nature.

In recent years, marker-assisted selection (MAS) has been intensively used to increase potato breeding efficiency. Large-scale studies of the potato genome and genes exploiting next-generation sequence (NGS) approaches are required for broad application of MAS, genomic selection as well as genomic editing (the newest approach for creating potato with desired properties). In this review, trends in potato NGS-based research are overviewed, and related Internet resources are systematized. Special attention is given to peculiarities of the models and the approaches used in potato genetic studies, taking into account the complex organization of its genome and a high level of heterozygosity. In genetic studies diploids are used often, including diploid potato species, artificially obtained heterozygous dihaploids and homozygous double monoploids. The availability of artificially created diploid forms played an essential role in potato genome sequencing, which was completed in 2011. The Potato Genome Sequencing Consortium activities included not only constructing genome libraries, sequencing, assembling and annotation of the genome, but also genome sequence-based investigations uncovering features of potato genome evolution, SNP identification, analysis of genes and gene networks regulating resistance to phytopathogens and technological characteristics. An important outcome of the genome sequencing was further identification of more than 8 thousand SNPs and approbation of the Genotyping-by-sequencing (GBS) method on potato, which is the basis for potato genomic selection and for discovery of economically important genes using genome wide association studies (GWAS). Optimization of existing bioinformatic tools to support these studies, taking into account potato genome organization peculiarities, are carried out. This review gives analysis of databases containing potato genome and transcriptome sequencing results, as well as accompanying resources. This information should prove useful while planning comparative assays of potato transcriptome or application of DNA-markers. Sequencing of the genome as well as transcriptomes and microRNomes of cultivated potato and its wild relatives, on one hand, is of fundamental interest, assisting in detecting features of genome evolution, ontogenetic development and mechanisms of various environmental stresses responses. On the other hand, it is the basis for a wide range of practical applications for developing effective genomic and gene-specific markers and marker-assisted breeding of new potato cultivars with desired properties

A logistic equation with a delay feedback circuit and with periodic perturbation of parameters is considered. The problem parameters (a coefficient of the linear growth and a delay) are chosen close to the critical values at which a cycle is bifurcated from the equilibrium point. We assume that these values have a double-frequency relation to the time, the frequency of action being close to the doubled frequency of the natural vibration. Asymptotic analysis is performed under these assumptions and leads to a two-dimensional system of ordinary differential equations. The linear part of this system is periodic. If the parameter which defines the frequency detuning of the external action is large or small, we can apply standard asymptotic methods to the resulting system. Otherwise, numerical analysis is performed. Using the results of the numerical analysis, we clarify the main scenarios of phase transformations and find the area of chaotic oscillations. The main conclusion is that in case of parametric resonance the dynamics of the problem with double-frequency perturbation is more complicated than the dynamics of the problem with single-frequency perturbation.
