Ideals and principles of common wellbeing under social and humanistic paradigm
We attempt to specify ideals and principles of common wellbeing: saving economy, political attendance, full employment, education, equitable distribution. As a part of the study we have formulated the concept of so-called "other" society under the social-humanistic paradigm. As it was mentioned earlier, social systems can be described as open-end ones, which implies their constant interaction with environment expressed via matter, energy, and information exchange. Because of that, the functional and developmental regulations are characterized by the presence of constant alteration as well, which stipulates the high complexity of structuring valid prognoses. Subject vs. object feedback determines special peculiarities of social prognosis, namely, the ones that are capable of either self-fulfillment of self-destruction of prognostic model. In other words, the predicted future influences the actual future. In the conditions of the increasing instability and dynamics of social processes especially urgent is the problem of adequacy of innovative model. The specific feature of modern innovative processes is the fact that any information about the features of their occurrence is extremely fast becoming obsolete that, in turn, leads to the increase the gap between reality and model
Interdisciplinary competences and their status role in the system of higher professional education
The authors examine the role of interdisciplinary competences in the development of higher education on the basis of the analysis of their integrative nature, nature and characteristics. The role of monitoring and indicators in the assessment of studentsβ knowledge obtained through the use of interdisciplinary competences is revealed. The importance of interdisciplinary models by identifying the stages of implementation of practice-oriented communicative approach in teaching is exposed. The problems of interdisciplinary competences are discussed in the context of forming tolerance and minimizing risk-taking in society. Against the backdrop of youth's problems the issue of educational reform is put forward and solved from the perspective of interdisciplinary, systematic, integrity. In the authorsβ opinion, the formation of multi-disciplinary competencies, which would have formed the basis of social tolerance, is relevant to present day
Adaptation problems experienced by international students in aspect of quality management
Regulation and problems of adaptation are considered in research in aspect of high-quality management. The object of research is foreign students. Adaptation challenges a person's sense of well-being. Research defines satisfaction as a global assessment of quality of human life. This assessment is based on criteria of the person. systems; in these conditions the development of effective mechanisms of adaptation in the unstable external environment is possible on the assumption of use of co-evolutionary - innovative processes. The recommendations about the creation on the basis of these processes of effective mechanisms of adaptation of social systems to instability conditions are developed. On the basis of a systematic approach in the article explores innovative models of behavior as a way of effective adaptation of social systems in an unstable environment, based on the principle of co-evolutionary innovation. It is shown that the modern period is characterized by the growth of the dynamics and complexity of the interaction of social systems; in these conditions, the development of effective adaptation mechanisms in an unstable environment can be provided the use of evolutionary processes and innovation. To evaluate the potential use of evolutionary processes and innovation to create effective mechanisms for the adaptation of social systems in an unstable environment

Critical Role of Methylammonium Librational Motion in Methylammonium Lead Iodide (CH3NH3PbI3) Perovskite Photochemistry.
Raman and photoluminescence (PL) spectroscopy are used to investigate dynamic structure-function relationships in methylammonium lead iodide (MAPbI3) perovskite. The intensity of the 150 cm-1 methylammonium (MA) librational Raman mode is found to be correlated with PL intensities in microstructures of MAPbI3. Because of the strong hydrogen bond between hydrogens in MA and iodine in the PbI6 perovskite octahedra, the Raman activity of MA is very sensitive to structural distortions of the inorganic framework. The structural distortions directly influence PL intensities, which in turn have been correlated with microstructure quality. Our measurements, supported with first-principles calculations, indicate how excited-state MA librational displacements mechanistically control PL efficiency and lifetime in MAPbI3-material parameters that are likely important for efficient photovoltaic devices
Integrated nature of professional competence
The authors examine the essence of professional competencies determined by the modern development of higher education on the basis of analysis of their integrative nature, essence and peculiarities. It reveals the nature of the integration of personality-oriented and professional knowledge of the control and its role in the competence formation. It reveals the importance of the integrative nature of the educational process in improving the education system. In the paper, the researchers point out modular training that enables the identification of the objectives and procedures of examination, assessment of the educational process. The researchers also showed that the subjects serve as a methodological basis, serve as a guide in the educational space. It is concluded that the use of technology of bringing together the practice and theoretical education, the formation of a practice-oriented training induces a change in the methodology and content of disciplines

Scale effects in tribological properties of solid-lubricating composites made of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene filled with calcium stearate particles
Friction properties being influenced by scale effects are simulated in the paper by the example of polymer composite material made from Ultra High-Molecular Weight Polyethylenes (UHMWPE) filled by calcium stearate (C[36]H[70]CaO[4]). Of interest are the composites whose mechanical properties and tribotechnical characteristics do not depend monotonically on filler (inclusions) weight fraction. In order to describe the influence of scale effects onto frictional properties the model based on Reiss averaging (model of "weak phase") is employed. It is also suggested that when gradient elasticity theory is applicable the formal analogy between effective friction coefficient for surface heterogeneous structures and effective mechanical properties (compliances) for heterogeneous material can take place. Theoretical dependence to describe nonmonotonic change of effective friction coefficient versus filler concentration was obtained for the polymer composites under study. The suggested expressions might be useful for the sake of properties prognosis of antifriction polymeric materilas
The dependence of antihypoxic activity on the chemical structure in a series of N-(3-methyl-7-acetylmethylxanthinyl)-8-piperazine ammonium salts
The comparative investigation of the dependence of antihypoxic activity on chemical structure in a series of N-(3-methyl-7-acetylmethylxanthinyl)-
8-piperazine ammonium salts has been conducted on the model of acute atmospheric hypoxia with hypercapnia in tests on white Wistar line rats. It has
been found that among the tested compounds aminoacetic ammonium salt showed the lowest antihypoxic activity, and the highest one was shown by
N-(3-methyl-7-acetylmethylxanthinyl)-8-piperazine succinate that increased the life time of rats by 79,9% in the conditions of acute atmospheric hypoxia and exceeded by 9,2% the activity of the reference drug of mexidol. The series of N-(3-methyl-7-acetylmethylxanthinyl)-8-piperazine ammonium
salts are the promising group of organic compounds for the further synthesis and pharmacological screening for the purpose of using them as effective

Multi-wavelength observations of afterglow of GRB 080319B and the modeling constraints
We present observations of the afterglow of GRB 080319B at optical, mm and
radio frequencies from a few hours to 67 days after the burst. Present
observations along with other published multi-wavelength data have been used to
study the light-curves and spectral energy distributions of the burst
afterglow. The nature of this brightest cosmic explosion has been explored
based on the observed properties and it's comparison with the afterglow models.
Our results show that the observed features of the afterglow fits equally good
with the Inter Stellar Matter and the Stellar Wind density profiles of the
circum-burst medium. In case of both density profiles, location of the maximum
synchrotron frequency is below optical and the value of cooling break
frequency is below rays, s after the burst. Also, the
derived value of the Lorentz factor at the time of naked eye brightness is
with the corresponding blast wave size of cm. The
numerical fit to the multi-wavelength afterglow data constraints the values of
physical parameters and the emission mechanism of the burst.Comment: 8 Pages, 3 Figures, Accepted for publication to Astronomy and
