THE SETTING UP OF THE MULTIFUNCTIONAL CENTRE OF APPLIED SKILLS IN THE AUTONOMOUS ESTABLISHMENT OF REPUBLIC SAKHA (YAKUTIA) "ALDAN POLYTECHNICAL SCHOOL"

With entering of the new law about Education in the Russian Federation into force an opportunity of setting up of modern infrastructural units has appeared that are educational vocational centers, chairs and substructures of educational institutions at the enterprises, multifunctional centers of applied skills. The article is devoted to setting up the Multifunctional Centre of Applied Skills at the Autonomous Establishment of Republic Sakha (Yakutia) «Aldan Polytechnical School». It’s noticed that specialized secondary-education substructures are being formed in the whole structure of the Aldan Polytechnical school. The article says that urgent necessity of setting up such a system which is able to meet employers’ needs and provide qualified training in accordance with the development priorities of economy and society of Republic Sakha (Yakutia) is caused by modern demands. Thus, the setting up of the Multifunctional Centre of Applied Skills can help to solve the problem of further developing of vocational training and realization of social demand in Aldansky region.С вступлением в силу нового закона появилась возможность создания новых инфраструктурных единиц - учебных центров профессиональной квалификации, кафедр и структурных подразделений образовательных организаций на предприятиях, многофункциональных центров прикладных квалификаций и других. Статья посвящена формированию многофункционального центра прикладных квалификаций в АУ РС (Я) «Алданский политехнический техникум». Отмечается, что в структуре техникума создается специализированное структурное образовательное подразделение АУ РС (Я) «Алданский политехнический техникум». В статье говорится о том, что требованиями времени вызвана необходимость создания системы, способной эффективно реагировать на запросы работодателей, обеспечивать качество подготовки в соответствии с приоритетами развития экономики и общества Республики Саха (Якутия). Создание Центра решит задачу развития системы профессионального образования и выполнение социального заказа в Алданском районе

An oscillograms processing algorithm of a high power transformer on the basis of experimental data

The paper presents the studies on digital processing of oscillograms of the power transformer operation allowing determining the state of its windings of different types and degrees of damage. The study was carried out according to the authors' own methods using the Fourier analysis and the developed program based on the following application software packages: MathCAD and Lab View. The efficiency of the algorithm was demonstrated by the example of the waveform non-defective and defective transformers on the basis of the method of nanosecond pulses

IMAGES OF THE PAST AND THE PRESENT IN RUSSIAN UNIVERSITY MUSEUMS

This article examines a “double” or “two-layer” appeal to the past in Russian university museums and the formation of a special visual language in them. The first layer is an appeal to ancient images in Russian culture of the 18th -19th centuries, during the Age of Enlightenment. The second layer is the reception of it in modern culture. The author has chosen university museums as a material for the research, because at the time of their appearance they represented the most relevant and progressive ideas of the Enlightenment and today they are also significant centers of education and communication. Their developed interiors use such ancient images as architectural details and images of ancient philosophers, which was common for the 18th-19th century. The aim of the study is a description of the embedded meaning`s changing. What image of the past and the present could or should have been formed among museum visitors in the 18th -19th centuries? What image of the past and the present is being formed today? The author believes that it is productive to consider any example of the representation of the past through the considering of two points: the current concept of time and the political interest of the present in a specific period of the past. The findings of the research can be used as illustrations or examples to demonstrate the specifics of the Russian Enlightenment culture and modern culture
