Marketing Analysis of Quail Eggs in 3 Different Traditional Markets in Medan City

The demand for quail eggs in several regions of Indonesia is quite high. This study aims to determine the shape of marketing channels, marketing margins, farmer's share, marketing mix and marketing efficiency of quail eggs at three different traditional markets in Medan City. The research method used is observation and interviews with respondents using a questionnaire. Sampling was done by snowball sampling technique. The results showed that the form of marketing channels for quail eggs at three different traditional markets in Medan City, there are three channels, namely: channel 1 (Farmers - Consumers), channel 2 (Farmers - Retailers - Consumers), channel 3 (Farmers - Collectors - Retailers - Consumers). Marketing margin for quail eggs in three traditional markets, the smallest on channel 1 is Rp.0 and the largest on channel 3 is Rp.64. The highest farmer's share is on channel 1 of 100% and the lowest on marketing channel 3 is 83.91%. The product marketing mix offered is quail eggs. Prices are set by retailers. Promotion uses direct promotion. Locations for trading are spread. Distribution channels directly to consumers and through intermediaries. Supporting facilities not only sell quail eggs but other products. The most efficient marketing efficient channel 1 with a value of 0%. The most efficient forms of marketing channels, marketing margins, farmer's share and marketing efficiency are in marketing channel 1. Marketing channel 1 is free of charge and marketing institutions are involved and marketing channel 1 is found in the three traditional markets in Medan City

This study aim was finding out the effect of the internal control system, the accounting information system and the financial administration officials competence on the value of local financial reporting information at Regional Working Unit Rokan Hilir regency. The respondents were head of finance sectionand expenditure treasurer. The sample was determined by purposive sampling technique. Total of respondents in this research are 66 of respondents. The data of this research used was primary data. The method of data collection was questionnaire. The technique of data analysis was multiregression analysis using SPSS version 20.00. The result showed that the internal control system, accounting information system, and the financial administration officialcompetence an effect on the value of local financial reporting information. The coefficient of determination showed the internal control system, accounting information system, and the financial administration official competence an effecton the value of local financial reporting information amounted to 51,8% and the remaining 48,2% an effected by other variables that's not included in this study as the information technology, etc

Pengaruh Promosi dan Mutasi Jabatan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan pada Kanwil II PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Pekanbaru

This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and transfer positions to job satisfaction of employees at Kanwil II PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Pekanbaru. The population in this study were all employees who have promotions and transfers in 2013 as many as 74 people, and for the determination of the sample used census method so that the entire population sampled in this study. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 18.00. The results showed that the variable promotion has significant impact on employee job satisfaction, whereas mutation variable has no significant effect on job satisfaction of employees in Kanwil II PT. Pengaruh Komposisi Media Tanam Pada Teknik Bud Chip Tiga Varietas Tebu (Saccharum Officinarum L.)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan kombinasi akibat perlakuan komposisi media tanam dan varietas serta mendapatkan komposisi media tanam yang tepat untuk pertumbuhan bibit dengan teknik bud chip dari tiga varietas tebu (Saccharum officinarum L.). Penelitian ini telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei hingga Juli 2012 di Pusat Penelitian Gula PTPN X (Persero). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktorial dengan faktor pertama varietas dan faktor kedua komposisi media. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat interaksi antara komposisi media tanam dan varietas pada tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah ruas batang, luas daun dan bobot kering total tanaman. Pembibitan tanaman tebu pada media dengan komposisi tanah : kompos : pasir (10% : 70% : 20%) menghasilkan nilai rerata diameter batang, jumlah ruas batang, luas daun, bobot segar total tanaman dan bobot kering total tanaman lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan komposisi tanah : kompos : pasir (70% : 20% : 10%) dan (20% : 10% : 70%). Varietas PSJK 922 cocok ditanam pada media dengan komposisi tanah : kompos : pasir (10% : 20% : 70%). Sebaiknya pembibitan tebu dengan teknik bud chip ditanam pada media dengan perbandingan komposisi media tanah : pasir : kompos (10% : 20% : 70%) menggunakan varietas PSJK 922

The Influence of Strategic Alliance on Cibinong Science and Technology Park (C-STP) Performance

. Science and Technology Parks (STPs) have generated a thriving debate among academics, practitioners and policy makers on their effectiveness as instruments of innovation policy. Meanwhile, the relationship between factors including the actors involved in the implementation of STP became an obstacle. The strategic alliance is one of the management approaches that can be used to answer the question. The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of the implementation of the strategic alliance and its influence on the performance of C-STP, and examines the relationship between organizations resource availability and absorptive capacity as well as type of alliances with organizational performance. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire with 32 respondents were then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results show that collaboration and partnership is a factor to be considered to enhance the capabilities and performance of C-STP. Meanwhile, C-STP need to increase their efforts in improving internal resources is a source of competitive advantage in order to achieve superior business performance

The study aims to examine: Condition of residential settlements and morphology of slum settlements in TanjungKarang Sub-district. This research method using descriptive method. Research population 7 sub-district in TanjungKarang Center, sampling technique using purposive sample. Technique of taking data used observation, and documentation. Data analysis used descriptive analysis. The results showed: (1) Population settlements in district TanjungKarang Center divided into densely populated settlements and low population settlements, (2) Morphology Slum Area located in TanjungKarang district centerPenelitian bertujuan untuk mengkaji : Kondisi permukiman penduduk dan Morfologi permukiman kumuh di Kecamatan TanjungKarang Pusat.
