Comparison of X-ray sources on the basis of bremsstrahlung and parametric radiations
The comparative analysis of the X-ray tube and source on the basis of parametric X-ray radiation has been carried out. The parametric X-ray radiation intensity of source on the basis of compact linear accelerator with beam energy of 6 MeV and current of 100 ?A is compared with intensity of ordinary X-ray tube. The performance of slow change of parametric X-ray line energy in a wide range from 6 to 130 keV with line width of about 300 eV may provide the good contrast of received image and decreases the radiation dos

Parametric X-Ray detection in UA9 experiment
Parametric X-Ray radiation (PXR) is a phenomenon due to the interaction of charged particles inside a crystal well ordered lattice. The passage of the particles inside the potential field into the crystal causes small deflections which result in radiation emissions. By this way the emission is diffracted by the crystal planes. In this work the results of the last five years of activity on PXR detection during UA9 experiment are reported. The beam provided in H8 area, protons or Pb ions, is channeled inside different crystals and PXR emission is detected
Influence of temperature gradient on diffracted X-ray spectrum in quartz crystal
In this work characteristics of hard X-ray (with energy higher than 30 keV) were investigated. In the experiment we measured spectra of X-ray reflected by a quartz monocrystal in Laue geometry under influence of the temperature gradient. The measurements were made by the spectrometer BDER-KI-11K with 300 eV resolution on the 17.74 keV spectral line of Am241 and the spectrometer XR-100CR with 270 eV resolution on the same spectral line. An existence of temperature gradient leads to increasing of the diffracted beam intensity. The intensity was measured dependently on the temperature of one of the edge of the crystal

ANTIBACTERIAL THERAPY OF INFECTED PANCREATIC NECROSIS IN A MULTIFIELD SURGICAL HOSPITAL
The work is based, on the analysis of the results of complex conservative and surgical treatment of 50 patients with infected, forms of pancreatic necrosis, who were treated in surgical wards of Republican, hospital β 2 β Center of Emergency Medical Care of Sakha Republic (Yakutia) during the period of 2008β2011 years. During the research it became possible to adapt and improve the scheme of antibacterial therapy applied in treatment of pancreatogenic infections in a multifield surgical hospital. Carrying out of monitoring of antibacterial resistance and efficiency of antibacterial therapy substantially raised probability of a favorable outcome in treatment of patients with, pancreatogenic infection
