Dengan gambaran ya n g telah dikemukakan di atas dapatlah dikatakan bahwa. Kinerja Guru-pun akan memiliki pengaruh terhadap Produktivitas Pendidikan. Kualitas Pelayanan Publik: Studi Izin Reklame pada Badan Penanaman Modal Kota Batu
: Public Services which has been pursued by the government still get complaints from the society. The society complaints related to: quickness, accuracy, the officer ability, procedures, facilities and infrastructure, also transparency and efficiency. This issue also occurs in Batu, although the government has issued the regulation of advertisement with the Mayor Regulation No. 31 of 2009. The fact is, the advertisement which is appeared along the roadway is still a dilemma because some of them did not have the advertisement license yet. This research has a purpose to detect the Quality of the Public Services Advertisement Permit. The method used in this study is qualitative. The main data source is primary data, and supported by secondary data, with data collecting technique, through: observation, interviews and documentation, sampling technique selected through purposive sampling. The validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results obtained in this research are, the Quality of Public Services Investment Board Batu particularly on billboard/advertisement regulation are appropriate with the requirement/demands of the society. There are two factors in the quality of public services. They are the supporting and inhibiting factors. Public Service Advertisement Permits can be good quality, because the service system based on the standard Operational Services, it is supported by communication factor, facilities, and infrastructure. Although it's already at the stage of the improvement efforts, include: simplicity, security, openness, efficient and economical.

Perpindahan panas adalah proses yang sangat penting dalam dunia perindustrian. Ekonomisnya suatu proses pabrik sering ditentukan oleh keefektifan dari pemanfaatan dan recovery panas yang dikandung suatu bahan. Banyaknya steam dan sistim pendingin yang dibutuhkan ditentukan oleh efisiensi dari alat yang digunakan. Ada banyak jenis heat exchanger yang dapat digunakan dalam industri, tergantung pada proses apa yang akan ditangani. Kemudian dari satu jenis mempunyai bermacam-macam tipe, tetapi yang penting dari karakter heat exchanger ini adalah terjadinya perpindahan panas dari fase yang bersuhu tinggi ke fase yang bersuhu rendah atau sebaliknya sesuai dengan dari fungsinya. Untuk menentukan besar kecilnya panas yang dipindahkan pada beda temperatur yang sama, ini tergantung kepada harga koefisien perpindahan panas total dari alat yang digunakan, dimana pada suatu alat heat exchanger tersebut koefisien ini dapat diperkirakan besarnya melalui perhitungan
PENGARUH LEVERAGE, PROFITABILITAS, SIZE, UMUR PERUSAHAAN, UKURAN DEWAN KOMISARIS, DAN INDEPENDENSI KOMITE AUDIT TERHADAP PENGUNGKAPAN TANGGUNG JAWAB SOSIAL PERUSAHAAN
The purpose of this research is finding out and analyzing the influence of leverage, profitability, size, company age, commissaries board size and audit committee independency on the extractive company social responsibility disclosure that registered in Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). Company social responsibility disclosure measurement indicator is using key success factors for social performance measurement that developed by Nor Hadi (2011) which total is 123 disclosure indicators. Population of this research is extractive company that registered in BEI until 2011 and its sample collection method is purposive sampling. Data analysis technique is using classic assumption test and hypothesis testing is using multiple linear regression analysis that helped with application of SPSS 16.0.The result of the research shows that simultaneously leverage variable, profitability, size, company age, commissaries board size and audit committee independence do not influence extractive company social responsibility disclosure that registered in Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). Partially, leverage variable, profitability, size, company age, commissaries council size and audit committee independence do not have significant influence on extractive company social responsibility disclosure.

The Influence of Digital Technology on the Culinary Industry
Digital transactions help customers to get what they require without leaving their homes. This type of transaction is very practical, safe, and efficient. With a cell phone and internet, consumers can find various items they want quickly. On the other hand, it creates a problem for retail businesses that rely more on a direct selling system. It can be said that physical stores are depressed by a change in shopping trends to online shopping. The main objective of this study is to determine the extent of the influence of digital technology on the retail industry, especially in the culinary or food sector, while the specific objectives are determining the use of digital technology, determining the factors that influence digital technology in the retail industry and finding the contribution of digital technology on the retail industry. A quantitative method is used through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents. The results showed that the culinary industry, especially in M-Resto, has implemented a work process through digital technology applications. It also showed that the largest contribution comes from technology statements where 68% of respondents strongly agree that technology affects retail industries. The conclusion is that digital technology affects the retail industry, especially at M-Resto.

An Automated Measurement of Image Slice Thickness of Computed Tomography
Measurement of the slice thickness in computed tomography (CT) is usually made using a special phantom, such as the AAPM CT performance phantom. Images of the phantom are analyzed manually and subjectively. The purpose of this study is to develop an automated system for measuring the slice thickness of the CT image of the phantom using MATLAB software.The CT AAPM performance phantom was scanned by a 128 multi-slice computed tomography scanner (Revolution Evo, GE Healthcare, Waukesha, WI) at a slice thickness of 5 mm with four different phantom orientations and also scanned by a 6 multi-slice CT scanner (Somatom Emotion 6, Siemens AG, Forchheim, Germany) for two slice thicknesses of 5 and 10 mm. Our automatedmethod produced an accurateslice thickness value less than 0.5 mm different from the nominal slice thicknesses and manual measurements. Similar results were obtained when the phantom was rotated. This system is more objective and effective compared to manual systems
EFISIENSI USAHATANI PAPRIKA (Capsicum annuum L.)
This research aims to analyze the factors that influence paprika production, analyze the technical and economic efficiency of the use of production factors in paprika farming. The respondents in this research were Buluballea paprika farmers. The method used is quantitative descriptive using multiple linear regression with the Cobb-Douglas production function model as well as technical and economic efficiency analysis. The research results show that the input factors of labor, seeds, AB mix fertilizer, husk charcoal, and pesticides simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on paprika production with the RTS yield scale being on the Increasing Return to Scale business scale. Furthermore, production input factors, namely labor, seeds, AB mix fertilizer, husk charcoal, and pesticides have a positive and significant effect on paprika production. The results of the technical efficiency analysis of the production factors used are labor, paprika seeds, AB mix fertilizer, husk charcoal and pesticides which are not technically efficient. Where all production factors need to be reduced. The results of the analysis of the economic efficiency of paprika farming show that production factors that are inefficient are seeds, AB mix fertilizer, husk charcoal and pesticides, so they need to be added to achieve optimal conditions, while production factors that are inefficient are labor, so they need to be reduced to achieve optimal conditions. Keywords : Cobb-Douglas, Farming Efficiency, Paprika INTISARIPenelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi paprika, menganalisis efisiensi teknis dan ekonomi dari penggunaan faktor produksi usahatani paprika. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah petani paprika Buluballea. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan model fungsi produksi Cobb-Douglas serta analisis efisiensi teknis dan ekonomi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor input tenaga kerja, benih, pupuk AB mix, arang sekam, dan pestisida secara simultan dan parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi paprika dengan keadaan skala hasil RTS berada pada skala usaha Increasing Return to Scale. Selanjutnya, faktor input produksi yaitu tenaga kerja, benih, pupuk AB mix, arang sekam, dan pestisida berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produksi paprika. Hasil analisis efisiensi teknis faktor produksi yang digunakan yaitu tenaga kerja, benih paprika, pupuk AB mix, arang sekam, dan pestisida tidak efisien secara teknis. Dimana seluruh faktor produksi perlu dikurangi. Hasil analisis efisiensi ekonomi usahatani paprika menunjukkan faktor produksi yang belum efisien yaitu benih, pupuk AB mix, arang sekam, dan pestisida sehingga perlu ditambah untuk mencapai kondisi optimal, sedangkan faktor produksi yang tidak efisien yaitu tenaga kerja, sehingga perlu dikurangi untuk mencapai kondisi optimal. New Evidence of Spondylitis Tuberculosis: Pyogenic Microorganism Contamination or Mixed Infection ?
Introduction. Type of bacteria causing spondylitis is necessary to be specificly recognized. It influences the therapy approach. Mixed bacterial infections found is nowsaday being an important issue. This paper revealed evidence of other bacteria in spondylitis tuberculosis as if they are in the condition of mixed infection or contamination. Materials and methods. Examining the morphology of bacteria was investigated using stain and culture techniques on selective and differential medium to Spondylitis material. All tissue lesions, solid, semisolid and liquid including bone sequester, granulation tissue, pus, and necrotic tissue were used to inspect the raw materials. Results. It has been successfully identified and isolated. The identification revealed three bacteria, namely Staphylococcus epidermidis, Staphylococcus aureus and Mycobacterium tuberculosis which was derived from solid lesions (sequester and necrotic tissue), semisolid (granulation tissue) and liquid (pus). All of the bacteria were taken from four patients with spondylitis. The result shows that from overall four, there is one case of spinal infection by three bacteria that cause infection. Conclusions. Culture examination should be using solid, semisolid and liquid material in order to obtain the whole profile of bacteria which play role in the process of spinal infection
Studi Kelembagaan dalam Pengelolaan dan Pemanfaatan Telur Ikan Terbang (Kasus Desa Pa'lalakang Kabupaten Takalar)
The aim of the research was to determine the fungsional of institution on utilization and management of flying fish eggs at Pa'lalakang Village, Takalar Regency. This study using qualitative research approach thatcharacterize as empirical cualitative and descriptive. Data was collected through in depth interview,observation and literature study. The result showed that the function of intstitution have been internalization onutilizing and managing of flying fish egg at Pa'lalakang Village, that including function in adaptation onutilization and management of flying fish. Those aspect have been implemented by fishermen community. Thestudy also found that achievement function was focus on goverment institution, social integration function wason community institution and maintenant function of culture was on fisherman household
