This research describe the foreign policy of Indonesia toward Tiongkok dominations in conflict at the South China Sea in 2012-2016. South China Sea are one of high seas in the world that have big potency in transportations, natural resources and economic interest. South China Sea are located in South East Asia region and have border with six countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Filiphina, Vietnam, Brunei Darussalam and China. Since 1972 China have a claim about the South China Sea and its make a conflict between China and the member of ASEAN.The research method used was a qualitative with descriptive as a technic of the research. Writer collects data from books, encyclopedia, journal, mass media and websites to analyze the foreign policy of Indonesia toward Tiongkok dominations in conflict at the South China Sea. The theories applied in this research are realisme perspective with national interest concept. The result shows that foreign policy of Indonesia toward Tiongkok dominations in conflict at the South China Sea are Indonesia have a use peacefull diplomacy in conflict in South China Sea, Indonesia Government use a non intervence proncipall, Indonesia use affirmations guidline Code of Conduct and Declaration on the Conduct (DOC) of Parties in the South Tiongkok Sea and Indonesia have a potimalization Asean Regional Forum roles in conflict South China Seas

The reviews on production of banana during the recent years were not a satisfying one with respect to fourth position of Kerala in area of cultivation in India. Among so many factors for this declination, plant parasitic nematodes also found as a major negative factor. Thus the present study tried to prove this predict and conducted a survey in the unexplored rhizosphere region of an important crop banana (Nendran) in Palakkad taluk of Kerala, India during the post monsoon season of 2017. A total of twenty seven samples each were collected from banana rhizosphere soil and roots and processed for this study. The analysis revealed that the most abundant nematode population was Radopholus spp. and most frequently occurred genus was Meloidogyne spp. in the studied banana fields. The major diversity showing area were Elappully panchayath for rhizosphere soil samples and Kannadi panchayath for root samples. Different plant parasitic nematodes such as Aphelenchus spp., Criconemoides spp., Dory laimoides spp., Helicotylenchus spp., Hoplolaimus spp., Meloidogyne sp p., Pratylenchus spp., Radopholus spp., Rotylenchulus spp., Tylenchoryn chus spp. and Tylenchus spp. were observed in both soil and root samples examined

Komunikasi Device-to-Device pada Jaringan Seluler 5G Menggunakan MmWave

This article discusses about device-to-device communication on 5G cellular networks using mmWave. Device-to-device communication will support 5G cellular technology, because it can be a solution to overcome the limitations of cellular coverage and service capacity. D2D can be used in a variety of applications. The main problem in D2D is that interference between signals in one cell will be very vulnerable to occur, so that effective resource management is needed. In addition, the use of D2D will also increase the complexity of a cellular system, in terms of resource management, interference, and also the routing required. Several studies have been carried out to create D2D communication that can be implemented effectively on 5G. One of them is research to perfect the load balancing scheme which is one of the functions obtained from D2D communication. Load balancing is the distribution of cellular traffic loads, using D2D the traffic load is channeled to communication between devices and reduces the burden on the main network

Treatment of tibial diaphyseal fractures with closed flexible intramedullary ender nails: 39 fractures followed for a period of two to seven years

Abstract OBJECTIVE: To assess the efficacy of flexible intramedullary Ender nails for the treatment of tibial diaphyseal. MATERIALS AND METHODS: This is a retrospective review of patients treated with the Ender Nail for both open and closed tibial shaft fractures. Between January 1989 and December 1994, 43 fractures were treated with these nails. The configuration of each fracture was determined using the Orthopedic Trauma Association classification and the extent of soft tissue damage was assessed using the Gustilo and Anderson\u27s classification. Four patients were excluded from the study due to inadequate follow-up. There were 27 closed and 12 open fractures. RESULTS: The average time to union in 34 out of 39 fractures was 17 weeks. Delayed union and malunion occurred in two patients each and superficial wound infection in 1 patient. Nonunion occurred in 5 fractures that were all located in the distal 1/3 of the tibial diaphysis. We attribute this high rate of non-union to a poor rotational control on the distal fragment by these nails. CONCLUSIONS: The Ender nails provide effective fixation for the OTA stable class of tibial fractures, where they produce good axial and rotational stability by virtue of their three-point fixation. Rotational and angular stability should be improved by a supplementary cast immobilization for fractures with unstable configuration and those located in the distal third of the diaphysis
