Special Region of Aceh as one of the westernmost regions in Indonesia has a very unique and rich cultural wealth. As an area which is the entrance of trade from the west, Acehnese culture acculturated with cultures from other countries such as Arabic, India and Malay. These cultural products are fragmented and form their own uniqueness that is developed according to customs, beliefs of the regions in Aceh. Examples such as Gayo, Leung Bata, Aceh Tamiang and others. The results of the acculturation shape the uniqueness of each region in Aceh from traditional clothing that is different from the shape, color and accessories. At the end of 2014, where Aceh experienced a tsunami that devastated Aceh. The disaster resulted in much of the infra-structure in Aceh being destroyed and lost. Cultural products, relics were destroyed by the tsunami. Over time Aceh reor-ganized itself, Aceh tried to rise, especially in terms of the economy. Designing unique accessories for Aceh certainly has its own challenges because Aceh is divided into regions that have his-torically shaped their specific characteristics. In this case, of course one must find a common thread that will connect between regions in Aceh so that the accessories that will be designed at least can be enough to be one of the unique accessories of Aceh. In addition to being able to re-identify one of Aceh's unique cultures, it can also help Aceh to revive its economy again. Key words: Souvenir, Aceh, Identity, Econom

Mud crabs (Scylla serrata) is one of the most economic crabs in Central Java. However, mortality was reached 80% during fattening due to bacterial infection. Meantime, mangrove leaf contain bacteriostatic and bactericidal such as saponin, flavonoid, tanin, alkaloid, steroid, terpenoid and phenol that might effective to control bacterial infection. This study was carried out to observe the performance of mangrove leaf extract to treat vibriosis in mud crabs at various concentration in vitro and in vivo. In vitro study demonstrated that mangrove leaf extract at concentration of 300 mg/l to 900 mg/l were able to prevent Vibrio harveyi growth and formed clear ring between 11.37–13.67 mm. Forty eight mud crabs at body weight of 4011±253 g were injected with a bacterial V. harveyi at density of 106 CFU/ml in between the leg join. Then immersed into mangrove leaf extract at concentration of 0 mg/l, 300 mg/l, 600 mg/l, 900 mg/l for 30 minutes. Post injection of bacterial Vibrio crabs showed clinical signs such as wide apart of swimming and walking legs, blackened carapace, white spots, and red spots. Immersion of mangrove leaf extract post injection could improved survival rate, healing and histopathological features of experimental crabs. Therefore, it can be concluded that the use of mangrove leaf extract at 900 mg/l demonstrated best survival rate, histopathological feature and recovery after 14 days post infection

Medicine is one of the most important part of the healing process, the restoration of health and prevention of disease. This study aims to describe the use of drugs, particularly antihypertensive and antiplatelet drugs in stroke patients hospitalized in PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Bantul during December 2014-April 2015. This research is observational descriptive study. Data collection was done prospectively with a survey of stroke patients in inpatient Al-Insan and al-A'raaf wards in PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital Bantul during the specified period. During the study there were 61 stroke patients sampled in the study, of which 41 (67.2%) were geriatrics and 20 (32.8%) were not geriatrc. From the data, 28 (45.9%) patients did not receive antihypertensive drugs, only 33 (54,1%) patients received antihypertensive drug. The antihypertensive drugs type were given to patients were ACEI 9 (14.8%) and CCB 6 (9.8%), as well as combinations ACEI and CCB 7 (11.5%). Most patients did not receive antiplatelet 43 (70.5%), whereas patients receiving antiplatelet drugs most was the kind of aspirin 17 (27.9%). From the above data it can be concluded that the use of antihypertensive drugs in stroke patients in the inpatient ward in PKU Muhamaddiyah Hospital Bantul quite frequently used, while the use of antiplatelet drugs in these cases rarely used

The goal is to provide a new design in tray that can be used to serve various food in large terrace area, and comfortable to use. Keywords Rasa Rasa, Food Distribution, Tray, Ergonomic Aspec

Association of Calpastatin (CAST) Gene with Growth Traits and Carcass Characteristics in Bali Cattle

Calpastatin (CAST) gene is well known as an inhibitor of muscle protein degradation and relates to muscle growth and meat tenderness. The objective of this study was to determine the association of CAST gene with growth traits and carcass characteristics in Bali cattle. A number of data from 35 Bali bulls were collected from BPTU Bali Cattle to obtain growth traits, carcass characteristics, and blood samples. Polymorphism of CAST gene in Bali bulls was analyzed by using PCR-RFLP and DNA sequencing. The association of CAST gene with growth traits and carcass characteristics were analyzed by using General Linear Model (GLM). The result showed that there were two genotypes (GG and AG) of CAST gene with allele frequencies of 0.857 and 0.143, respectively, for G and A. Notably, mutation A to G occurred in 253 bp CAST fragment gene in Bali Cattle. Genotypes GG and AG of CAST gene significantly affected (P<0.05) the back-fat thickness and longissimus dorsi without a significant effect on the growth traits. It could be concluded that CAST gene had a potency as a marker gene for carcass quality in Bali cattle
