Until the early 90's of the last century a vertically integrated monopoly structure was the main model of the organization of the power industry in most countries of the world. The quality of services and prices for electricity were regulated in different countries exclusively by the state authorities. However, it gradually became apparent that many of the positive features of the vertical integration, including in the first place the impact of economies of scale, ceased to play a significant role. By this time, most of the advanced and developing countries, including Russia, have realized the objective need for a review of the existing principles of power industry organization through the introduction of market mechanisms of its functioning. The study gives the overview of the aims and objectives of the reforms in the Russian electric power industry. Of special interest is the analysis of the experience in the energy markets restructuring in advanced and developing countries. The stages and main features of the restructuring of Russian energy market are shown. The model of liberalization for electric power market in Russia is represented. Particular attention is paid to the development of competition in the different segments of wholesale and retail power markets

In the article an attempt has been made to introduce some differences in their usage which can bear the light to the present-day practice. Most definitions, or «rules», have been profusely illustrated to make it easier to see when and how the two structures can function as variants

The importance of the research is caused by the significance of institutional history issues in modern history research, i.e. functioning of educational systems as a special field of interaction of state and society, various public institutions, science, an individual and generations (teachers and students). The purpose of the article is to determine the position of the lyceum catechist in a secular educational environment based on research of a particular era (19th - early 20th centuries) and a specific region (Kazan as a typical provincial center of the Russian Empire). The main methodology of the research has become the prosopography method used to create the collective biographies by identifying a specific group of persons related to a common field and interests, representing a corporate community (in this case - the Orthodox Church), implemented by the responses to the same questions. In the research, the authors obtained results showing a unique position of a lyceum catechist in the Russian Empire of specified period who belonged simultaneously to two corporations - the clergy of the Orthodox Church and members of the educational community of secular secondary education. The requirements of each of these corporations to be met by their members often came into conflict between particular individuals. These circumstances have contributed to the deepening crisis of religious education in secular educational environment of the Russian Empire. The results presented in the article may be useful for the studies within the institutional history of education and the church, as well as for modern Russian discussions about the place of religion in a secular educational environment

© Research India Publications. Modern conditions of functioning of industrial enterprises that are characterized by a high degree of uncertain behavior of the environment, as well as constant increased competition, determine the need for continuous improvement of not just production technologies but also control systems of various aspects of their production and business activities. In this regard, the formation of the system of innovative development of the industrial enterprise becomes a determining condition to further improve its competitiveness. However, the formation of such a system is connected with the need to resolve a number of methodological problems aimed at defining the concept of "the system of innovative development of the enterprise", its place in the system of strategic management of the enterprise, as well as at identifying the main stages of its formation. The article examines the existing approaches to the management of innovative activity of enterprises. Particular attention is paid to the definition of "the system of innovative development of the enterprise". A hierarchy of elements of the system of innovative development of the enterprise is suggested. The position that the system of innovative development of the enterprise must be logically built at all levels of its strategic management, including corporate, business and functional strategies, is substantiated. The steps of forming the system of innovative development of the enterprise that link developed and implemented innovative activities with the goals of the operation of the enterprise at different levels of strategic management are proposed

The majority of studies were usually focused on neuronal death after brain ischemia; however, stroke affects all cell types including oligodendrocytes that form myelin sheath in the CNS. Our study is focused on the changes of myelin content in the ischemic core and neighbor structures in early terms (1, 3 and 10 days) after stroke. Stroke was modeled with middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAo) in 15 male rats that were divided into three groups by time points after operation. Brain sections were histologically stained with Luxol Fast Blue (LFB) for myelin quantification. The significant demyelination was found in the ischemic core, corpus callosum, anterior commissure, whereas myelin content was increased in caudoputamen, internal capsule and piriform cortex compared with the contralateral hemisphere. The motor cortex showed a significant increase of myelin content on the 1st day and a significant decrease on the 3rd and 10th days after MCAo. These results suggest that stroke influences myelination not only in the ischemic core but also in distant structures
