Pengaruh Reward dan Punishment terhadap Kinerja dan Motivasi Karyawan pada CV Media Kreasi Bangsa

This study aims to determine the effect of both simultaneously and partially between reward and punishment on employees performance and motivation at CV. Media Kreasi Bangsa. This study used Multiple Linear Regression method, while the sample in this study using probability sampling technique where the sample was taken using proportionate stratified random which amounted to 132 employees. The research instrument used interview, questionnaire, observation, and documentation. The result of this study is the reward variable has a positive effect on the performance of this matter seen from t arithmetic (2,363) bigger than t table (1,65) with significant level (0,020 <0,05). Reward variable has a positive effect on this motivation seen from t arithmetic (4,289) bigger than t table (1.65) with significant level (0,000 <0,05). There is a simultaneous influence between reward and punishment variable on the performance of this matter seen from F arithmetic (21,162) bigger than F table (3,07) with significant level (0,000 <0,05). The punishment variable has a positive effect on the performance of this matter seen from t arithmetic (5,309) bigger than t table (1.65) with significant level (0,000 <0,05). The punishment variable has a positive effect on this motivation seen from t arithmetic (3,587) bigger than t table (1.65) with significant level (0,000 <0,05). There is simultaneous influence between reward and punishment variables on this motivation seen from F count (20,557) bigger than F table (3,07) with significant level (0,000 <0,05)

This study aims to determine the socio-economic benefits of CBT concept application, as well as the extent to which the successful implementation of Community Based Tourism (CBT) concept in Nglanggeran Tourism Village and what are the strategies needed for the development of Nglanggeran Tourism Village. Data collection techniques using literature study and interview respondents in Nglanggeran. Based on the level of achievement of all the indicators above, it can be said that the application of the concept of Community Based Tourism has been successfully developed in Nglanggeran Tourism Village, Kecamatan Patuk, Kabupaten Gunung Kidul. Upaya Meningkatkan Academic Skill Terhadap Pembelajaran Fisika Melalui Kegiatan Eksperimen Pada Siswa Kelas Viid SMP Nasional Makassar

Upaya meningkatkan academic skill terhadap pembelajaran fisika melalui kegiatan eksperimen pada siswa kelas VIID SMP Nasional makassar. Skripi. Jurusan Pendidikan Fisika Fakultas Keguruan dan ilmu pendidikan Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar. Pembimbing I Muhammad Arsyad dan pembimbing II Khaeruddin. Masalah utama dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana meningkatkan Academic Skill terhadap pembelajaran fisika siswa kelas VIID SMP Nasional Makassar melalui kegiatan eksperimen. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (Classroom Action Research) yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan Academic Skill siswa melalui kegiatan eksperimen pada siswa kelas VIID SMP Nasional Makassar. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIID SMP Nasional Makassar yang berjumlah 37 orang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 2 siklus yang terdiri dari empat komponen, yaitu: perencanaan tindakan, pelaksanaan tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi,menganalisis data melalui hasil analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada siklus I skor rata-rata academic skill siswa mulai pada pertemuan 1 sampai pada pertemuan ke 7 dengan jumlah siswa 37 orang, terlihat bahwa siswa memiliki tingkat academic skill tinggi sebesar 48,65%, Sedangkan pada siklus II skor rata-rata siswa yang memiliki tingkat academic skill tinggi sebanyak 25 orang dan berada pada persentase 67,57%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa academic skill terhadap pembelajaran fisika siswa kelas VIID SMP Nasional Makassar dapat meningkat melalui metode eksperimen.Kata kunci: Metode eksperimen, Academic skill, kualitatif dan kuntitatifEfforts to improve the academic skills to learning physics through experiments on VIID grade National Junior Makassar. Data was collected through observation, analyzing the data through quantitative and qualitative analysis. Results of this study showed that in the first cycle the average score on the academic skills of students began meeting at the meeting of 1 to 7, with the number of students to 37 people, it seems that students have a high level of academic skill of 48.65%, while the average score of the second cycle The average student who has a high level of academic skill and as many as 25 people were at the percentage of 67.57%. It can be concluded that the academic skills to learning physics grade National Junior VIID Makassar can be increased through the experimental method

Efektivitas Konseling untuk Meningkatkan ASI Eksklusif pada Ibu Hamil di Tenggarong, Kutai Kartanegara

Effectiveness of counseling to increase exclusive breastfeeding practice among pregnant women in Tenggarong, Kutai KartanegaraPurposeThis research aimed to examine the effectiveness of breastfeeding counseling, to increase knowledge, attitudes, perception for behavioral control, intention and behavior of mothers in exclusive breastfeeding (EBF).MethodsA quasi-experiment study was conducted by comparing an experimental group (29 participants) and a control group (29 participants). The research was conducted in two public health center at different districts at Kutai Kartanegara. Respondents were pregnant women attending antenatal care. The independent variable was breastfeeding counseling, while dependent variables included knowledge, attitudes, perceived behavioral control, intention and behavior of mother on exclusive breastfeeding.ResultsBreastfeeding counseling during pregnancy increased knowledge about EBF. Counselling increased intentions to EBF as well. However, statistical analyses showed that counseling did not make changes to pregnant women's attitude, perceived behavioral control, and intention to provide EBF. Similarly, there was no difference regarding the behavioral control and attitude towards EBF.ConclusionCounseling increased knowledge and intention to EBF. However, knowledge and intention were not necessarily improved with behavior in terms of EBF. Further research is needed to improve educational techniques

Transformational Leadership in Preventing IT-Based Pornographyin High Schools

Accessing pornography online, and commiting sexual acts, particularly via cellular phone, is a growing problem among high-school students. This study evaluates the implementation of transformational leadership in schoolsto address the problem IT-based pornography.  Eight senior high schools in Sragen werepurposively sampled for this study, which involved a focus group discussion with informants comprising principals, teachers and students. The findings showed that principals have not implemented all the principles of transformational leadership in tackling the problem of cellular phones being used for pornography. Of the four transformational leaderships four out of the eight principals applied idealized influence; three applied inspirational motivation; none of the eight principals applied intellectual stimulation, and five applied individual consideration
