Industrial R & D is known for its post attraction after receiving a minimum qualification to get a job in research and development.  Due to ever –increasing failure rates, high cost, unsatisfactory safety profile and limited efficacy associated with production of drug.  It is also seen most of the R & Ds are convert production base R & D.  When we work on any drug in research development we started the thinking of government policies rather than a result.  Actively supports a full range of research focused on using innovation to develop practical solutions to key industry issues - including new product development and commercialization. R & D may be better known in the industry for its work in the field of certification, but it is activity as a research & development (R&D) centre in gemmology has been no less significant. Today, it is the only full-fledged research laboratory in field of gemmology in India, is very difficult recognised as a research certification laboratory. Well equipped with the most sophisticated instruments, R&D department is on par with many international laboratories, having wide ranging capabilities in different aspects of gemmology. Classical laboratory R & D is a platform to create a research mind in small spaces with negative result is best result in research that can improve the research hand and capabilities. We practiced economical laboratory R & D in small space. Here we investigated laboratoty drug through classical R&D of synthetic new drug in minimum sophisticated analytical tools and instrument.&nbsp

Ex-AS-CRED Method for Inter Domain Routing of BGP

    Get PDF
Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) acts as a main part of the global infrastructure. Attacks against BGP are increasing and severity. Many of the security mechanisms based on public key cryptography suffer from performance, trust model and other different issues. In this paper we are presenting the new method for solving the security and trust issues in BGP protocol traffic. The recently presented approach is AS-CRED which works on reputation and alert service which not only detect anomalous BGP updates, but also provides a quantitative view of AS tendencies to perpetrate anomalous behavior. The AS-CRED was basically based on the term of credit score. From the practical results, the proposed AS-CRED was efficient for solving the trust issues in complex world of finance which includes the huge amount of entities as well as highly uncertain interactions. However, this limitation of AS-CRED is that prediction approach of future anomalous behavior needs to improve with more accuracy. In this paper we presenting the new method called Ex-AS-CRED [Ex-Extended] with aim of adding the more descriptive AS behaviors and hence the final information of AS reputation is used for prediction of invalid behaviors of BGP. Get PDF
Rapid precorneal elimination of drug is a major limitation of conventional ophthalmic formulations. An ion activated in situ gel forming systems of an antibacterial agent moxifloxacin hydrochloride for instillation as drops into eye undergoing a sol to gel transition in the cul-de-sac was formulated. Sodium alginate was used as the gelling agent in combination with hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose. Formulations were evaluated for gelling capacity, pH, in vitro release, rheological study, Draize eye irritation test and storage stability. Systems exhibited pseudoplastic rheology, evidenced by shear thinning with increase in shear stress and increased angular velocity. The in vitro release rate of moxifloxacin hydrochloride from gel decreased as an inverse function of polymer concentration. The optimized products were stable and non irritant. Equal amounts of sodium alginate and hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose exhibit encouraging rheological properties with therapeutically effective and non-irritant product. This in situ gel system can be a viable alternative to conventional eye drops.Colegio de Farmacéuticos de la Provincia de Buenos Aire

The size of integrated devices such as PC, mobiles etc are reducing day by day with multiple operations, all of these is happening because of the scaling down the size of MOSFETs which is the main component in memory, processors and so on. As we scale down the MOSFETs to the nanometer regime the short channel effects arises which degrades the system performance and reliability. Here in this paper we describe the alternative MOSFET called FinFET which reduces the short channel effects and its performance analysis of digital applications such as inverter circuit, nand and nor gates at 22nm and 14nm node technologies. Vacuum foam dried sugar-phosphate amorphous mixtures for stabilization of doxorubicin hydrochloride

    Get PDF
The objective of the present study was to stabilize doxorubicin hydrochloride in sugar-phosphate amorphous mixtures at ambient temperature by drying it with vacuum foam drying. Finished products were evaluated for foam characteristic, residual moisture content, reconstitution time, percent drug recovery and drug-excipient interactions. FTIR studies revealed existence of physical interaction of drug with sugar. Light microscopy showed formation of amorphous glass which was supported by the observations of XRPD analyses. The optimized composition in vacuum foam drying was processed by lyophilization and their stability was compared. Storage at ambient temperature for 6 months showed that stability of vacuum foam dried product was better than lyophilized products. The amount of residual moisture affected the stability of drug. The detailed study revealed lactose and sodium dihydrogen phosphate is best suited for stabilization of doxorubicin hydrochloride at room temperature.Colegio de Farmacéuticos de la Provincia de Buenos Aire

Turbidity diagrams of polyanion/polycation complexes in solution as a potential tool to predict the occurrence of polyelectrolyte multilayer deposition.

    Get PDF
Surface functionalization with polyelectrolyte multilayer films (PEM films) has become very popular owing to its simplicity and versatility. However, even if some research is already available, this field of surface chemistry lacks a systematic knowledge of how the polyelectrolyte structure and solution conditions influence the growth of PEM films. In this investigation, we focus on the possible relationship between turbidity of polycation and polyanion mixtures in solution, and the buildup of PEM films made from the same polyelectrolytes in the same physicochemical conditions, namely pH, temperature and ionic strength. It comes out that for six different polycation/polyanion combinations there is a clear correlation between the turbidity evolution of polycation/polyanion complexes with the salt concentration and the evolution of the film deposition with the same parameter. In this investigation, the complexes in solution were prepared in conditions where the ratio between the number of cationic to anionic groups was close to unity. Even if there is a correlation between turbidity in solution and PEM film deposition, we found some exceptions in the low salt concentration regime. The transformer is expensive and massive gear of intensity framework. It works for 24 hours of multi day and feeds the heap. Once in a while the circumstance may happen when the heap on transformer all of a sudden increased above it’s the heap. At times the circumstance mayccure when the heap on the transformer is all of a sudden increased above its appraised limit. At the point when this circumstance happens, the transformer will be over-burden and overheated and harmed the protection of transformer bringing about interference of supply. The best answer for maintain a strategic distance from the over-burdening is to work the quantity of transformers in parallel. It is same like parallel operation transformers where the number of transformers shares the framework load. In the suggested approach second trans-former will share the heap when the heap on the primary transformer will transcend its eval-uated limit. Power disappointment is a short or long haul loss of electric capacity to a region for the most part cost reason by short out, harm to Electric transmission line, overvoltage, issues at power stations and all the more normally disappointment due to over-burdening. The possible Damage territories are influenced by losing power. The one innate issue with standard power sharing and observing units is their broadcast quality. Since you must be physically near the alert to hear it, you probably won't get advised so as to actually prevent over-burden. The smaller scale controller based burden sharing and control framework is a gadget that consequently controls overload on a generator by sharing force and cut off sup-ply once the power utilization surpasses the measure of intensity provided
