Extremal functions for the anisotropic Sobolev inequalities

The existence of multiple nonnegative solutions to the anisotropic critical problem - \sum_{i=1}^{N} \frac{\partial}{\partial x_i} (| \frac{\partial u}{\partial x_i} |^{p_i-2} \frac{\partial u}{\partial x_i}) = |u|^{p^*-2} u {in} \mathbb{R}^N is proved in suitable anisotropic Sobolev spaces. The solutions correspond to extremal functions of a certain best Sobolev constant. The main tool in our study is an adaptation of the well-known concentration-compactness lemma of P.-L. Lions to anisotropic operators. Futhermore, we show that the set of nontrival solutions \calS is included in $L^\infty(\R^N)$ and is located outside of a ball of radius $\tau >0$ in $L^{p^*}(\R^N)$

Pengaruh Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja dan Kinerja Guru terhadap Kepuasan Kerja Guru SMA Negeri di Kota Mataram

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja dan kinerja guru terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SMA Negeri di Kota Mataram. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode ex-post facto. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMA Negeri di Kota Mataram yang berjumlah 580. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 85 guru yang diambil dengan teknik proportionate random sampling. Hasil penelitian adalah: 1) terdapat pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja sebesar 9,2% terhadap terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SMA Negeri di Kota Mataram, 2) terdapat pengaruh kinerja guru sebesar 9,5% terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SMA Negeri di Kota Mataram, 3) terdapat pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja dan kinerja guru secara bersama-sama sebesar 17,7% terhadap kepuasan kerja guru SMA Negeri di Kota Mataram. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa semakin baik kualitas kehidupan kerja dan kinerja guru, kepuasan kerja guru SMA Negeri di Kota Mataram akan semakin meningkat

Pengaruh Faktor-faktor Produksi terhadap Produksi USAha Industri Kerajinan Tangan Mutiara Ratu di Kota Palu

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor produksi terhadap produksi USAha industri kerajinan tangan Mutiara Ratu di Kota Palu. Penelitian dilaksanakan di Jl. Makagili, Kelurahan Pantoloan, Kecamatan Tawaeli, Kota Palu. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Alat analisis yang dipakai adalah fungsi produksi Cobb-Douglas yang perhitungannya menggunakan persamaan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produksi kerajinan tangan pada USAha industri Mutiara Ratu di Kota Palu. Variabel modal (X1), tenaga kerja (X2) dan bahan baku (X3) berpengaruh nyata/signifikan terhadap produksi kerajinan tangan, sedangkan variabel peralatan (X4) berpengaruh tidak nyata/non signifikan terhadap produksi kerajinan tangan

Analisis Permintaan Hunian Usaha Hotel Berbintang di Kota Pekanbaru

This research was conducted in the city of Pekanbaru to consumers who use the services of five-star hotel occupancy. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the level of demand for five-star hotel occupancy in the city of Pekanbaru.The population in this study amounted to 428 506 with a sample of 100 where the sample was determined by the Slovin method. The data used is derived from primary and secondary data is obtained from the BPS and Pekanbaru City Tourism Office and questionnaires. The method used is descriptive analysis of data collection to answer questions regarding the status of current research on this subject. Descriptive data are generally collected through the data collection methods interview or observation. The results showed that the factors of five-star hotel occupancy demand is price, income, and quality of service. From the data obtained from consumers by using a questionnaire , the request that the third factor price, income, and quality of service are in accordance with the five-star hotel occupancy demand analysis using a Likert scale outlined in the continum line.Keywords : hotel demand, prices, income, quality of servic

Penerapan Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Think Pair Share (Tps) Untuk Meningkatkan Prestasi Belajar Akuntansi

The objective of this research was to examine and analyze whether or not the application of Think-Pair-Share (TPS) type cooperative learning can improve accounting learning achievement on the XI IPS 2 graders of SMA Negeri 2 Karanganyar. This research is a classroom action research using the cycle strategy. The subject of this research is a class XI IPS 2 which totaled 30 student. Technique of data collecting is done by testing, observation, documentation, and interviews. The result of research showed that there is improvement on students accounting learning achievement through the application of Think Pair Share (TPS) type cooperative learning, seen in (1) Students activity increases 13,3, (2) students participation increases 13,3% (3) mastery learning student also increase 20%. The conclusion of this research is the application of Think Pair Share (TPS) type of cooperative learning can improve accounting learning achievement on the XI IPS 2 graders of SMA Negeri 2 Karanganyar

Analisis Dampak Pemekaran Daerah Ditinjau Dari Aspek Percepatan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Dan Peningkatan Kualitas Pelayanan Publik (Studi Pemekaran Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti Dari Kabupaten Bengkalis)

Since the enectment of Law No. 22 year 1999 on Regional Government, the phenomenon of regional expansion in Indonesia was growing. Post-birth of the Act, in Riau province have formed a new autonomous region 6 under Law No. 53 Year 1999. From 6 DOB formed, Kepulauan Meranti Regency is DOB youngest of which was formed in 2009 under Law No.12 Year 2009. This study to analyze the impact of Regional Expansion Kepulauan Meranti regency after the secession of the District Bangkalis especially from the aspect of accelerating economic growth and improving the quality of public services. This research uses descriptive quantitative methode and test hypotheses using t-test.The results of this study showed that there was no significant difference on the performance of the regional economy Kepulauan Meranti regency after the expansion, the impact of the expansion have not indicated a positive result of the acceleration of economic growth while the performance of public services there are significant differences after the expansion, the impact of the division showed positive results towards improving the quality of local public services. This is thought to occur because the area is getting smaller so that the span of control is getting better

Analisis Permintaan Jasa Angkutan Penumpang Udara Di Bandara Sultan Syarif Kasim II Pekanbaru

This research conducted in Sultan SyarifKasim II Airport in Pekanbaru, the capital city of Riau. The purpose of this research was to determine what factors affect the demand for air transport services on domestic flights and International flights. Data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression with statistical test. The results of research on domestic flights for sample F show that GDP per capita for ticket prices of the airline Garuda Indonesia and Lion Air was simultaneously affect the demand for air transport services. Based on sample t is concluded that the GDP per capita for ticket prices of the airline Garuda Indonesia is partially affected and the ticket prices of the airline Lion Air does not partially affect the demand for air transport services on domestic flights. The coefficient of multiple determination for Garuda Indonesia is 0.989, and the coefficient of multiple determination for Lion Air is 0,986. The results of research on International flights for sample F show that the exchange rate and prices simultaneously affect the demand for air transport services. Based on sample t is concluded that the exchange rate and prices is partially affected the demand for air transport services on International flights.The coefficient of multiple determination for Express Air is 0,850
