Dependence of vestibular reactions on frequency of action of sign-variable accelerations
It was revealed that during the tests with continuous action of sign variable Coriolis acceleration the development of kinetosis was proportionate to the time of head inclinations in the range of 1 to 4 seconds while illusions of rocking in sagittal plane was more expressed in fast inclinations. The obtained data provided the evidence of sufficient dependence of vestibulovegetative and vestibulosensory reactions on the period of repetition of sign variable Coriolis acceleration

Additional spectroscopic redshift measurements for galaxy clusters from the First Planck Catalogue
We present the results of spectroscopic redshift measurements for the galaxy
clusters from the first all-sky Planck catalogue of the Sunyaev-Zeldovich
sources, that have been mostly identified by means of the optical observations
performed previously by our team (Planck Collaboration, 2015a). The data on 13
galaxy clusters at redshifts from z=~0.2 to z=~0.8, including the improved
identification and redshift measurement for the cluster PSZ1 G141.73+14.22 at
z=0.828, are provided. The measurements were done using the data from
Russian-Turkish 1.5-m telescope (RTT-150), 2.2-m Calar Alto Observatory
telescope, and 6-m SAO RAS telescope (Bolshoy Teleskop Azimutalnyi, BTA).Comment: published in Astronomy Letter
Chirality inversion and radius blow-up of a N\'eel-type skyrmion by a Pearl vortex
We develop a theory for the coaxial configuration of a N\'eel-type skyrmion
and a Pearl vortex in thin superconductor-chiral ferromagnetic
heterostructures. Using direct numerical solution of the Euler-Lagrange
equation and micromagnetic simulations we demonstrate that the inhomogeneous
magnetic field of the Pearl vortex significantly modifies the skyrmion profile
with respect to the one in the absence of the vortex. We discover drastic
enlargement of the skyrmion's radius and inversion of the skyrmion's chirality.
To unravel physics behind these effects we invent novel two-parameter ansatz
for the magnetization profile of the skyrmion in the presence of the vortex.
Chirality inversion and radius blow-up are controlled not only by the material
parameters of the heterostructure but also by the thickness of the
superconductor. Our findings can have implications for Majorana modes localized
at skyrmion-vortex pairs.Comment: 6 pages, 2 figures; 1 video file and its description (as ancillary

Measurement of the U fission cross section and angular distributions of fragments from fission of U and U in the neutron energy range of 0.3-500 MeV
The U fission cross section and the angular distributions of
fragments from fission of U and U were measured for incident
neutron energies from 0.3 MeV to 500 MeV on the time-of-flight spectrometer of
the neutron complex GNEIS at the NRC "Kurchatov Institute" -- PNPI. Fission
fragments were registered using position-sensitive low-pressure multiwire
counters. In the neutron energy range above 20 MeV, the angular distributions
of U fission fragments were measured for the first time. The fission
cross section of U was measured relative to the fission cross
section of U, which is an accepted international standard. The
obtained data are compared with the results of other experimental works.
Theoretical calculations of the fission cross section and the anisotropy of
angular distribution of fission fragments for the U reaction
performed within the framework of our approach are presented and discussed.Comment: 21 pages, 22 figures, revised version accepted for publication in

Fragmentation of Stability Domains of Dark Solitons and Dark Breathers and Drifting Solitons at High Pump Intensities in Normal Dispersion Kerr Microresonators
Stability domains (i.e. pump frequency detuning range) of a single dark
soliton (or platicon) and dark breather in high-Q Kerr optical microresonators
with normal group velocity dispersion is studied for a wide range of pump
amplitudes within the framework of the Lugiato-Lefever model. The effect of the
significant fragmentation of the stability domains at high pump intensities is
revealed. The existence of stable drifting dark solitons (platicons) is
demonstrated above the threshold pump amplitude value. Properties of drifting
solitons are investigated.Comment: 28 pages, 13 figures; to appear in PR
