ДЕРЖАВНА АТЕСТАЦІЯ ВИПУСКНИКІВ - СТОМАТОЛОГІВ В УМОВАХ КРЕДИТНО – ТРАНСФЕРНОЇ СИСТЕМИ

The article highlights the experience of state certification of students of the Faculty of Dentistry of SHEI “Ternopil State Medical University by I. Ya. Horbachevsky of MPH of Ukraine” in a credit-transfer system. Attention is focused on the importance of this part of the educational process to create optimal conditions for high quality professional training and a new method of evaluation results practically-oriented state exam for credit transfer system.У статті висвітлено досвід проведення державної атестації студентів стоматологічного факультету ДВНЗ “Тернопільський державний медичний університет імені І. Я. Горбачевського МОЗ України” в умовах кредитно – трансферної системи. Акцентується увага на важливості даної складової навчального процесу для створення оптимальних умов якісної професійної підготовки фахівців та на новій методиці оцінювання результатів практично-орієнтованого державного іспиту за кредитно- трансферною системою

Особливості імунного статусу в осіб із захворюваннями пародонта у поєднанні з гіпотиреозом

The article presents the results of studies of immune status in patients with hypothyroidism combined with periodontal disease. According to the results demonstrated that in people with periodontal disease on the background of hypothyroidism decrease overall immune resistance.В статье представлены результаты исследования иммунного статуса у лиц с гипотиреозом в сочетании с заболеваниями пародонта. По данным результатов доказано, что в пациентов с болезнью пародонта на фоне гипотиреоза наблюдается снижение общей иммунной резистентности.У статті представлено результати дослідження імунного статусу в осіб із гіпотиреозом у поєднанні з захворюваннями пародонта. За даними результатів доведено, що у пацієнтів із хворобою пародонта на фоні гіпотиреозу спостерігається зниження загальної імунної резистентності

The article adduces the problem of influence of thyroid disease on dental human health. Attention is paid to spread and character of pathological processes in periodontal prevalence of caries and non-carious lesions in patients with thyroid dysfunction. У статті розглянуто проблему впливу захворювань щитоподібної залози на стоматологічне здоров’я людини. Звернено увагу на розповсюдження та характер перебігу патологічних процесів у пародонті, поширеність карієсу та некаріозних уражень у хворих із порушенням функції щитоподібної залози

Primary endo-prothesis of shoulder joint at heavy traumatic damages of proximal segment of a shoulder bone and their consequences

Under our supervision there were 123 patients with terms of supervision till 7 years, with fractures,fracture-dislocations of an area of a shoulder joint and chronic damages of this area. There were 57 men and 66 women. All the patients were from 38 to 83 years old, the average age was 55,8 years. 44 patients had various kinds of an osteosynthesis and 79 - endoprosthesis of a shoulder joint. It was proved, that in patients of the senior age group, the expressed bony rarefication, a heavy accompanying pathology of a shoulderjoint (arthrosis of 2-3 grades, defeat of a joint at a number system diseases, etc.) and also at the treatment of consequences of traumas are unconditional, the preference should be given to endoprosthesis of a humeral joint, as to more effective method of treatment
