    Analisis Variabel Keberhasilan Kud (Studi Kasus di Kud Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin, Sumatera Selatan)

    The aims of this research are to determine (1) the effect of variables to the success of cooperation in achieving an autonomous village cooperative; (2) to determine which of the seven variables has the strongest effect on the success of the village cooperative. This research was mainly on the village cooperatives running in providing food and distributing production tools such as fertilizer, pesticide, prime seeds, and so on, in the Musi Banyuasin regency, South Sumatra province. The research location was determined based on the fact that the Musi Banyuasin Regency is one of the regencies located in South Sumatera which succeeded in developing the autonomous village cooperative. Sampling was applied to the village cooperatives which had been operating for more than two years and had corporate body at the time of investigation. As many as 47 autonomous village cooperatives were selected from the 147 available in the Musi Banyuasin regency. A village cooperative is considered autonomous if it has fulfilled the 13 criteria of the Department of Cooperative. To measure the success of the cooperative, several indicators are used, they are Profit Margin, Liquidity Ratio, and Solvability Ratio. The variables influencing the success of the village cooperative in becoming an autonomous cooperative are member's participation, operation volume, the board's education, board's experience, capital growth, business variation and service of the village cooperative involved. The regression and regression coefficient test simultaneously showed highly significant influence on the indicators of profit margin, liquidity and solvability. This means that the suggested variables statistically determined toward the success of the village cooperative. The t-significance at a=1% showed that two variables highly influenced the success of the village cooperative, they were the operation volume and capital growth. This fulfils the autonomous cooperative criteria: the total operation volume has to be in proportion with the number of members and the capital equity has to be at least 25 million rupiah. This indicates that the core of success for the village cooperative rests on the operation volume and the capital growth: the higher the operation volume and capital growth, the better the marketing and financial performance of the village cooperative. From the management handling perspective, it is indicated that the higher the board's education and the longer the experience, the higher the success of the village cooperative

    This study aims to determine the influence and differences in the influence of the peer tutor learning model with Numbered Head Together on the learning achievement of class VIII students of SMPN 1 Mataram in the 2022/2023 academic year. The population of this study were all students of class VIII SMPN 1 Mataram, totaling 11 classes with a total of 404 students. This study used two classes, namely experimental class 1 and experiment 2. Class G as experimental class 1 was given treatment in the form of applying the peer tutor model and class C as experimental class 2 was applied to the Numbered Head Together learning model. Using the Quasi Experiment method with Post-test Only Control Group Design. The research instrument used was a test. The prerequisite test in this study was the normality test using the Liliefors test and the homogeneity test using the Barlet test. Data analysis using paired t-test and z-test. The results of data analysis using the paired t-test showed that there was a significant difference between the average scores of students' mathematics achievement before and after learning with the peer tutor learning model and numbered heads together. And the results of data analysis using the z test showed that there was a difference in the average score of the mathematics post-test on the probability material for experimental class 1 and experimental class 2. This shows that there are influences and differences in the influence of the peer tutor learning model with Numbered Head Together on learning achievement class VIII students of SMPN 1 Mataram for the 2022/2023 academic year

    Penggunaan Sandwich Plate System (Sps) Pada Konstruksi Inner Bottom

    Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin maju memberikan alternatif-alternatif dalam memperbaiki berbagai bentuk sistem, termasuk di dalamnya konstruksi struktur kapal. Latar belakang dari penelitian ini adalah pada permasalahan kebutuhan material ringan pada kapal, kecepatan proses produksi, penyederhanaan konstruksi dan biaya perawatan kapal yang rendah. Penggunaan material ringan Sandwich Plate System (SPS) menjadi salah satu jawaban dari permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut, penggunaan SPS dapat menyederhanakan bentuk dari konstruksi kapal dengan menghilangkan penegar inner bottom longitudinal dan mampu mengurangi Light Weight Tonnase (LWT). Artikel ini membahas perbandingan pola distribusi tegangan dan deformasi pada konstruksi bottom yang menggunakan SPS dan baja AH36, selain dari itu juga mengetahui seberapa besar pengurangan LWT yang dihasilkan untuk meningkatkan Payload kapal. Analisa dilakukan dengan simulasi numerik berdasarkan FEM pada konstruksi inner bottom dengan pembebanan muatan. Dari hasil simulasi didapatkan besar tegangan maksimal untuk material baja AH36 sebesar 226 Mpa dengan menggunakan penegar, sedangkan konstuksi dengan material SPS tegangan maksimal yang dihasilkan sebesar 221 Mpa tanpa penggunaan penegar, dengan deformasi maksimal untuk AH36 dan SPS yaitu 77 mm yang terjadi pada bagian tengah blok konstruksi inner bottom. Dengan hilangnya penegar berat konstruksi berkurang sebesar 13,05% dari penggunaan material baja AH36 sehingga memberikan peningkatan payload sebesar 13,05%.     The program aims to establish in elementary school 01 Bangkalan as the pilot project, utilizing the trash as robot, enhancing environmental care and creativity. Methodologically, it is initiated by observing the trash and designing the character of G-RoCs. In addition, this project are introduced, socialized, and motivated to the school stake holders. It was held from May to August 2013, 50 participants and conducted six times. Furthermore, the result were 5 characters; rokhi, robhi, alikha, trachi, and sanmist. This finding triggers 74% the student to love the environment better. From all characters, rokhi and sanmist are the most favorite characters

    Kepala sekolah perlu melakukan supervisi pendidikan untuk meningkatkan dan menjaga mutu sekolah secara berkelanjutan. Tujuan penelitian untuk memberikan masukan strategi penggunaan teknik supervisi yang akan dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah. Metode penelitian dengan kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan studi dokumentasi, sedangkan teknik keabsahan data dengan triangulasi sumber. Hasil menunjukkan: strategi supervisi merupakan tahapan penentuan teknik supervisi yang terdiri dari: tahap analisis kondisi lingkungan internal dan eksternal supervisi, tahap Perumusan strategi yaitu Perumusan beberapa teknik supervisi, tahap pemilihan supervisi yang merupakan tahap pengambilan keputusan dan penentuan teknik supervisi, dan tahap penggunaan supervisi atau tahap pengaplikasian teknik supervisi yang terpilih. Kesimpulan, teknik supervisi pendidikan dapat terlaksana sesuai dengan karakteristik objek yang di supervisi
