Pengaruh Stres Terhadap Kadar Hormon Progesteron Pada Tikus Wistar Postpartum

ASI expenditure on postpartum mother can be influenced by several hormones, including progesterone. Progesterone secretion is closely related to the incidence of stress experienced by the mother postpartum. Increased cortisol in stressful circumstances can reduce the secretion of progesterone as a basic ingredient of these hormones derived from the same raw material, namely cholesterol. The impact of the decrease in the secretion of progesterone in the blood can interfere with the secretion of breast milk. Some studies suggest that progesterone levels increase under stress. This study aims to determine the effect of stress on progesterone levels in Wistar rats postpartum. This type of research in the form of experimental research design with post test only control group design. Number of samples 32 postpartum Wistar rats, the control group consisted of 16 and 16 treated by giving an electric shock stressor. Progesterone hormone levels checked by a method Radio Immuno Assay (RIA) and analyzed by independent t-test. The result showed the average levels of the hormone progesterone in the control group was 21.53 ± 1.60 ng/ml. While the average levels of the hormone progesterone in the treatment group was 20.23 ± 1.43 ng/ml. There is a significant effect of stress on levels of progesterone with a value of p = 0.022 (p <0.05). Conclusion: Stress on postpartum rats can significantly reduce levels of the hormone progesterone

Perancangan Basis Data Sistem Pembayaran Sport Center Berbasis Mysql

Sistem pembayaran merupakan kegiatan yang mutlak dalam proses bisnis yang dilakukan oleh pihak Sport Center. Data pembayaran yang dikelola harus dapat dipertanggung jawabkan dengan baik. Namun pada Kenyataannya masih banyak para pelaku bisnis dalam bidang Sport Center yang melakukan proses pengolahan data pembayaran dengan pencatatan model manual, hal ini akan mengakibatkan pengolahan data berjalan kurang efektif dan dapat menimbulkan banyak risiko serta perlu ditinjau kembali keakuratannya. Untuk itu perlu adanya menajemen data yang baik untuk dapat menghasilkan data pembayaran yang lebih cepat dan akurat. Penggunaan basis data akan memudahkan pihak sport center dalam mengolah data menjadi informasi pembayaran yang berkualitas. My Structured Query Language (MySQL) adalah perangkat lunak sistem manajemen basis data SQL atau DBMS yang multithtread, multi user, dan mampu menangani data-data sebuah instansi yang berukuran sangat besar hingga berukuran Giga Byte. Berdasarkan kelebihan ini maka penulis berusaha untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi pembayaran berbasis MySQL. Tulisan ini akan membahas perancangan basis data pada sistem informasi pembayaran sport center untuk dapat membantu pelaku bisnis sport center dalam melakukan pencatatan dan pengolahan data pembayaran. Peneliti berharap dengan adanya perancangan basis data sistem informasi sistem pembayaran sport center ini dapat dikembangkan menjadi sebuah aplikasi yang dapat memudahkan pengolahan data pembayaran

The research, entitled “The Documents of Inheritance For Over Land Registration of Property Rights in Sukoharjo District of Sukoharjo Regency” aims to find out the implementation of regulatory and compliance proof of inheritance in the registration of property rights over land in Sukoharjo, Sukoharjo District, a great variety of problems and efforts being made to overcome these problems in the registration of qualified property rights over the land as inheritance in the form of letter proof of inheritance in Sukoharjo district of Sukoharjo Regency.This study is an empirical juridicial research, which concerns the effectiveness of the law, particularly with regard to the letter proof of inheritance. Data collection is carried out by means of field research to obtain primary data and libraries research to acquire secondary data. Research results are analyzed qualitatively by selecting, grouping, systemizing, and linking data with the norms and principles, thus the writer obtained a clear picture linked to the problems being observed. The result showed that the certificate is evidence of the inheritance functions as a legitimate instrument of proof in Sukoharjo Land Office is that the document of proof plate as an Heir or Beneficiary Certificate; and deed of Divisian Right Along (APHB), and refused the documents of inheritance in the form of deed of Division of Inheritance. Implementation of publishing documents of Inheritance in the form of affidavits heir in Sukoharjo District of Sukoharjo Regency under Article 111, paragraph (1) letter (c) of the figure (4) K.BPN/PMNA No.3 in 1997. Barriers compliance the documents of inheritance among others are from the society\u27s minimal awareness of the law, ignorance of the procedures and mechanisms of registration of land. Efforts are being made in anticipating and addressing the obstacles faced and effective remains unclear, both from the public and government authorities so that the principles and objectives of the appropriate land registration a Government Regulation No. 24 of 1997 about the land registration has not been fully achieved
