    Correlation of crises, crisis experiences and orientation of time perspective at the initial stage of training in higher education institution

    The purpose of article is identification of an actual problem of psychological science: correlation of crises and a crisis experiences with and orientation of time perspective at the initial stage of training in institution of higher education. Methods. During the research the following psychodiagnostic methods are applied: the questionnaire of crisis experiences for student by V. R. Manukyan; a questionnaire of time perspective by F. Zimbardo in adaptation of A. Syrtsova, E. T. Sokolova, O. V. Mitina (ZTPI). Results and scientific novelty. Data on interrelation of crises and crisis experiences with an orientation of temporary prospect are obtained and analysed on the basis of representative selection of students in Novosibirsk State Medical University. Gender distinctions of crises behaviour of students are shown. It is established that temporary prospects «The negative past» and «The fatalistic present» correlate with all the crisis experiences of students at the initial stage of training in higher education institution. The temporary prospect «Future» has the return correlation with crisis experience «absence of the appreciably attractive purposes in the future», and the interrelation with crises is absent. In this regard the author proposes the correction procedure of psychological escort of first-year students. Practical significance. The research findings can be used by educational psychologists for psychological diagnostics of pupils, to search the reasons of their poor progress, during the developing and correction of programs of psychology and pedagogical escort of first-year students, in particular when writing the program of adaptive training in the centers of psychosocial maintenance of the trainees. Guidelines for a choice of the techniques and methods promoting overcoming of the problems connected with crisis of identity and biographic crises are givenЦель статьи – раскрыть причины кризиса, который переживают студенты на начальном этапе обучения в вузе. Методология и методики. В ходе исследования применялись психодиагностические методики: анкета В. Р. Манукян, выявляющая кризисные переживания, и опpocник временной перспективы Ф. Зимбардо в адаптации А. Сырцовой, Е. Т. Соколовой, О. В. Митиной (ZTPI). Результаты и научная новизна. На основе репрезентативной выборки студентов в Новосибирском государственном медицинском университете получены и проанализированы данные о взаимосвязи кризисов и кризисных переживаний с направленностью временной перспективы. Показаны гендерные различия протекания кризисов у учащейся молодежи. Установлено, что временные перспективы «Негативное прошлое» и «Фаталистическое настоящее» коррелируют со всеми кризисными переживаниями студентов на начальном этапе обучения в вузе. Временная перспектива «Будущее» имеет обратную корреляцию с кризисным переживанием «отсутствие заметно привлекающих целей в будущем», взаимосвязь с кризисами отсутствует. В связи с этим автор предлагает коррекцию психологического сопровождения первокурсников. Практическая значимость. Изложенный в статье материал может быть использован педагогами-психологами для психологической диагностики учащихся, при поиске причин их неуспеваемости, при разработке и коррекции программ психолого-педагогического сопровождения первокурсников, в частности при написании программы адаптивного тренинга в центрах психосоциального сопровождения обучающихся. Даны рекомендации по выбору техник и методик, способствующих преодолению проблем, связанных с кризисом идентичности и биографическими кризисам

    Socio-psychological climate as a factor of competitiveness

    In this article the influence of the socio-psychological climate on the competitiveness of organizations is studied. Organizational atmosphere is considered as the main factor stimulating the growth of employees’ productivity. The aim of this study is to analyze the competitive enterprises of the brewing industry on the Russian market, their financial performance and the organizational climate that prevails in the organizations, as well as to identify the interdependencies between these indicators. To analyse the psychological climate of the team such indicators as “salary rate”, “management”, “state of working place”, “relation in collective”, “career opportunities” and “job satisfaction” were used. “Profit”, “net profit” and “revenue” of the companies were used for financial activity analysis. As a result of the analysis, a positive correlation between the presented indicators was revealed, which explains the interrelation of the financial performance of the companies and the organizational climate in them

    The X-ray and spiral computed tomography pictures of patients with zygomatico-orbito-maxillary coplex fractures accompanied by damage of the maxillary sinus walls were analyzed. Residual displacement and emergence of hemosinus after close reduction and after open reduction with internal fixation were compaired. Radiography could be used as a screening for detection of indication for surgery. Computed tomography should be a regular method of postoperative diagnostic to evaluate sinus pneumatisation and anomalies of ostio-meatal unit.Изучены данные лучевой диагностики у пациентов с переломом скуло-орбитально-верхнечелюстного комплекса, сопровождающимся повреждением верхнечелюстной пазухи. Проведен анализ качества сопоставления костных отломков, а также частоты возникновения гемосинуса после закрытых и открытых методов хирургического лечения переломов по данным рентгенографии и компьютерной томографии. Сделан вывод о возможности использования рентгенографии в качестве скрининга для выявления показаний к хирургическому лечению и необходимости выполнения компьютерной томографии в послеоперационный период для оценки пневматизации верхнечелюстной пазухи и состояния остио-меатального комплекса

    Comparing regional organizations in global multilateral institutions:ASEAN, the EU and the UN

    Structural change brought about by the end of the Cold War and accelerated globalisation have transformed the global environment. A global governance complex is emerging, characterised by an ever-greater functional and regulatory role for multilateral organisations such as the United Nations (UN) and its associated agencies. The evolving global governance framework has created opportunities for regional organisations to participate as actors within the UN (and other multilateral institutions). This article compares the European Union (EU) and Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) as actors within the UN network. It begins by extrapolating framework conditions for the emergence of EU and ASEAN actorness from the literature. The core argument of this article is that EU and ASEAN actorness is evolving in two succinct stages: Changes in the global environment create opportunities for the participation of regional organisations in global governance institutions, exposing representation and cohesion problems at the regional level. In response, ASEAN and the EU have initiated processes of institutional adaptation
