針状バリウムフェライト微粒子<ミニノート>
A new type acicular BaCoxTixFe12-2xO19(X=0-1.0) particle and their coated films were prepared. The homogeneous mixtures of α-FeOOH, Ba(OH)2・8H2O, Co acetylacetonate and Ti acetylacetonate were sintered at 900℃ for 3hrs and then quenched.
The aspect ratio of about 10-15 didn't depend on the amount of the substitution, X. The coercive force linearly decreased with the increase of X. As the sample of X=0.7 had the coercive force of about 1KOe, it is available for the present magnetic recording medium. The magnetization of these samples was unchanged with X until X=0.7.
The mixture of the acicular particles of X=0.7, dispersing agent and binder resins was coated on the polyester film in the magnetic field of 7KOe perpendicular to the film. It was confirmed that the long axis of the acicular particles was parallel to the base film by the TEM observation of the cross-section of the coated film. The magnetic anisotropy of acicular BaCoxTixFe12-2xO19 film is in the direction perpendicular to the filrn. 都市ごみ焼却施設における塩素化ベンゼン類の自動測定
application/pdfTo control PCDD sand PCDFs exhausted from MSW incineration plants, it is necessary to monitor these compounds. But the analytical method of them is not so easy. Chlorobenzens also chlolinated aromatic ompounds are known the same contaminations, and concentrations of them are correlated with PCDDs and PCDFs. Analysis of chlorobenzenes is easy because of the irvolatileness and high concentration levels. So we developed an automatic analyzer of chlorobenzenes for MSW incineration plants. This system was composed from GC-FID(HP-5880A), a concentration tube peaked with Tenax GC, a 6-way valve, a 3-way valve and a vacuum pump. This analytical system was set on a incineration plant. Exhaust gas out of EP was led and concentrated on Tenax GC for 10 minutes, and then heated at 270℃ to inject into a capillary column. Many compounds were separated, such as chlorobenzenes (mono~hexa), chlorophenols(di~tetra) and aromatic hydro carbons, and then 21compounds were quantified. This analytical cycle was an hour. 地下構造物の非定常熱負荷の線形近似予測手法と熱性能評価指標の開発
application/pdf地下構造物の空調熱負荷を精度良く予測する実用的手法は確立されておらず、一般建築物としての地下構造物の利用は進んでいない。そこで本研究では、一般の住宅規模の地下構造物を対象に、利用可能な簡易かつ精度の高い地下構造物空調熱負荷計算手法の開発を実施した。具体的は煩雑かつ冗長な計算時間を有する非線形熱水分同時移動モデルによる予測精度をフィールド実験実測と比較しその精度を確認し、この結果を用いて線形近似的に負荷予測する手法を開発した。This study was conducted to establish a predictable method for a heat load of an underground structure with sufficient accuracy. In this study, the authors developed the simple load calculation technique, using a linearized approximation indicial response of the inner surface heat flux in a basement to outdoor air temperature change. In addition, the approximation indicial responses for each part of the single walled concrete drawn using this technique were arranged.
