強酸性下での酵母バイオマス生産

2. G18号菌は,pH1.8の培地で最大比増殖速度を示した。
3. バイオマス生産の至適培地組成は,ブドウ糖2%,硫酸アンモニウム0.8%,およびコーンスチープ水5%であった。
4. 上記培地からのバイオマス収量は,12g(乾燥盤畿)/l であった。
5. 本菌菌体は,FAO基準に近い必須アミノ酸バランスを有していた。A process for the Production of yeast biomass by fermentation under nonaseptic or nonsterile conditions is described. The fermentation process was carried out under very acidic conditions of pH1.8 by using an acidophilic yeast G18, which was selected from about 200 acid-torelant or acidophilic isolates and had a maximum specific growth rate of 0.25hr⁻¹. The maximum biomass productivity achieved was 12g of dry cells per liter of glucose (2%)-ammonium sulfate (0.8%)-corn steep water (5%)-medium after 48 hour cultivation on a shaker at 28℃. The protein content of the single-cell protein produced by this process was 39g per 100g of dry cells, and the amino acid profile in terms of essential amino acids compared favorably with FAO standard for food protein.departmental bulletin pape
Development of Experiment System for Autonomous Wheelchair Robot
Since early 2000's, an autonomous wheelchair robot system for supporting handicapped people has been developed at the author's laboratory. The wheelchair robot was equipped with desktop PC, IR and Ultrasonic sensors. In addition, the control programs have been developed such that they can cooperate with commercial software Webots. Recently, the system has been renewed in order to use micro computer boards with embedded Linux which can run open-source robot control software Player/Stage/Gazebo and to use Laser Range Finder.
In this report, the authors describes some parts of the renewal works, they are, (l) development of motor control software which can run with PSG. (2) modeling of the measurement error of LRF and implementation on simulation software. Developed softwares and models are evaluated by experiments.departmental bulletin pape
汎用FEMコードを利用した領域最適化問題の数値解析法(力法によるアプローチ)
This paper describes the numerical method for domain optimization problems based on the traction method. The traction method was recently proposed as a solution to domain optimization problems.With the traction method,the domain variation is analyzed under a condition where the objective functional decreases.We propose a convenient numerical method using a genaral purpose FEM to apply the traction method to practical problems. The domain optimization problem treated here is a mean compliance minimization problem of linear elastic structures.The computed results of a multiply connected plate and a solid torsion bar are compared with those obtained by other authors.The practical application of the method is also demonstrated with a plane sample and a solid one.The results show sufficient validity of the proposed numerical method for practical domain optimization problems.journal articl
