    ABSTRAK Allah telah memberikan karunianya berupa lautan yang membentang luas di wilayah indonesia. Salah satu hasil tangkapan laut yang melimpah di Indonesia khususnya di Banyuwangi, Jawa Timur adalah ikan lemuru. Adanya tambang emas di wilayah pesanggaran, Banyuwangi menyebabkan wilayah perairan Banyuwangi beserta ekosistem di dalamnya tercemar oleh merkuri. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui suhu dan komposisi pendestruksi terbaik serta mencari kadar merkuri yang terkandung dalam ikan lemuru yang berasal dari Muncar dan Pesanggaran, Banyuwangi. Destruksi dilakukan secara tertutup menggunakan refluks dengan variasi suhu yaitu suhu 60 oC, 80 oC, dan 100 oC. Suhu terbaik yang didapat digunakan untuk destruksi selanjutnya dalam menentukan pendestruksi terbaik yaitu HNO3:H2O2 (1:0); (2:1); (4:1); (7:1); (10:3) dan pendestruksi terbaik digunakan untuk menentukan kadar merkuri dalam ikan lemuru yang berasal dari masing-masing tempat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa suhu destruksi terbaik adalah suhu 60 oC dengan kadar merkuri rerata sebesar 183,97 ppb hasil uji anova menunjukkan bahwa F hitung (174,14) > F tabel (5,14) menunjukkan adanya pengaruh antara ketiga variasi suhu tersebut terhadap hasil destruksi. Pendestruksi terbaik adalah HNO3:H2O2 (1:0) dengan kadar merkuri tertinggi sebesar 183,97 ppb. Berdasarkan uji anova didapatkan bahwa F hitung (493,09) > F tabel (3,84) menunjukkan adanya pengaruh dari kelima variasi pendestruksi. Kadar merkuri rerata yang terkandung dalam ikan lemuru yang berasal dari wilayah Muncar adalah sebesar 124,40 ppb, sedangkan wilayah Pesanggaran kandungan merkuri rerata dalam ikan lemuru sebesar 158,93 ppb. ABSTRACT Allah has given his gift such as the sea that spread out widely in Indonesia. One of sea’s yields in Indonesia especially in Banyuwangi, East Java is Lemuru Fish. Because of gold’s mine in Pesanggran, Banyuwangi, caused maritime area in Banyuwangi along with the ecosystem have contaminated by Mercury. The aims of this research is to know the best temperature and the best composition of destructor, and determinate concentration of mercury that contained in Lemuru fish from Muncar and Pesanggaran, Banyuwangi. The digestion has done closed digestion using reflux with temperature variations, they are 60 oC, 80 oC, and 100 oC. The best temperature that has gotten used to the next digestion for decide the best composition of destructor, there are HNO3:H2O2 (1:0); (2:1); (4:1); (7:1); (10:3) and the best destructor used to decide concentration of mercury in Lemuru Fish from each place. The result of this research shown that the best temperature of destruction is 60 oC with the highest concentration about 183.97 ppb result of annova test which shown that F value (174,14) > F table (5,14) that shown the significant differences between the three of temperatures variation. The best composition of destructor is HNO3:H2O2 (1:0), with the highest concentration about 183,97 ppb based on annova test has gotten that F value (493,09) > F table (3,84) that shown there are significance differences from five of destructor variations. Concentration of mercuy that contained in Lemuru Fish from Muncar is about 124,40 ppb, whereas in Pesanggaran the concentration of mercury in Lemuru Fish is about 158,93 ppb

    Diabetes mellitus is a metabolic disease characterized by high blood sugar levels due to lack of insulin secretion, impaired insulin secretion or both. Complications due to diabetes mellitus include heart disease, stroke, erectile dysfunction, kidney failure, and damage to the nervous system. One of the non-pharmacological efforts to treat diabetes mellitus is foot soak therapy in warm water. Soak feet with warm water has several benefits including increasing blood circulation, increasing muscle relaxation, and increasing capillary permeability. This application uses the case study method. To understand and apply warm water foot baths to prevent complications in patients with diabetes mellitus. The method of compiling this Scientific Paper by conducting direct observations and interviews. Of this technique was carried out for three days, this study was carried out once a day for 15 minutes. The results of the warm water foot soak application show that there is an influence between soaking the feet with warm water on increasing blood circulation. From these results it can be said that blood circulation increases after soaking the feet in warm water

    Inflammation is a response from the body to injury or infection, flavonoids contained in African leaves (Gymnanthemum Amygdalinum Del.) And palm oil leaves (Elaeis Guineensis Jacq.) have anti-inflammatory effects. This study aims to examine the anti-inflammatory effects of a combination of ethanol extracts of Gymnanthemum Amygdalinum Del. And Elaeis Guineensis Jacq. on white rat foot edema which is induced by carrageenan 1% subplantar, and effective dosage as anti-inflammatory. The extract was made by maceration method using 96% ethanol solvent. The antiinflammatory effect test was divided into 5 treatment groups. The first group (negative control) was given 0.5% CMC Na suspension, the group (positive control) was given diclofenac Na suspension 2.25 mg / kg bw, and the suspension group was a combination of African leaf extract (Gymnanthemum Amygdalinum Del.) And palm oil leaves ( Elaeis Guineensis Jacq.) Dose 200 + 62.5 mg / kg bw, 400 + 125 mg / kg bw, and 800 + 250 mg / kg bw. Inflammation volume measurements were measured using a pletismometer for 180 minutes at 30 minute intervals after 1% carrageenan was induced. The results showed that negative controls had significant differences with other treatment groups which did not show anti-inflammatory effects. In conclusion, the suspension of a combination of ethanol extract of African leaves and palm oil leaves has an effective anti-inflammatory effect at a dose of 800 + 250 mg / kg bw

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh dari pelayanan dan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan pengunjung pada objek wisata Kebun Binatang Simalingkar Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 28.650 pengunjung yang terhitung dari Juni 2022 s/d Agustus 2022. Dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 pengunjung dengan teknik penarikan sampel yang digunakan yaitu random sampling. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda, sedangkan pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 24.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung pada objek wisata Kebun Binatang Simalingkar Medan. sementara fasilitas secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung pada objek wisata Kebun Binatang Simalingkar Medan. Sedangkan pelayanan dan fasilitas secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung pada objek wisata Kebun Binatang Simalingkar Medan

    Salah satu sektor yang menjadi tumpuan pemerintah untuk meningkatkan pendapatan daerah akibat kunjungan wisatawan ke suatu objek wisata adalah sektor pariwisata yang sangat erat kaitannya dengan perkembangan objek wisata di suatu daerah. Selain amenitas, daya tarik, dan aksesibilitas yang mendukung daya tarik wisata tersebut, kualitas daya tarik wisata juga dapat ditentukan oleh keadaan objek wisata itu sendiri. Evaluasi tempat wisata yang ada saat ini oleh pengunjung dapat menjadi model untuk penciptaan tempat wisata baru. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana minat wisatawan mengunjungi Eden Park 100 dipengaruhi oleh atraksi, aksesibilitas, dan amenitas. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, 30 pengunjung tempat wisata diberikan kuesioner sebagai bagian dari proyek penelitian. Dengan nilai Sig F Change sebesar 0,003 < 0,005 didapatkan hasil bahwa variabel atraksi, aksesibilitas, dan amenitas berpengaruh terhadap minat wisatawan untuk mengunjungi objek wisata Eden Park 100 dalam waktu yang bersamaan

    Distribution and spatial analysis of public healthcare in Indonesia are rarely discussed. Most of the research tell about quantity and quality which do not mention the spatial aspect. This research purposes to know the relationship between health facilities selection and geographic conditions by combining medical facilites data, number of doctor and spatial analysis approach. The selected study areas are referral health facilities chosen by DHF (Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever) patients in Purwosari District, Gunungkidul Regency. Information was collected by interviews and field measurements (altitude and location plotting) and also secondary data collection (hospital accreditation data, number of doctors, and number of beds). GPS, Altimeter, ArcGIS, and SPSS used for data collection and analysis. The spatial analysis method in this research were kernel density, buffer, ruler, and altitude of each facility. Meanwhile, the medical analysis approach used Pearsons' correlation and multinomial logistic regression in SPSS. The results of the spatial analysis show that the DHF patients in Purwosari dominantly choose health facilities in Bantul Regency because of having closer distance, relatively short travel time, lower elevation, and many health facilities centers. At the same time, Puskesmas Purwosari (Sub-district level Health center) was only chosen as an early reference and a place for treating mild dengue patients. In addition, distance, duration of travel time, and the number of doctors had a strong correlation based on the Pearson's correlation. These three variables have the greatest linear relationship with the response variable. Meanwhile, some variables; elevation, number of doctors, accreditation, and number of beds were considered by patients in choosing a hospital based on multinomial logistic regression analysis

    Demographic transition and population ageing in Yogyakarta

    The aim of this research were to explain the demographic transition and the population ageing in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY). This study used previous demographic and profiles of the elderly data in DIY. These data collected from the Central Bureau of Statistics Indonesia (BPS) and other relevant institutions, and then analyzed by descriptive analysis. The results showed The Special Region of Yogyakarta’s demographic transition is in its final stages. This is due to the population ageing in this region; which indicated by high percentage of elderly population. Population ageing in DIY has been happening since 1990. In 1990, the percentage of the elderly population was 11, 3% and became 14, 37% in 2019
