ANDROID BASED EDUCATIONAL GAME IN INDONESIAN TEYL
Gadgets provide advantages for life. The current world-famous software available is Android. This software is believed to assist teachers in delivering knowledge effectively. In relation to that idea, this study aims to describe the effectiveness of Android based educational game to improve young learners’ ability in learning English vocabulary. The fourth graders of primary school were pointed as the subjects of this research. Pre-experimental design was applied by using (pre- and post-) test as the main instrument. Based on the statistical analysis of the data,the results show that the use of educational game from Android (App Inventor) improved the students’ English competence in learning vocabulary. The students get in-depth understanding about the topic of animal identified from the better score in post test. Furthermore, the game
greatly encourages the students in giving active participation during the classroom activities. In brief, using Android based educational game is one of joyful alternative teaching innovations to support the creative young learners’ teachers
Hubungan Ekspektasi Dengan Kepuasan Mahasiswa Pada Pelaksanaan Program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka Di Perguruan Tinggi
Abstract: The objectives of this study are 1) to describe the level of student expectations of the implementation of the MBKM Program in Higher Education, 2) to describe the level of student satisfaction with the implementation of the MBKM Program in Higher Education, 3) to describe the relationship between expectations and the level of student satisfaction with the implementation of the MBKM Program in Higher Education, and 4) to describe the difference between expectations and the level of student satisfaction with the implementation of the MBKM Program in Higher Education. This research is oriented towards quantitative methods. Active students of the State University of Malang and the National Institute of Technology Malang who have participated in the MBKM program with a total of 2665 people are the population in this research. The sampling technique used the Solvin formula with a sample size of 424 respondents. Data collection was done by questionnaire technique. For data collection, the technique used is product moment correlation person. The results of this study indicate that the level of student expectations of the MBKM program at the State University of Malang and the National Institute of Technology Malang is in the medium category with a percentage value of 65.3% and 72.2%. The level of student satisfaction with the MBKM program at the State University of Malang and the National Institute of Technology Malang is in the moderate category with a percentage value of 65.1% and 70.8%. While testing the research hypothesis, namely the relationship between expectations and student satisfaction with the MBKM program at the State University of Malang, getting a calculated r value of 0.996 greater than 0.104, it can be decided that H0 in the study is rejected and Ha in the study is accepted in other words that there is a relationship between expectations and student satisfaction with the MBKM program at the State University of Malang. Hasil daripada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat ekspektasi mahasiswa terhadap program MBKM di Universitas Negeri Malang dan Institut Teknologi Nasional Malang berada pada kategori sedang dengan nilai presentase sebesar 65,3% dan 72,2%. Tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap program MBKM di Universitas Negeri Malang dan Institut Teknologi Nasional Malang berada pada kategori sedang dengan nilai presentase sebesar 65,1% dan 70,8%. schools. The writings are in the form of recount text (telling past events) that had been selected in terms of language and content. The authors start overviewing the theoretical information about teaching practicum in Indonesian university context. Then, the exploration of
the students’ experiences were expressed into two types: challenging and frightening. The classification was sorted from the expression or feeling that they put into their full writings. Next, this book collects the pictures of students when they carried out teaching practicum with various poses and partners. In the last part, the authors give conclusion according to the students’ stories in this book connected with the

MANAJEMEN RISIKO PADA BANK SYARIAH DI INDONESIA
Abstract: Islamic banks in Indonesia will always be faced with various types of risks with varying complexity, and inherent in their business activities. Thus, the application of Islamic banking risk management in Indonesia is very urgent to be implemented in order to identify, measure, and control various risks that will be faced. Risk is the possibility of an unwanted event occurring, which can cause losses if not anticipated or managed properly. Meanwhile, risk management is a set of methodologies and procedures used to identify, measure, monitor, and control risks arising from all bank business activities. The risk management of Islamic banks has a different character from conventional banks, mainly because of the types of risks that are only attached to banks that operate according to sharia. The characteristics of risk management in Islamic banks are risk identification, risk assessment, risk anticipation and risk monitoring.

MANAJEMEN LIKUIDITAS PADA BANK SYARIAH
Liquidity is generally defined as having adequate sources of funds to meet all the needs of maturing obligations. Or in other words, the company's ability to meet obligations when billed, both predictably and unexpectedly. Liquidity management of Islamic banks is defined as a program to control liquid assets that are easy to fulfill in order to meet all bank obligations that must be paid immediately. One of the functions of liquidity management is to provide confidence to depositors that depositors can withdraw their funds at any time or at maturity the funds can be withdrawn. Therefore, banks are required to maintain a number of liquid funds so that banks can fulfill their obligations. Liquidity in financial institutions is the ability of banking financial institutions to disburse funds in the short term. Broadly speaking, liquidity management consists of two parts: estimating the need for funds originating from deposit inflows and for channeling funds (fund outflows) and various financial commitments. Broadly speaking, the condition of
bank liquidity is influenced by external and internal factors. External factors are factors that cannot be controlled, while internal factors in general are those that can be controlled by the bank. External factors include economic and monetary conditions. Depositor characteristics, money market conditions, regulations and others. Meanwhile, internal factors are highly dependent on the management of each bank's liquidity instruments. An example is the selection of a strategy for implementing asset-liabilities management.

SEJARAH DAN KEBERLANJUTAN KUPANG LONTONG DI KABUPATEN SIDOARJO
Abstract: Kupang lontong is a typical of Sidoarjo dish consisting of kupang, lontong, and lentho as a complement (a kind of fried food made from shaved cassava, tolo beans, spiced grated coconut). A combination of petis herbs, raw garlic, and kupang with fresh sweet spicy sauce. The purpose of this research is to know the history and sustainability of kupang lontong in Sidoarjo. Type of research that will be used in this research, that is descriptive qualitative. Methods of data collection using observation and interview methods conducted in Sidoarjo. Research subjects included kupang traders, groups of kupang lontong sellers, Sidoarjo peoples and Food and Agriculture Department. Data analysis using qualitative descriptive method. Validity of data in this research is triangulation method which means compare and crosscheck the information obtained by comparing result of observation, interview and documentation. The result of the research is the history of kupang lontong is unknown, there is no written record and can not be traced. No one can tell the beginning of the emergence of kupang lontong dish, only known if kupang lontong dish has existed for decades ago, or even hundreds of years ago if according to the historical story of Dewi Sekardadu. But when, where, and who bring up kupang lontong as a dish, can not be known for certain. While sustainability kupang lontong only to the stage able to meet the needs of consumers and the level of consumption is not decreased. Kupang Lontong sellers in Sidoarjo just satisfied to the point of selling kupang lontong and sold in the market. Just think of it, do not want to serve kupang lontong in another form. So the government finally only focus on promoting the introducing kupang lontong to the wider community.

The influence of Covid-19 Virus has weakened the economy in Indonesia. One example is slowing economic growth. The banking sector is most affected by the large impact of the covid-19 virus. Where the influence of covid-19 makes the implementation of new policies to seek banks in overcoming their finances in this pandemic. The bank also conducts policies in the form of working from home or often known as WFH (Work From Home). So this policy also has an impact on operational issues in banking performance. From conventional banking to Islamic banking also experienced the same thing. Because not a few parties from Bank Indonesia and the government requested the existence of policies from banks to continue to strive for financial performance during this pandemic
