Evaluasi Kinerja Internet Kampus Universitas Tanjungpura dengan Analisis Quality of Service dan User Acceptance Test

Paper ini membahas tentang evaluasi kualitas layanan internet di Universitas Tanjungpura. Penulis menggunakan dua metode analisis, yaitu Quality of Service (QoS) dan User Acceptance Test (UAT) untuk mengukur kinerja internet di kampus Universitas Tanjungpura. Pada analisis QoS, penulis mengukur beberapa parameter kinerja internet, seperti throughput, delay, packet loss, dan jitter, untuk setiap fakultas di kampus. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa throughput tertinggi berada di Fakultas Teknik (FT) dengan nilai rata-rata 87,90 MB, sementara delay dan packet loss terendah terdapat di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis (FEB) dengan nilai rata-rata 0,16 ms dan 0,00% secara berturut-turut. Sementara itu, pada analisis UAT, penulis melakukan survei terhadap mahasiswa untuk mengetahui penggunaan internet di kampus dan kepuasan mereka terhadap layanan internet yang disediakan. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas mahasiswa menganggap internet di kampus memadai dan lancar, serta sering digunakan untuk belajar dan mengakses media sosial

Tinjauan Yuridis Perlindungan Hukum Bagi Peternak Kecil dan Menengah Ayam Pedaging (Broiler) Atas Terjadinya Over Produksi di Kalbar

This study addressed on the issue of Judicial Review of Legal Protection for Small and Medium Breeder Broiler On the occurrence of Over Production In West Kalimantan. The development of the upstream sector farms in West Kalimantan is not matched by the development of the downstream sector, make up the gap there is excess production of broilers, which have an impact on small and medium-sized breeder . So that raises the issue of how the legal regulation for the breeder small and medium of broiler in West Kalimantan?; broiler product distribution arrangements in order to avoid over-production ; as well as the efforts made to protect the breeder small and medium of broiler. The conclusion of the study that had been conducted through normative research, that in West Kalimantan in particular does not have laws governing and protecting the breeder small and medium and some local regulations regarding farm in West Kalimantan is still under the law the old farm, have not done updates to the latest legislation in force. In anticipation of this future system trading system chain (distribution) of broilers ideal is a system that involves the handling of the cold chain to ensure it produces chicken products are Safe, Healthy, Whole and Halal for the community. Efforts should be made to protect and empower the breeder small and medium in accordance mandated in Law No. 19 of 2013

Kedudukan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (Ojk) dalam Perlindungan Hukum Bagi Masyarakat Bedasarkan Pasal 28 Undang-undang Nomor 21 Tahun 2011 Tentang Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (Studi Kasus Investasi Save Our Trade di Kabupaten Mempawah).

This thesis discusses the position of the Financial Services Authority (FSA) in Legal Protection for People Based on Article 28 of Law No. 21 of 2011 on the Financial Services Authority (Case Study Investment Save Our Trade In Mempawah District). The method used in this research is normative-sociological approach. The shift of authority permission depositor funds from Bank Indonesia to the Financial Services Authority under Article 55 of Law No. 21 Year 2011 concerning Keuangan.Otoritas Services Authority Financial Services has the authority of legal protection for people based on Articles 28, 29 and 30 of Law No. 21 Year 2011 on the Financial Services Authority to educate the public, provide facilities for customer complaints, as well as dealing with illegal investments to revoke the business license, or damages and or filed a lawsuit. The recommendation is the FSA as an authority in the handling of fund customers in the form invetasi illegal, should take preventive measures to capital investments of illegal earlier, by educating the public in the form of programming knowledge of financial products that have the potential to invest illegal and knowledge of customer complaints mechanism FSA to people in every region in Indonesia, the program created the FSA to make rules that can be applied socialization longer term in the form of public discussions and cooperation with local governments for the implementation of the program, training of product knowledge of financial services to the public to understand financial products regularly so people understand that goes into the category of illegal investments and know the customer complaints mechanism so that customers increased legal protection. Customer as the weaker party should be more active in choosing a financial investment, not get caught up in illegal capital investment License or investment permits and the right to know the permission of authorities, so as not to suffer losses
