According to the results of identifying latent classes by job preference, five classes were discerned for 250 college students. Each class showed distinctive length of job searching period and the unemployment rate. Also, the results of Survival Analysis showed that English test score (TOEIC) and motherโ€™s average monthly income were significant determinants of length of job searching period. Based on the findings from this study, it is suggested that insightful measures to enhance imbalance of employment quality should be considered

Since the career path is not fixed, rather changing over time, it is necessary to study the career development in adolescence. Thus, using the 11th wave data of the Korean Education & Employment Panel (KEEP), this study attempts to categorize the change of youth career development over time and verifies how those categories have effects on labor market outcomes, including income and job satisfaction. For this purpose, this study applied the two-part growth mixture model and conducted the Lanza approach analysis. The results of the study show that adolescent's career development can be categorized into five different patterns, including the career indecision group. Moreover, the group with a high level of career development has greater achievement of the labor market outcomes. Detailed explanations and implications of these findings are discussed in the paper

The latent class growth models of the two variables were estimated and the significance of the related factors was tested. Data from the first- to sixth-wave surveys of the Korean Longitudinal Survey of Women and Families (KLoWF) were used to get a sample of married female workers. The latent classes of work-family reconciliation were 'Conflict-reconciliation boundary type', 'Balance type', and 'Conflict-change type', while those of job satisfaction were 'Low level rise', 'Universal', and 'High level'. In the influencing factor results, marital intimacy and awareness of the maternity protection policy had a significant impact on all the latent classes. The perceptions of marital gender roles and vocational education and training differed among the groups. The results of this study may help understand married female worker's situations in the current labor market, and are expected to be used as rudimentary data for improving the quality of their lives
