This result may be related to the post test for stress being administered just before mid-term exams.Hypothesis 2 that, the level of stress coping scale of adolescents who received guided imagery will be significantly increased compared to a control group, was supported (t=2.36, p=.020).In conclusion, guided imagery is suggested as an effective nursing intervention for adolescents, which could be used in a school health program for adolescents. Even though a significant reduction in level of stress was not found, there was an increase in stress coping skills.ope
