Major results of the paper are as follows: First, the policy weight of 'the improvement of university Start-up conditions and awareness' is the highest, followed by 'the creation of the environment for the challenge of the university students' new establishment' and 'the building-up of the start-up friendly education system'. Second, additionally 1,039 students are forecast to create new establishments in 2017 compared to the case of business as usual if institutional improvement is realized as every university wishes. Third, according to the scenario analysis, incrementally 415 students are expected to create new establishments in 2017 compared to the case of business as usual if policy priority is given to 'the creation of the environment for the challenge of the university students' new establishment' and some tasks of 'the improvement of university Start-up conditions and awareness'

Major results are the followings: First, the unemployeds with high level of education have lower level of job flexibility since they tend to adhere to job category which they want. And men in general have lower level of job flexibility in terms of wage and firm size. Second, elderly people emphasize non-wage conditions such as commuting time and have higher level of job flexibility in terms of firm size. Third, sex, age, job career, education level and desirable wage turn out to have influence on wage importance in the order mentioned. In particular, education level and desirable wage seem to affect wage importance for men. In case of women, job career seems to affect wage importance. Finally, the middle-age unemployeds with long job career exhibit low level of flexibility to wage level

The major results were the followings: First, the gain in terms of the average employment rate of NURI teams was found to be significantly higher than those of other comparable groups. Second, decision tree analysis also confirmed that the NURI project was successful in enhancing employment rates. Third, hazard model analysis showed that the time needed to get employment did not exhibit consistent reduction. This was partly due to financial crisis began on 2008. Therefore, it is desirable that the lessons from the NURI project can be applied to any future government-funded projects
