당근마켓과 중고나라를 중심으로

학위논문(석사) -- 서울대학교대학원 : 생활과학대학 소비자학과, 2021.8. 김난도.지나치게 빠른 유행의 전환, 생산 및 소비의 과잉의 시대에서 온라인 플랫폼의 발달과 소비자들이 추구하는 혜택이나 가치가 명확해짐에 따라 중고거래시장이 더욱 활성화 되고 있다. 온라인 중고거래는 상대적으로 저렴한 가격에 재화의 분배가 가능하고, 배달과정 중 흠집, 새 제품을 오히려 중고가격에 구매할 수 있는 등 다양한 이유로 소비자들에게 매력적으로 다가온다. 또한, 과거와는 달리 중고거래가 이성적이고 합리적인 측면도 포함하는 동시에 사회적이고 감정적인 영역에로 확장되는 것은 중고물품에 대한 소비패러다임이 변화하고 있음을 시사한다. 이러한 중고거래 시장의 변화로 중고나라, 번개장터, 당근마켓과 같은 다양한 플랫폼에서 치열한 경쟁을 벌이고 있으며 이에 따라 롯데를 포함한 국내 유통기업 및 금융업계에서도 중고거래시장에 뛰어들고 있어 중고시장은 더욱 활발해질 것으로 예상된다. 한편, 플랫폼 비즈니스의 주요 자산은 네트워크로, 네트워크의 규모는 엄청난 경쟁 역량의 원천이 되며 네트워크의 크기를 키워 시장 지배력을 확보한다. 멧칼프의 법칙(Metcalfe’s Law)에 의하면 네트워크의 가치는 이용자수의 제곱과 같기 때문에 네트워크의 규모가 크면 클수록 그 가치는 더욱 극대화 된다. 그러나 최근에는 이러한 네트효과 효과와는 예외적인 현상으로 지역을 기반으로 하는 중고거래가 큰 각광을 받고 있다. 지역중심의 네트워킹을 기반으로 하는 중고거래의 경우 가까운 이웃간에 거래를 하게 되므로 사용자의 접근성과 편의성이 극대화되게 되며 이러한 장점에 힘입어 지역을 기반으로 하는 중고거래 폴랫폼이 두드러지게 성장하였다. 이에 본 연구는 플랫폼을 통한 온라인 중고거래에 초점을 두고 선행연구를 바탕으로 지역기반과 전국기반 플랫폼의 대표적인 예인 당근마켓과 중고나라 사용자를 대상으로 구체적으로 두 가지 플랫폼의 이용행태 및 인식에 대한 차이를 살펴보고 지속이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 중고거래 시 경험하는 불확실성, 지각하는 혜택, 지각하는 위험 및 가치로 구성하여 이들 간의 관계를 밝혔으며 공통점 및 차이점을 통해 소비자들의 중고거래행동에 대해 밝혔다. 본 연구에서는 성별과 연령에 의해 요인들을 지각하는 정도에 편중이 발생하지 않도록 20~50대 성인 남녀 소비자를 대상으로 2021년 온라인 설문조사를 수행하였다. 당근마켓 응답 219부, 중고나라 응답 206부, 총 425부를 최종분석에 사용하였으며 자료 분석방법으로는 기술통계분석, 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, t-test, ANOVA, 구조방정식, 부트스트랩 검정 등이 사용되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 당근마켓 사용자가 중고나라 사용자보다 플랫폼을 통한 구매 횟수가 더 많은 것으로 나타났고, 구매한 중고물품의 가격대 경우 중고나라에서 구매한 제품의 가격대가 당근마켓에서 구매한 제품 가격대가 더 높았다. 구매한 물품 종류의 경우 당근마켓과 중고나라에서 많이 구매하는 물품 순위는 다소 상이하였으나 전체적으로는 소형전자기기, 취미여가용품, 의류, 신발 및 가방 ,책을 주로 구매하여 물품의 종류는 비슷하였으며 중고나라의 경우 책과 같은 제품을 구매하는 순위가 높아, 플랫폼을 통해 습관적으로 플랫폼을 사용하다가 구매하게 되는 것 보다 목적성이 강한 제품을 구매한다고 추측할 수 있다. 둘째, 당근마켓 사용자와 중고나라 사용자 모두 지속적으로 이용할 의도는 높았으나 당근마켓 사용자가 중고나라 사용자보다 유의하게 높았다. 중고거래과정에서 경험하는 제품 불확실성의 경우 당근마켓은 보통 수준인 4점 보다 낮은 수준을 보였고 중고나라는 4점 보다 높은 수준이었으며 판매자 불확실성과 개인정보 유출 불확실성의 경우 두 가지 플랫폼 모두 보통 수준 보다 높은 수준이었고 중고나라가 당근마켓보다 유의하게 높게 지각하고 있었다. 지각하는 혜택의 경우 두 플랫폼 모두 보통 점수인 4점을 넘어 높은 수준을 보였고 거래 편의성, 상호작용성, 유희적 혜택에 대해서 당근마켓 사용자는 중고나라 사용자 보다 높게 인식하였으나 경제적 혜택에서는 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다. 이러한 요인들을 바탕으로 전반적으로 지각하는 위험은 당근마켓 사용자는 보통 점수인 4점 보다 낮았으나 중고나라는 4점보다 높게 인식하여 중고나라 사용자가 더 높게 인식하였으며 지각된 가치의 경우 두 플랫폼 모두 높게 인식하고 있었으나 당근마켓에 대해 인식하는 가치가 중고나라보다 유의하게 높았다. 셋째, 사용자의 특성에 따라 소비자가 지각하는 위험과 가치 및 지속이용의도에는 성별을 제외하고 큰 차이가 존재하지 않았는데 구체적으로 살펴보면 지각된 가치에서는 여성이 남성보다 당근마켓의 가치를 더 높게 지각하고 있었으며, 이에 따라 지속이용의도에서도 여성이 남성보다 당근마켓의 지속이용의도가 더 높았고 중고나라 사용자의 경우 지각된 위험에서만 여성이 남성보다 위험을 더 높게 인식하고 있었다. 넷째, 당근마켓의 지속이용의도에 이르는 영향 요인에 대해 경로분석을 실시한 결과 제품 불확실성, 개인정보 유출 불확실성은 당근마켓 사용자의 지각된 위험에 정적인 영향을 미쳤고 거래편리성과 유희적 혜택은 지각된 가치에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 지각된 위험은 당근마켓의 지속이용의도에 부정적인 영향을 미쳤고 지각된 가치는 당근마켓의 지속이용의도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 간접효과 및 표준화계수를 통해 살펴본 결과 지각된 가치가 당근마켓의 지속이용의도에 가장 큰 영향을 미쳤고 그 다음으로 유희적 혜택, 제품 불확실성, 개인정보 유출 불확실성, 거래편리성, 지각된 위험 순이었다. 다섯째, 중고나라 지속이용의도에 이르는 영향 요인에 대해 경로분석을 실시한 결과 제품 불확실성, 개인정보 유출 불확실성은 중고나라 사용자의 지각된 위험에 정적인 영향을 미쳤고 경제적 혜택과 유희적 혜택은 중고나라 사용자의 지각된 가치에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 또한 중고나라의 경우 지각된 위험은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타나 선행요인인 불확실성은 중고나라의 지속이용의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았으며 최종적으로 간접효과 및 표준화 계수를 통해 살펴본 결과 지각된 가치, 유희적 혜택, 경제적 혜택의 순으로 지속이용의도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 한 후속연구에 대한 제언은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중고거래가 활발해지면서 중고거래 플랫폼을 통해 구매할 수 있는 제품군이 다양해지고 있는데 구매하고자 하는 물품의 가격대와 제품 종류 및 소비자의 관여도에 따라 어떠한 차이가 있는지도 추가적인 연구가 필요하다. 둘째, 소비자들이 지각하는 위험 즉 구체적인 결과에 대해 불확실성과 대응하여 구체화한다면 소비자들의 선택에 대한 행동을 더욱 심도 있게 이해할 수 있을 것이다. 셋째, 후속연구에서는 제품 다양성과 같이 본 연구에서는 사용되지 못했지만 중고거래지속이용에 중요한 영향을 미치는 요인들을 다양한 각도로 고려하여 연구를 진행할 필요가 있다.In an era of over-excessive trends, production and consumption, the development of online platforms and the benefits or values sought by consumers are becoming more active. Online used transactions are attractive to consumers for a variety of reasons, such as distribution of goods at relatively low prices, scratches during the delivery process, and purchasing new products at used prices. In addition, unlike in the past, the expansion of used transactions into social and emotional domains, including rational and rational aspects, suggests that the consumption paradigm for used goods is changing. This change in the used market is expected to boost the used market as domestic retailers and financial industries, including Lotte, are also jumping into the used market.  On the other hand, the main asset of the platform business is the network, which is a source of enormous competitive capabilities and increases the size of the network to gain market control. According to Metcalfe's Law, the value of a network is equal to the square of the number of users, so the larger the network, the greater the value. However, in recent years, local-based used transactions have been in the spotlight as an exception to the network effect. In the case of used transactions based on local networking, users' accessibility and convenience are maximized as transactions are made between close neighbors, and the local-based used transaction platform has significantly grown. In this study, an online survey of 2021 was conducted on adult male and female consumers in their 20s and 50s to prevent bias in the degree of perception of factors by gender and age. The final analysis included 219 danggeun market responses, 206 junggonara responses, and using total of 425 data in analysis, methods including technical statistics, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, ANOVA, structural equation, and bootstrap tests. The results of this study are as follows. First, danggeun market users purchased more through the platform than junngonara users, the price range of products purchased in junggonara was higher. And the ranking of goods purchased in danggeun markets and junggonara were different but types were similar, as small electronic devices, hobby goods, clothes, bags, and books. But books were mostly purchased in junggonara, products such as books were more purposeful than those purchased habitually using platforms. Second, both danggeun market users and junggonara users intended to use it continuously, but danggeun market users were significantly higher than junggonara users. Danggeun markets were at a lower level than four points in the used trading process, while junggonara were at a higher level than normal level in both platforms for seller uncertainty and privacy leakage uncertainty, and junggonara were at a higher level than used markets. In the case of perceptual benefits, both platforms were higher than the average score of 4, while danggeun market users perceived transaction convenience, interaction, and entertainment benefits higher than junggonara users, but showed no significant difference in economic benefits. Based on these factors, the overall risk of perception was lower than the average score of 4 points for danggeun market users, but higher for junggonara and higher for perceived values for both platforms, but significantly higher for junggonara. Third, depending on the characteristics of the user, there was no significant difference in the risk, value, and intention of sustainable use, but specifically, women perceived the value of danggeun markets higher than men. Fourth, structural equation analysis showed that product uncertainty and privacy leakage uncertainty positively affected perceived risks of danggeun market users, while transaction convenience and entertainment benefits positively affected perceived values. Perceived risks negatively affected the continuous use of the danggeun market and perceived value positively affected the continuous use of the danggeun market. The indirect effects and standardization factors showed that perceived value had the greatest impact on the danggeun market's intention to continue using it, followed by entertainment benefits, product uncertainty, privacy leakage uncertainty, transaction convenience, and perceived risk. Fifth, structural equation analysis of the influences leading to the continuous use of junggonara showed that product uncertainty and information leakage uncertainty positively affected perceived risks of secondhand users, while economic and entertaining benefits positively affected perceived values of secondhand users. In addition, perceived risk does not have a significant impact on junggonara, indicating that the leading factors, uncertainty, did not have a significant impact on the continuous use of junggonara', finally, on perceived values, entertainment benefits and economic benefits. Suggestions for subsequent studies based on this study are as follows. First, as used trading becomes more active, there is a growing range of products that can be purchased through used trading platforms, and additional research is needed on the price range of the goods you want to purchase, the type of products, and the involvement of consumers. Second, specifying consumers' perceived risks, or specific outcomes, in response to uncertainty would give them a deeper understanding of their actions towards choice. 뉴스커버리지데이터에 대한 고찰

학위논문 (석사)-- 서울대학교 대학원 : 통계학과, 2012. 2. 임요한.언론에서 다뤄지는 의제의 변화는 의론의 형성에 중요한 영향을 끼친다. 어떤 의제를 부각시키느냐에 따라 대중이 가지는 관심도는 쉽게 변화하며 그 것으로 인해 정치적이나 사회적으로 다른 결과를 불러 일으키기도 한다. 따라서 언론에 대한 연구의 중요성은 점점 커져 가고 있으며 언론과 관련된 연구도 증가하고 있다. 이러한 연구는 대부분이 언론 매체를 통해 발표된 뉴스자료에 대한 분석에 많이 의존하고 있으며, 특히 뉴스에서 사용되는 언어의 성격이나 기사의 어조가 많이 이용되고 있다. 이러한 언론 기사의 어감과 기사에 사용된 단어의 수를 분석을 위한 요약정보로 활용하고 그 정보에 +/- 부호를 줌으로써 하나의 숫자로 표현한 자료를 뉴스커버리지자료라고 한다. 본 연구에서는 언론 연구에 중요한 뉴스커버리지자료에 대한 몇 가지 통계적 성질에 대해서 논의하고자 한다.기존 연구와의 차별성을 두어 뉴스커버리지자료가 시계열 자료라는 가정하에서 자료가 가지고 있는 특성에 대한 연구에 중점을 두었다. 뉴스커버리지자료의 분포적 특징을 설명하고 그 특징에서 나온 여러 특성과 효과 및 측도들을 살핀다. 그리고 예제를 통하여 이러한 성질들로 언론 매체가 다루는 특정 주제에 대한 성향에 대한 비교로 사용 될 수 있음을 알아본다. 다음으로는 변화점 모형에 뉴스커버리지자료를 적용하여 시계열적 특성을 집중적으로 연구해 본다.It is important to instigate discussion in order to change the agenda of the mass media, as the publics concerns with social phenomena depend on an agenda that is emphasized by the mass media. These concerns bring about different political results . This is because research for mass media has grown in importance. This research analyzes news data, in particular the tone of the news or the character of the words in the news data. We mark + or - them and change them numbers , and then use them for analysis. This data is called news coverage data. In this paper, we consider the statistical characteristics of news coverage data. We assume this data is time series data and explain the feature of distribution. From this process, we know that the effect of feature or scale expressing the news coverage data . We can then discern the tendency of the data through its characteristics . Finally, we apply the change-point model to this data and intensively study the feature of the time series in this data.Maste

Community benefit services of Korean teaching hospitals.

보건학과/석사[한글]지역사회서비스 실행 정도를 분석하기 위하여 전국 수련병원 병원장을 대상으로 2000년 11월 15일부터 12월 15일까지 구조화된 자기기입식 설문지를 이용하여 연구자료를 수집하였으며 연구에서 분석된 표본수는 74건이었다. 분석은 지역사회서비스의 실행정도에 대한 기술통계와 병원의 일반적인 특성과 병원장의 지역사회서비스 필요성 인식정도에 따른 지역사회서비스 실행점수의 차이를 보기 위해 t-test와 ANOVA를 실시하였다. 그리고 지역사회서비스 실행에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위하여 각각의 영역과 전체 지역사회서비스 실행점수를 종속변수로 하여 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 모든 병원에서 지역사회서비스의 필요성을 인식하고 있으며, 병원의 일반적인 특성에 따른 필요성 인식 정도의 차이는 없었다. 둘째, 조사병원의 지역사회서비스 활동 체계성은 최고 6점 만점을 기준으로 할 경우 평균 3.26점이었으며, 병원장의 지역사회서비스 필요성 인식정도가 높을수록 지역사회서비스 활동도 더 체계적이었다. 셋째, 지역사회서비스 각 영역의 실행 점수를 100점 만점으로 환산해보면 저소득층을 위한 지역사회서비스 실행 점수가 65.6점, 지역사회와 연계를 위한 서비스의 실행 점수가 54.0점, 지역주민을 대상으로 하는 교육서비스의 실행 점수가 43.5점, 비수익성 지역사회서비스의 실행 점수가 37.6점 순이었다. 전체 지역사회서비스의 평균 실행 점수는 46.9점이다. 넷째, 비수익성 지역사회서비스는 공공 병원보다는 민간 병원이, 다른 공공보건기관과 독립적인 관계를 유지하고 있는 병원보다 연계·협조체계를 유지하고 있는 병원이, 병원장의 지역사회서비스 필요성 인식 정도가 높을수록 더 많이 실행하였다. 지역사회와 연계를 돕는 서비스는 300병상 이상인 병원에서 더 많이 실행하였다. 지역주민을 위한 교육서비스에서는 300병상 이상인 병원에서, 지역 내 다른 공공보건기관과 연계·협조 체계를 가지고 있는 병원에서 더 많이 실행하였다. 전체의 지역사회서비스는 공공 병원보다는 민간 병원이, 지역 내 다른 보건기관과의 관계가 연계·협조 체계일수록, 필요성 인식 정도가 높을수록 지역사회서비스를 더 많이 실행하였다. 다섯째, 비수익성 지역사회서비스 실행에 영향을 미치는 요인은 다른 변수를 통제한 상태에서 설립형태와 타 보건기관과의 관계였으며, 지역사회와의 연계를 돕는 서비스에는 병상수가, 지역주민 대상 교육서비스에는 타 보건기관과의 관계가 실행에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 전체 지역사회서비스 실행 점수에 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 설립형태와 타 보건기관과의 관계, 병원장의 지역사회서비스 필요성 인식 등이었다. 이상의 연구결과를 종합하면, 병원장의 지역사회서비스의 필요성 인식 정도, 설립 형태, 지역 내 다른 공공보건기관과의 관계 등이 각 영역 및 전체 지역사회서비스 실행에 영향을 미치는 요인임을 알 수 있다. 향후 병원장의 지역사회서비스 필요성 및 공공병원의 지역사회서비스 실행에 대한 역할 인식을 높일 수 있는 방안과 병원과 지역내 다른 공공보건기관과 협조적인 관계를 유지할 수 있는 대안이 요구된다. [영문]The objective of study was to investigate the degree of provision of community benefit services(CBS) among teaching hospitals in korea and analyze factors affecting the degree of provision of CBS. A mail survey was conducted for directors of teaching hospitals nationwide from Nov. 15, 2000 to Dec. 15, 2000 by conducting the structured self-administered survey method to the directors of the teaching hospitals nation-wide and out of 217 surveyed, 74 hospitals responded, yields response rate of 35%. The primary results in the study are as follows. These results showed that a majority of the hospitals viewed the necessity of CBS as hospital marketing or image-making strategy as compared to welfare of the community members. The mean score for the level of systematization of CBS activities was 3.26 when the hight score was set 6. As the degree of the recognition of the Community Benefit Service increases, the CBS activity is getting more systematized(P<0.01). The degree of provision of CBS was measured by 4 service areas; special initiatives for the poor, non-revenue-producing services, linkages to the community, and public educational activities. The total score for each service area was 65.6 for special initiatives for the poor, 54.0 for non-revenue-producing services, 45.3 for linkages to the community, and 37.6 for public educational activities, when using 100 as perfect score. The more beds the hospitals have, the more the Community Benefit Services were performed by the private hospitals and this was shown statistically significant (p<0.05). The mean value of the degree of the Community Benefit Service enforcement by the group which just recognizes the Service is necessary was 42.27 and the mean value of the degree of the Community Benefit Service enforcement by the group which recognizes the Service is ultimately necessary was 44.49. Therefore, both appeared statistically significant (P<0.05, Table 28). In order to find out the factors that influence the provision of CBS, regression analyses were conducted by taking the Community Benefit Service enforcement score as a dependent variable. As a result, the R2 of the whole regression model was 30.7% and statistically significant (p<0.001). The primary analysis results were that in the case of limiting other variables, the private hospitals provided the Community Benefit Service more than the public hospitals did and this was also statistically significant (p<0.01). The higher the hospital's systematization was established, the more the service was provided and this appeared statistically significant as well (p<0.01). Even though this study was conducted to examine the overall current situation of the Community Benefit Service enforcement by targeting the directors of the domestic teaching hospitals, since the validity of the answered hospitals' representation was limited, the application and analysis of the results also had some limitation. However, as the first study ever conducted in Korea to examine the current situation and the affecting factors of the Korean Community Benefit Service enforcement, this study can be given the credit on providing the information about the current situation and restructuring the role and function of the hospitals in Korea. In conclusion, the recognition for the necessity of the Hospital Community Benefit Service was high enough to make the director have high interest in this, but there should be provided the technical support to make more systematical and unified service. Thus, in order to solve this problem, the active participation of hospitals, continuous research of related medical academies, and the government support should be brought together.ope
