The proposed model is an extension of the LARK model, which enables functions to be represented by the small number of elements from an overcomplete system composing of multiple kernels. The location of jumps, the number of elements, and even the smoothness of functions are automatically determined by the Levy random measure, there is no need for model selection. A simulation study and a real data analysis illustrate that the proposed model performs better than the standard nonparametric models for the estimation of discontinuous functions and show the suggested variational method significantly reduces the computation time than the conventional inference method, reversible jump Markov chain Monte Carlo. Frequency and Importance of Nurse's Job in New Graduate Nurses Working in Musculoskeletal Ward

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine comparison in the frequency and importance of nurse's job in new graduate nurses working in musculoskeletal ward. Method: A descriptive design was used with convenience sampling of 72 new graduate nurses working in musculoskeletal ward of the 2 hospitals with over 500 beds. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire. Results: 1) The total score for frequency of nurse's job was 2.57±.41 and the total score for importance of nurse's job was 3.00±.37. 2) The most frequent category was to manage for a medication and the most frequent item was to administer a medication in the order 3) The most important category was to control of tissue perfusion and the most important item was to keep the aseptic techniques. 4) The frequencies among the work places were different significantly in 3 categories. 5) The importances among the work places were different significantly in 2 categories. Conclusion: New graduate nurses perceived the importance than the frequency of nurse's job. Also check or analysis the vital sign and nurses job associated with medication were higher score. Dietary exposure assessment of four artificial sweeteners

학위논문 (박사)-- 서울대학교 대학원 생활과학대학 식품영양학과, 2017. 8. 권훈정.국내에서 사용이 허용된 합성감미료는 4종(사카린나트륨, 아스파탐, 아세설팜칼륨, 수크랄로스)으로 최근 사용범위가 확대되고 있다. 그러나 2012년 이후에는 합성감미료 섭취량 평가가 이루어지지 않았으며 본 연구에서는 국내에서 유통되는 식품 내 합성감미료 함량 분석을 진행하여 합성감미료 사용현황을 파악하고 이를 국민건강영양조사의 식품섭취자료에 적용하여 합성감미료 섭취량 평가를 수행하였다. 식품 내 합성감미료 사용현황을 파악하기 위해 합성감미료 4종 동시분석방법을 확립하였다. 알코올은 아스파탐의 분해를 막기 위해 질소를 사용하여 제거하였으며, 지방은 75% 아세톤을 이용하여 저온에서 고체화시켜 제거하였다. 합성감미료 분석에는 적절한 민감도를 가지면서 경제적인 HPLC-ELSD를 사용하였다. 합성감미료 4종 동시분석법에 대한 신뢰도를 확보하기 위해 저지방성 대표식품(배음료)과 고지방성 대표식품(생크림)을 대상으로 직선성, 방법검출한계 및 방법정량한계, 정확도, 정밀도, 측정불확도 등을 평가하였으며, 그 결과 모든 항목이 국제 기준에 적합하였다. 확립된 합성감미료 4종 동시분석방법을 이용하여 국내에서 유통되는 식품 908건(식품유형 30종)을 분석하였다. 모든 식품에서 합성감미료 함량은 국내 사용기준 이내로 확인되었다. 사카린나트륨은 2012년부터 2015년까지 17종의 식품유형에서 사용이 확대되었으나, 이 중 탁주에서만 사카린나트륨이 검출되었다. 합성감미료 4종 중 가장 늦게 사용이 허가된 아세설팜칼륨과 수크랄로스는 각각 5종의 식품유형에서 새로이 검출되었으며 각각 16종 및 17종의 식품유형에서 사용이 확인되었다. 이는 합성감미료의 사용범위가 확대되더라도 실제 식품산업에 적용되어 제품화 되기까지 시간이 필요한 것으로 생각된다. 음료류에서는 사카린나트륨이 더 이상 검출되지 않았는데 이는 다른 합성감미료 사용이 용이해지면서 뒷맛(쓴맛)을 가지는 사카린나트륨 대신 설탕과 비슷한 맛을 제공하는 다른 합성감미료가 사용된 것으로 확인되었다. 사카린나트륨은 다른 합성감미료에 비해 적은 식품유형에서 검출되었는데 이는 사카린나트륨이 제한된 식품에서만 사용이 가능하고, 국내에서는 사카린나트륨에 대한 부정적 인식이 존재하기 때문으로 사료된다. 합성감미료에 대한 소비자의 인식과 관능적 기호도가 합성감미료의 사용양상에 가장 큰 영향을 준다고 생각된다. 합성감미료 섭취량 평가는 국민건강영양조사(2012–2015)의 24시간 회상자료와 식품 내합성감미료 농도 자료를 이용하였다. 합성감미료 4종의 섭취량은 모두 ADI 보다 낮은 수준으로 확인되었다. 합성감미료 4종의 평균 섭취량(%ADI)은 사카린(3.4%), 아스파탐(0.9%), 아세설팜칼륨(1.8%), 수크랄로스(2.2%)로 사카린이 ADI 대비 가장 높은 섭취수준을 보였으나, 사카린 기여식품 섭취자의 95th 섭취수준 또한 ADI 대비 14%를 넘지 않았다. 남성은 여성에 비해 체중당 합성감미료 섭취량이 유의적으로 높게 나타났는데(p < 0.005), 그 이유는 탁주에 기인하는 것으로 확인되었다. 유아(만 3–6세)는 다른 연령에 비해 상대적으로 체중당 합성감미료 노출량이 높게 나타났다. 이는 감미료의 특성상 과자, 캔디류, 음료류 등 어린이 기호 식품에 많이 사용되기 때문으로 사료된다. 식품섭취빈도자료를 24시간 회상자료 대신 식품섭취자료로 사용 가능한지를 확인하기 위해 동일한 대상자의 합성감미료 섭취량을 24시간 회상자료와 식품섭취빈도자료로 각각 산출하여 비교하였다. 식품섭취빈도자료는 제한된 음식항목에 대해서만 조사한 자료로 여기에 포함되지 않는 식품유형 7종은 합성감미료 섭취량 산출시 제외되었다. 식품섭취빈도자료에서 합성감미료 섭취량 추정에 사용된 식품유형은 24시간 회상자료보다 적었음에도 불구하고 섭취량이 0인 빈도는 24시간 회상자료를 사용했을 때가 더 높았다. 그러나 24시간 회상자료는 개인의 섭취량 분포에서 집단의 평균적인 섭취패턴을 추정할 수 있고 모든 식품을 섭취량 평가에 반영할 수 있으므로 합성감미료 위해 평가에는 더 적합하다고 생각된다. 또한 24시간 회상자료로 산출한 합성감미료 섭취량의 평균과 95th은 식품섭취빈도자료를 이용했을 때보다 더 높게 나타나 합성감미료 위해 평가에서는 식품섭취빈도자료에서 제외된 가공식품의 기여도가 중요함을 확인하였다. 그러나 24시간 회상자료로 산출된 95th 추정 섭취량은 일반 섭취분포의 95th 보다 과장되어 나타나는 경향을 보이므로 이에 대한 고려가 필요하다. 본 연구결과 합성감미료는 모든 식품에서 사용기준 이내로 사용되었으며, 합성감미료에 대한 소비자의 인식과 관능적 기호도가 합성감미료의 사용양상에 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 합성감미료 모니터링 자료와 식품섭취자료를 이용하여 산출한 국내 합성감미료 섭취량 수준은 모든 합성감미료에 있어 안전한 수준이었다. 이와 같은 결과는 국민들 사이에 만연한 합성감미료에 대한 부정적 인식을 개선하고 필요에 따라 합성감미료를 합리적으로 사용할 수 있는 과학적 근거가 될 것으로 기대된다. 하지만 합성감미료 사용범위는 지속적으로 확대되고 있기 때문에 이에 대한 관리적 측면에서 합성감미료 섭취량 평가가 지속적으로 수행되어야 할 것이다.제 1 장 서론 1 제 2 장 문헌고찰 5 2.1. 합성감미료의 특성 5 2.1.1. 사카린나트륨 5 2.1.2. 아스파탐 8 2.1.3. 아세설팜칼륨 11 2.1.4. 수크랄로스 14 2.2. 합성감미료가 에너지 대사에 미치는 영향 17 2.3. 합성감미료 분석법 22 2.4. 합성감미료 섭취량 평가 24 2.4.1. 합성감미료 섭취량 평가 방법 24 2.4.2. 국내 합성감미료 섭취량 평가 현황 26 2.4.3. 국외 합성감미료 섭취량 평가 현황 30 제 3 장 국내 유통 식품 중 4종 합성감미료 분석 33 3.1. 서론 33 3.2. 연구방법 36 3.2.1. 시약 및 기기 36 3.2.2. 합성감미료 분석시료 선정 및 구입 39 3.2.3. 합성감미료의 동시분석방법 41 3.2.3.1. 저지방 시료 전처리 41 3.2.3.2. 고지방 시료 전처리 42 3.2.3.3. (A) statistical study on prevalence of dental anomalies

치의학과/석사[한글] 아동에서 부정교합, 충치이환율의 증가, 치주질환, 심미적 문제등을 유발할 수 있는 치아 이상발생에 관하여 알아보고자 저자는 1985년 7월부터 1987년 6월까지 연세대학교 치과대학 치과병원 소아치과에 내원한 만 0세부터 15세 이하의 남자 1,342명, 여자 1,083명, 총 2,425명을 대상으로 치료기록지와 방사선사진을 이용하여 치아의 수 이상, 크기 이상, 형태 이상, 위치 이상, 조직 이상을 조사, 이를 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 2,425명의 피검자중 474(19.5%)명이 치아와 이상발생을 나타내었으며 각 이상발생의 빈도는 결손치 5.8%, 과잉치 8.2%, 치아종 0.4%, 왜소치 0.1%, peg lateralis 1.8%, 유합치 2.1%, 쌍생치 0.2%, talon cusp 0.2%, 이상교두를 갖는 치아 0.3%, 치내치 0.2%, 만곡치 1.0%, taurodontism 1.2%, 전위치, 전도치, 수혁치가 각각 0.1%, 선천치 0.2%, 법랑질 형성 부전증 0.2%의 발생빈도를 나타내었다. 2. 각 이상발생 집단간의 상관관계는 남녀에서 차이를 보였으며 과잉치와 결손치 사이에 비교적 높은 역상관관계를 보였다. 3. 과잉치는 남성에서(p<0.001), 치내치 및 이상교두를 갖는 치아는 여성에서(p<0.05) 호발하였다. 4. 결손치는 하악 유측절치와 하악 제 2소구치에서 각각 최다 발생빈도를 보였으며, 좌·우측과 상·하악에서의 유의차를 보여 하악(p<0.OO1) 과 우측에서(p<0.05) 호발하였다. 5. 과잉치는 정중부에 발생하는 정중치, 전도위의 맹출양상과 미맹출 상태가 대부분이었으며, 상악에서 호발하였으며 좌·우측의 유의차는 없었다. 6. 유치 유합시 계승 영구치의 결손빈도는 38.6%, 계승 영구치의 유합은 1.8%를 나타내었으며, 하악 유측절치와 유견치의 유합이 최다 빈도를 나타내었다. [영문] This study was designed to find out the prevalence of dental anomalies. The clinical and roentgenognphic examination was undertaken of 2,425 childrens at age from 0 to 15 years and statistical analysis was made. The results were as follows : 1. Among the examined patients,474 patients(19.5%) showed dental anomalies. The prevalences of individual dental anomalies were as follow; congenitally missing teeth 5.8%, supernumerary teeth 8.2%, odontoma 0.4%, peg lateralis 1.8%, fused teeth 2.1%, geminated teeth 0.2% , talon cusp 0.2%, dens evaginatus 0.3%, transposed teeth 0.1%, invertedly positioned teeth 0.1%, horizontally positioned teeth 0.1%, natal teeth 0.2%, amelogenesis imperfecta 0.2%. 2. Between the groups with individual dental anomalies, what showed signifiant oorrelation was as follow :Between congenitally missing teeth and supernumerary teeth was relatively high negative correlation. And the correlation coefficencies between male and female showed differences. 3. The sexual differences of the individual dental anomalies appeared in supernumerary teeth and talon cusp and dens evaginatus. While supernumerary teeth showed greater rate of prevalence in male(p<0.001), talon cusp and dens evaginatus in female(p<0.05). 4. In congenitally missing teeth the mandibular deciduous lateral incisor showed the highest rate of the prevalence in deciduous dentition, while mandibular second premolar in permanent dentition. 5. Most supernumerary teeth were mesiodens of median area in maxilla and showed no statistical difference between right and left side. Generally, the eruption pattern of that teeth was inverted position and unerupted state. 6. In the case with deciduous fused teeth the prevalence of succeeding permanent congenitally missing teeth 38.6%, while that of succeeding permanent fused teeth was 1.8%. 학부모 대상 진로교육 병행의 차별적 효과를 중심으로

학위논문(석사)--서울대학교 대학원 :사범대학 교육학과(교육행정전공),2020. 2. 정동욱.이 연구는 고등학교 진로교육 정책의 효과가 학부모 대상 진로교육을 운영하는 학교에서 더 크게 나타날 수 있음을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 고등학생은 진로 의사결정 시 부모를 크게 고려할 뿐 아니라, 학부모의 진로교육관이 학교가 진로교육활동을 운영하는데도 영향을 미치고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구는 진로교육 정책의 효과적 시행을 위해서 학교를 통해 학생에게 진로교육을 제공하는 것 못지않게 학부모에게도 진로교육을 하는 것이 중요하다는 점에 착안하였다. 이에 국가 진로교육 정책의 시행으로 단위학교가 진로교육 자원을 확보하여 활용하는 정도에 따른 정책의 효과가 학교에서 학부모를 대상으로 진로교육을 병행하게 하였을 때 달라지는지 검증하였다. 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학교에서 시행하는 학부모 대상 진로교육의 현황은 어떠한가? 둘째, 고등학교 진로교육 정책이 학생의 진로교육 성과에 미치는 영향은 어떠한가? 셋째, 고등학교 진로교육 정책의 효과는 학부모 대상 진로교육을 병행한 학교에서 어떻게 달라지는가? 이를 위하여 학부모 대상 진로교육 정책에 관한 문헌을 분석하였으며, 교육부 진로진학 현황조사 2016년～2018년 자료의 일반계 고등학생을 대상으로 연도고정효과와 군집강건표준오차를 적용한 합동최소자승회귀분석을 수행하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학교에서 시행하는 진로교육 정책으로 학부모 대상 진로강연인 진로아카데미가 대표적이었으며, 교육내용으로 부모-자녀 간 관계 이해, 직업 및 학과 정보, 학교 진로교육 및 대학입시 정책에 관한 정보를 다루고 있었다. 그러나, 모든 학교에서 이를 시행하는 것은 아니었으며, 지역교육청 간, 학교 간 시행 여부에 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 진로교육 정책의 물적 자원으로 진로체험기관 수를 많이 활용하는 학교에서 학생의 학교 진로교육 만족도가 유의하게 높았다. 또한, 학교에 진로교육 독립 공간이 설치되었을 때 공간이 없는 학교에 비하여 학생의 학교 진로교육 만족도와 진로개발역량이 더 높았다. 학부모 진로아카데미를 운영하는 학교에서 학생의 학교 진로교육 만족도와 진로개발역량이 더 높았고, 통계적으로 유의한 수준이었다. 진로교육 정책의 인적 자원인 진로전담교사의 배치 경력은 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 셋째, 학부모 진로아카데미를 운영하는 학교에서 진로교육 정책의 물적 자원들이 학생의 학교 진로교육 만족도와 진로개발역량에 미치는 정적 영향이 더 증가하였다. 진로전담교사의 경력과 학부모 진로아카데미의 조절 효과는 유의하지 않았다. 이상의 연구 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 학부모 대상 진로교육 및 고교 진로교육 정책에 대한 시사점을 도출하였다. 먼저, 단위학교가 학부모 대상 진로교육을 운영하도록 장려해야 한다. 또한, 진로전담교사가 학부모 진로상담을 통해 교육 수요를 발굴하여 내실 있는 학부모교육을 제공할 수 있겠다. 다음으로, 학교가 활용하는 진로체험기관을 늘리고, 독립된 진로교육 공간을 마련하는 등 학교에 진로교육 물적 자원을 공급하는 정책을 지속하여야 한다. 끝으로, 진로전담교사의 전문성이 발휘될 수 있게끔 학교 진로교육 계획을 수립하고 시행할 때 관리자와 동료 교사 또한 협력해야 하며 공동의 노력이 요구된다.The study examines that the effect of Career and Technical Education(CTE) policy in high schools might be enhanced when it goes aside with parent education relating to career guidance. While parents play a key role in adolescences career decision-making, parents in South Korea also exert influence to career guidance in school curriculum. Hence, the study hypothesizes that CTE policy in South Korea―establishing school career guidance resources for students―would be more effective when a school provides parent education relating to career guidance. Before studying on empirical analysis, the study conducted literature analysis to examine the contents and the process of parent education relating to career guidance. Using the collected data from School Career Education Survey of 2016 to 2018, nationally approved statistic in South Korea, the study used pooled ordinary least squares (Pooled OLS) with year-fixed effect. Clustered robust standard error was applied to reflect hierarchical structure of the data. The findings demonstrate as follows; first, lecture-type parent education program relating to career guidance named Career Academy was popular and has been implemented in high schools. The contents were diverse and relevant to parents career guidance for their children, but not all schools were having the parent education program; there were great discrepancies depending on regions. Second, the material resources in schools endowed by CTE policy were positively linked to career education performances. Students were more satisfied with school career guidance. Also, they showed higher level of career development competencies in schools which secured more institutions to provide job experiences and had independent classrooms for career guidance. In addition, schools that held parent education relating to career guidance also showed higher career education performances. Third, the positive association between the material resources and career education performances were likely to increase in schools holding parent education relating to career guidance. Meanwhile, respective career counselors length of work experience did not significantly predict student career education performances. Providing parents with career-related education had no moderating effects on student career education performances. Based on the findings, the study mainly suggests that CTE policy should emphasize parent education in high schools as well as investing the material resources for career guidance.
