In addition we tried to design word-formation education content based on the results. This discussion is due to the critical recognition that the word-formation education so far overlooks the essence of word-formation as a 'process of expressing the concept' and adheres to the education centered on morphological knowledge. The diversification of the social communication structure and the reformation of the educational goals require changes in word-formation education. It is time to make changes in word formation education in accordance with the goals of grammar education aimed at fostering learners with meta-cognitive ability for language activities and high-level expression and understanding ability. This study regards word-formation as a 'process of lexical expression'. and formulated a word formation framework based on the theoretical basis of 'word formation in cognitive linguistic perspective, semantic-centered word formation theory, word formation in onomasiological approach'. This word formation framework includes the process of forming a meaning, the process of forming a form, and the context surrounding the word formation process. The process of forming the meaning is the process of recognizing the naming object and forming the semantic structure which is the basis of the morphological structure. The process of forming the form extracts the morphological unit corresponding to the semantic structure and combines them appropriately to complete the morphological structure. And the context is the cognitive background that leads to the word formation process. The context is composed of language ability and language consciousness. We analyzed the naming activities of experts and learner groups using the above framework. The main concern of the word formation research from the onomasiological approach is not the structure of the word but the process of conceptualization and verbalization of concepts. Therefore, it was judged that it is the most appropriate method to analyze the scenes in which words are formed by using the naming task. In addition, learners were selected as the main participants in the study to derive the principle of word-formation for the design of educational content. Through the analysis, we established a 'procedure of word formation' and derived the principles of word-formation. And we discussed how the word formation procedure and principle that we formulated can act in the scene of word formation education on the 'goal, content, implementation' stage. The goals of word-forming education were described in detail in the context of knowledge, skill, and attitude. In the implementation stage, it was discussed that the contents of the education could be described in the form of explanations and activities, and some activities were given as examples. The study noted the value of word-formation as an expression process which has not been noticed in the word-formation education in the meantime. An theoretically establishes word formation education based on onomasiological approach. Also, in order to ensure the practicality, we analyze the word formation scenes of Korean speakers and systematize the word formation procedure and principle. These achievement is very valuable both in pedagically and linguistically.๋ณธ ์—ฐ๊ตฌ๋Š” ํ‘œํ˜„๋ก ์  ๊ด€์ ์˜ ๋‹จ์–ด ํ˜•์„ฑ ๊ต์œก์„ ์ด๋ก ์ ์œผ๋กœ ์ •๋ฆฝํ•˜๋Š” ํ•œํŽธ, ๋ช…๋ช… ๊ณผ์ œ๋ฅผ ํ†ตํ•ด In general, harmoniemusik is an octet consisting of a pair of Oboes, Clarinets, French Horns, and Bassoons, and sometimes other instruments such as English Horn and Double Bass are added. Harmoniemusik developed together with the aristocratic culture in the classic period. Music used at aristocrats courts during the classic period was mostly practical functional music rather than one for aesthetic appreciation. Harmoniemusik also was performed such functions. That is, the main function of harmoniemusik was providing entertainment and background music at feasts or events. Harmoniemusik began to be formed from the mid 18th century and reached the height of its popularity in the late 18th century. Entering the 19th century, however, harmoniemusik disappeared gradually along with the recession of aristocratic culture. Harmoniemusik came to an end completely in the 1830s, but the formation and function of harmoniemusik were inherited by wind quintet and large-scale wind ensembles. In this way, harmoniemusik was a genre representing the aristocratic culture and its music during the classic period, and contained different styles of music in those days multiโ€dimensionally. However, the term harmoniemusik itself is foreign to most of musicians. Relevant research has been quite scanty not only in Korea but also in overseas, and not many materials are available. In this study, the researcher explored the development process and background of harmoniemusik, its history to the recession, and its formation. 1. All patients were histologically confirmed to have atypical meningioma and were treated with surgical resection with or without postoperative ART at our institution. Among them, 4 patients were diagnosed as benign meningioma (WHO grade I) initially, but the tumors recurred as atypical meningioma (WHO grade II). As primary therapy, 30 patients received surgical intervention followed by ART, and 58 patients received no adjuvant therapy. Of 88 evaluable patients, 56, 29, and 3 patients underwent complete resection, incomplete resection, and resection of unknown extent, respectively. The median ART dose was 61.2 Gy (range, 40-61.2 Gy). The median age at diagnosis was 51 years (range, 16-78 years), and the male to female ratio was 35:53. Results: The 5- and 10-year actuarial overall survival (OS) rates were 88.7% and 59.5% and the 5- and 10-year progression-free survival (PFS) rates were both 46.2%, with a median follow-up of 42.8 months (range, 2.7โ€“160.0 months). The median time to progression was 24.7 months (range, 0.8-157.2 months). Addition of ART (p = 0.011) and complete tumor resection (p = 0.001) were associated with superior PFS. Age at diagnosis was the only prognostic factor affecting OS (p = 0.028) on multivariate analysis. When stratified to 4 groups according to resection status and ART, the groups of patient with incomplete resection without ART showed significantly worse PFS compared to other 3 groups (p = 0.000). Of 40 patients with disease progression, 33 (82.5%) received salvage treatment. The majority of first salvage-therapy was radiosurgery using Gamma Knife irrespective of previous radiotherapy history. Conclusions: Surgical resection followed by ART led to lower local tumor progression in patients with atypical meningioma defined by the updated 2000/2007 WHO classification. Our results may contribute to the notion in favor of the routine use of radiotherapy as an adjuvant treatment for such lesions, especially after incomplete resection, until the outcomes of ongoing prospective trials are available.Abstract i Contents โ…ฒ List of tables and figures โ…ณ Introduction 1 Patients and methods 3 Patient and tumor characteristics 3 Treatment characteristics 4 Statistical analysis 8 Results 9 Survival outcomes after primary treatment 9 Prognostic factors affecting survivals 9 Salvage treatments after disease progression 12 Complications 16 Discussion 18 Conclusion 23 References 24 ๊ตญ๋ฌธ์ดˆ๋ก 27Maste

[์˜๋ฌธ]SREBP-1a and Sp1 are major transcription regulators of many genes related with cholesterol and fatty acid biosynthesis. SREBP-1a and Sp1 activate transcription synergistically by binding to SRE (or E-box) and GC box, respectively. The protein interacting either with SREBP-1a or Sp1 can be important in the transcriptional regulation of the genes involved in lipid biosynthesis. We investigated whether FBI-1 could regulate transcription of the lipid biosynthetic genes such as, fatty acid synthase (FAS), ATP-citrate lyase (ACL), and LDL receptor (LDLR). We observed FBI-1 regulated transcription by Sp1 and SREBP-1a in lipogenic genes via transient transfection assay in SL2 cells and CV-1 cells. FBI-1 repressed transcription of both ACL promoter and artificial promoter with SRE and GC box. However, on FAS and LDLR promoter, FBI-1 activated transcription. GST fusion protein pulldown assay show that the POZ domain of FBI-1 directly interacts with Sp1ZFDBD and SREBP-1a. Electrophoretic mobility shift assays showed that the POZ domain of FBI-1 and FBI-1ZFDBD inhibit binding of Sp1 to the GC boxes of lipid biosynthetic genes. Taken together, we found that molecular interaction among cis-regulatory elements, SREBP-1a, Sp1, and FBI-1 is important in transcriptional regulation of major genes of lipid metabolism. FBI-1 acts as transcription activator or repressor depending on the promoter context and cellular context.ope
