    CLSI EP15-A3在临床生化正确度验证中的应用

    目的探讨美国临床和实验室标准化协会(CLSI)EP15-A3文件在正确度验证中的应用价值。方法按照EP15-A3文件5×5实验设计方案,用IFCC提供的Rela A(水平1)和Rela B(水平2)样品、美国国家标准与技术研究院(NIST)909C参考物质分别验证肌酐(Cr)、尿素(Urea)、尿酸(UA)、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、葡萄糖(Glu)的正确度。每个样品每天1批,每批重复5次,共5 d,每个样品获得25个数据。用Grubbs’法计算离群值,单因素方差分析(ANOVA)计算用户的批内不精密度(SR)和实验室内不精密度(SWL),基于SR和SWL计算结果的均值及其标准差,计算靶值(TV)及其标准误差,最后计算出TV的确认区间(VI),观察各指标检测均值是否在VI内,如通过则用户证明了候选方法的偏差可接受;若不通过则计算均值和TV的相对偏差,观察该相对偏差是否小于用户定义的可接受范围(<1/2 TEa),若是则证明候选方法的偏差可接受。否则,需查找原因或与厂家联系。结果6个生化项目的测定结果均通过Grubbs’法离群值检查,各项目无离群值。该次验证实验中,除NIST 909C参考物质样品Urea、TC,Rela样品Cr水平2均值不在VI内,但相对偏差均小于1/2 TEa外,其他均值都在VI内。结论用EP15-A3文件进行验证的6个生化项目的正确度均符合临床要求。国家自然科学基金(81572088);;“十二五”国家科技支撑计划(2013BAI02B04,2012BAI37B01);;广东省中医院拔尖人才项目(2014-47);广东省中医院综合标准化示范项目(YN2015BZ10

    镍盐前驱体对Ni/C催化剂乙醇气相羰化活性的影响

    采用等体积浸渍法制备了分别以乙酰丙酮镍、氯化镍、硝酸镍和醋酸镍为前驱体负载在活性炭上的4种催化剂。用BET、金属分散度、H2程序升温还原(H2-TPR)、CO-程序升温脱附(CO-TPD)和XRD等测试技术研究了4种催化剂的结构特点和乙醇气相羰化活性。结果表明,以醋酸镍制备的Ni/C催化剂的羰化活性最高,乙醇转化率和丙酸选择性分别为96.1%和95.7%,而以乙酰丙酮镍制备的Ni/C催化剂的羰化活性最低,乙醇转化率和丙酸选择性分别为68.9%和27.1%。这种活性的差异与镍盐前驱体和活性炭之间的相互作用强弱有着密切关系。醋酸镍组分与活性炭之间的相互作用较强,浸渍组分易在活性炭表面充分吸附,活性中心Ni0在240~340℃温度范围内对CO吸附量最大,还原后金属镍的分散度较好且晶粒较小

    Ni-M(M=Cu,Zn,Ce)/C双金属催化剂上的乙醇气相羰化

    利用等体积浸渍法制备了NiM0.2(M=Cu,Zn,Ce)/C双金属催化剂及Ni/C催化剂,考察了其乙醇气相羰化制丙酸的活性。结果表明,4种催化剂的活性大小顺序为NiCe0.2/C>Ni/C>NiCu0.2/C>NiZn0.2/C,催化剂NiCe0.2/C的羰化活性最高,乙醇转化率和丙酸的选择性分别为98.0%和95.1%,而催化剂NiZn0.2/C的羰化活性最低,乙醇转化率和丙酸选择性分别为83.6%和75.8%。通过对催化剂的金属分散度、XRD、H2-TPR和CO-TPD等表征结果的分析,发现CeO2与镍物种之间存在协同作用,从而降低NiO的还原温度,有效防止镍晶粒的长大,并提高了镍物种在活性炭表面的分散度

    制备因素对Ni/C催化剂上乙醇气相羰基化反应性能的影响

    采用等体积浸渍法制备负载型Ni/C催化剂,考察了制备因素对乙醇直接气相羰基化反应的影响。实验结果表明,催化剂最佳制备因素为,Ni的质量分数为5%,活性炭采用水洗预处理,控制浸渍液的pH值为8.0~9.0,焙烧温度为450℃,H2还原温度为400℃。采用上述参数制备的Ni/C催化剂,其乙醇转化率和丙酸选择性分别为96.14%和95.71%。利用N2物理吸附法研究载体预处理对催化剂比表面积、孔容及孔径的影响和X射线衍射法(XRD)研究了活性组分在惰性气氛中焙烧时的分散状况

    活性炭材料对镍基催化剂乙醇气相羰化性能的影响

    采用浸渍法制备了负载在竹炭(BC)、柱状煤质炭(CYC)、果壳炭(FC)、木质炭(WC)和椰壳炭(CC)上的5种Ni基催化剂,考察了镍分散度、还原性能及催化乙醇气相羰化制丙酸的性能.用N2物理吸附法、X射线光电子能谱和程序升温脱附等方法研究了活性炭的孔结构特性、表面含氧官能团种类和数量.结果表明,Ni/CC的羰化活性最高,乙醇转化率和丙酸选择性分别为96.1%和93.2%,而Ni/BC的羰化活性最低,乙醇转化率和丙酸选择性分别为63.0%和32.7%.催化剂催化羰化性能与其载体活性炭材料的性质密切相关

The system includes the germination-inducing of the dormant buds,the multiplying of shoots,the rooting of adventitious shoots,and the pre-treating and transplanting of seedlings. The medium MS + Sucrose 30 g·L-1 + BA 0.5 mg·L-1 + NAA 0.1 mg·L-1 was used for inducing the dormant buds; the medium MS + BA 1.0 mg·L-1 + NAA 0.05 mg·L-1 was used for multiplying; while the medium 1 /2 MS +IBA 2.0 mg·L-1 + NAA 0.5 mg·L-1 was used for rooting.The results revealed that it was viable to producing field seedlings with micropropagation.Although the branches with dormant buds harbored many kinds of microbes and the adventitious shoots were not easy to root,20% to 30% healthy germination could be yielded and the rooting rate of adventitious shoots could be higher than 85%.Pretreated with ABT powder ( rooting hormone) ,both the rooting rate and survival rate of adventitious shoots were nearly 100%.国家“十一五”科技支撑计划项目(2006BAD01A15-5,2006BAD32B010-3); 农业科技成果转化项目(2009GB24320482

    Changes of hemoglobin values during the menstrual periods throughout the year in female collegiate EKIDEN runners

    To investigate the changes of hemoglobin values during the monthly menstrual periods throughout the year in female collegiate Ekiden runners having normal menstruation. Four picked female collegiate long-distance runners and five ordinary women with no athletic experience as controls were the objects of this study. The following annually changing parameters were measured: daily body composition and hemoglobin level (Hb level; measured by ASTRIM FIT [Sysmex Corp., Japan]). All data were average values selected from five days of before and after monthly menstrual periods. The values of all parameters obtained during monthly menstrual periods of each subject were adopted for the analysis. Both runners group and control group indicated significant lower Hb values in menstrual periods than the values before and after the menstrual periods (p<0.05, respectively). And furthermore, the Hb value of runners group in menstrual periods (11.8±0.9 g/dL: lower than the reference value regulated by World Health Organization) was especially lower than the value of control group (13.5±0.9 g/dL). It was suggested from the results that female Ekiden runners should be careful with health management and adjustment of the daily practice for long-distance running particularly during each menstrual period正常な月経を有する大学女子駅伝選手における年間を通じた月経周期時のヘモグロビン値の変動について検討することを目的とした。被検者は,駅伝を専門とする長距離女子選手4名と,運動経験のない一般女性5名であった。ヘモグロビン(Hb)の測定は,毎日の起床時と就寝前に実施した。Hbの測定には簡易的ヘモグロビンモニタリング測定装置(シスメックス社製)を用いた。尚,各被検者の月経期及び月経前後のデータは,毎月の月経開始から終了までと,その前後のそれぞれ5日間の平均値を採用した。長距離選手群及び一般女性群の両群で,月経前後に比べて月経期が有意に低いHb値を示した(それぞれp<0.05)。さらに,月経期(11.8±0.9 g/dL:世界保健機関によって規制された基準値より低い)の長距離選手群のHb値は,一般女性群(13.5±0.9 g/dL)よりも特に低かった。以上の結果より,女性は月経期間中,特に長距離選手においては健康管理及び日常練習の調整に注意する必要があることが示唆された

    第一作者: 蔡邦平,博士,副研究员。主要研究方向: 园林植物与观赏园艺、植物菌根。电话: 0592--2039576 Email : cbangping@ 163.com 地址: 361003 福建省厦门市思明区虎园路25 号厦门市园林植物园。[中文文摘]为了解决梅根系共生的丛枝菌根(AM)真菌难以应用形态学鉴定的问题,以巢式PCR的AFLP方法研究梅根系AM真菌DNA多态性。试验采集梅花期的根系样品,应用改良CTAB法提取总DNA,经纯化处理后,应用巢式PCR扩增根系AM真菌基因片段,进行AFLP分析。结果表明,18个梅品种的30个根系样品中,仅有8个样品经巢式PCR后获得纯化的DNA片段,占试验样品数的26.7%;8个样品共得到指纹图谱带24条,各样品平均多态性位点数为3.0个,Nei’s基因多样性为0.4097±0.0848,Shannon信息指数为0.5968±0.0955;利用Nei’s遗传相似性系数聚类,梅品种根系内AMF基因组DNA的聚类类别与梅"品种群"这一分类级别无相关性。该试验为植物根系共生AM真菌DNA多态性研究提供了一种简便的技术。[英文文摘]DNA polymorphism of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) was analyzed through the method of DNA amplification by nested PCR based on AFLP marker,in order to solve the difficulty of identifying the species of AMF associated with mei flowers (Prunus mume Sieb.et Zucc.).A total of 30 root samples from 18 mei cultivars were collected in the flowering phase from Wuhan Mei Garden as experimental materials.The results show that the purified DNA can be extracted only from eight root samples that account for 26.7% of total root samples.Totally 24 polymorphic loci were obtained from eight sample roots,averaging 3. 0 loci for each sample.The average genetic identity was 0. 409 7 ±0. 084 8,and the Shannon information index was 0. 596 8 ± 0. 095 5.     Influences of Different Active Carbons on the Catalytic Performance of Ni/C Catalysts for Vapor-Phase Carbonylation of Ethanol

    Different active carbons, i.e. bamboo charcoal, cylindrical coal, fruit carbon. wood charcoal, and coconut charcoal, were used to prepare Ni/C catalysts for vapor-phase carbonylation of ethanol. The results revealed that the Ni/CC catalyst showed the highest catalytic activity for ethanol carbonylation with 96.1% of ethanol conversion and 93.2% of propionic acid selectivity, but the Ni/BC catalyst showed the lowest activity with 63.0% of ethanol conversion and 32.7% of propionic acid selectivity. The Ni/C catalysts were characterized by CO adsorption and temperature-programmed reduction. Meanwhile, N-2 physical adsorption, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and temperature-programmed desorption were used to investigate the structural properties, the species and quantities of surface oxygen functional groups of active carbons.     Vapor Phase Carbonylation of Ethanol over Ni-M(M=Cu, Zn, Ce)/C Catalysts

    A series of NiM0.2(M=Cu, Zn, Ce)/C and Ni/C catalysts were prepared by isometric impregnation method for vapor phase carbonylation of ethanol. The activity testing results revealed that the activity of four catalysts was in the order of NiCe0.2/C>Ni/C>NiCu0.2/C>NiZn0.2/C, and the NiCe0.2/C catalyst showed maximum catalytic activity for carbonylation of ethanol with the ethanol conversion of 98.0% and the propionic acid selectivity of 95.1% in comparison with other catalysts, but the NiZn0.2/C catalyst showed minimum activity with the ethanol conversion of 83.6% and the propionic acid selectivity of 75.8%. The catalysts were characterized by means of metal dispersion test, XRD, H-2-TPR and CO-TPD. It was found that a certain interaction between ceria and nickel species was confirmed to level the reduction temperature of nickel oxide down, avoiding effectively from bigger nickel crystallites, thereby increasing the metal dispersion of nickel species on the Surface of active carbon
