    纳米金簇复合丝素薄膜的性能及其在生物成像中的应用

    从介观结构角度综述了超分子凝胶晶体网络结构的形成机理、结构特性对宏观性能的影响以及超分子凝胶的设计与调控,系统总结了超分子凝胶的表征方法.超分子凝胶的性能由层级结构决定,介观结构可大幅提高材料的宏观性能,其结构与性能可以通过四个因素相关联:拓扑结构,相关长度,对称性/有序性和晶体网络间的结合力.基于对超分子凝胶的介观概念更深、更新的理解,该类材料的研究和开发将被推向新的阶段.From the perspective of mesoscale, the formation mechanism of crystal network structure of supramolecular gel, the influence of structure on macroscopic properties, and the design and control of supramolecular gels are reviewed. Crystal network is a key character of the hierarchical structure of the gel, the formations of the basic and multi-level crystal networks are based on the crystal nucleation and growth. The engineering and controlling of the gel structure can be implemented by various stimuli, such as additives, sonication, seeding, and thermodynamic driving force, which leads to a controllable performance of the gel. In addition, the methods of characterizing supramolecular gels are systematically summarized, such as, rheology, atomic force microscope, scanning tunnel microscope, scanning electron microscope,transmission electron microscope, polarizing optical microscope, X-ray diffraction, small-angle X-ray scattering, smallangle neutron scattering, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, dynamic light scattering etc. Supramolecular gel performance is determined by the hierarchy mesoscopic structures, which can significantly improve the properties of the material. Four factors can be correlated to the structure and performance of material: topology, correlation length,symmetry/ordering, and strength of association of crystal networks.     Determination of Nitrate in Seawater with Valve-Free Continuous Flow Analysis

    建立了一种无阀连续流动分析方法和装置,仅用一台多通道蠕动泵传送试剂和样品,无需依靠注入阀、电磁阀和定量环进行试剂或样品的选择和定量输入。样品通过; 铜-镉还原柱,将硝酸盐还原为亚硝酸盐,然后用重氮-偶氮光度法进行测定。研究结果表明,硝酸盐的线性范围为5 ~ 180 mumol; /L,方法检出限为0.27 mumol /L,对10和80 mumol; /L硝酸盐溶液连续测定11次,相对标准偏差分别为1.4%和1.3%,不同盐度的实际水样加标回收率在99.4% ~; 106.1%之间。测定结果与流动注射分析法相比,无显著性差异。与流动注射分析相比,无阀设计装置大大降低了成本,操作更加简便,有利于在普通实验室或; 现场连续监测中推广使用。本方法成功应用于厦门西港海水样品中硝酸盐的测定以及九龙江河口区的硝酸盐走航式监测。A valve-free continuous flow method and its corresponding instrument were established, with only two multi-channel pump for delivering the sample and reagent, without any injection or solenoid valves and sample loop for selecting and adding the sample or reagent. Nitrate was reduced to nitrite with Cu-Cd reductant column, and then detected with spectrophotometric detector.The proposed method was suitable for determination of nitrate at normal level in most of estuary and coastal seawaters. With the optimum parameters, the linear range and detection limit were 5-180 mu M and 0.27 mu M, respectively. The nitrate samples (10 and 80 mu M) were continually measured for 11 times, and the relative standard deviations were 1.4% and 1.3%, respectively. The recovery of real samples at different salinity was ranged from 99.4% to 106.1%. There were no significant differences in the analytical results between the proposed method and a reference method, i. e., flow injection analysis. In comparison with flow injection analysis, the method and instrument were less cost and easy to operate,and was suitable to be applied in general laboratories and field for continuous monitoring. The method was successfully applied to measure nitrate of seawater samples in Xiamen western harbor and underway monitor nitrate in the Jiulongjiang estuary.National Natural Science Foundation of China [41306090

    Effect of Lanthanum(III) 2-Ethylhexanoate on Performance of Semi-rigid Polyurethane Foam Materials

    半硬质聚氨酯泡沫材料属于较新型的泡沫材料,催化剂对合成聚氨酯整皮泡沫材料的质量起到最为关键的作用,采用“络合萃取”法来制备异辛酸镧稀土,实验条件下,反应时间为30min,温度控制为70℃,氯化镧料液浓度为120g/L,氯化镧的转化率最高,可达99%以上。在全水发泡半硬质聚氨酯泡沫体系中添加异辛酸镧,结果表明:异辛酸镧的加入能明显改善泡沫的形态,泡孔尺寸更加均匀,具有更好的形态结构。Semi-rigid polyurethane foam was a new kind of foam material. The catalysts were the most important for the quality of synthesized polyurethane integral skin foam material. Lanthanum (III) 2-ethylhexanoate was prepared by complexation extraction process with reaction time of 30 min, temperature of 70 ℃ , and lanthanum chloride concentration of 120 g/L. The conversion of lanthanum chloride was the best ( more than 99% ) under above conditions.     生物材料植入人体后若受到细菌感染就可能导致植入手术失败,因此植入材料的抗菌性研究具有重要的意义。由于内植物感染的第一步是细菌在材料表面的贴附,植入材料的表面性质对其抗菌性有决定性的影响。本文通过电化学法在钛表面构筑一层超亲水或超疏水的表面膜层,并运用体外抗菌性试验来研究材料表面的润湿性对细菌贴附的影响,以期利用改变材料表面的润湿性达到抗菌作用。结果表明,相比超亲水表面,超疏水表面上贴附的细菌数明显减少。The microbial infection of biomaterials often causes clinic problems and sometimes even leads to the prosthesis failure. It is, therefore, important to prevent the biomaterials from bacterial contamination. This can be done by using anti-bacteria drugs. However, this method causes physiological burdens to the patients and does not always work. To stop the contamination from the just beginning is believed to be a better choice. The first step for infection is the attachment of bacteria on the material. In this work, the thin TiO2 nanotubes array films were constructed with totally different wettabilities showing either superhydrophobic or superhydrophilic. The bacterial attachment behaviors on them were evaluated.
