    胃癌在最常诊断的癌症中居全球第四,癌症患者中,因胃癌死亡的原因占据第三。全球每年有951,600新病例和723,100死亡数。尽管胃癌的患病率在整个全球都很高,但在东亚是最高的。根据肿瘤进展情况,可选择手术、化疗和放射治疗对胃癌进行治疗。化疗是治疗转移性胃癌患者的首选,但是仅仅依靠手术治疗效果非常有限。并且化疗药物除了对机体有明显副作用外,另一个重要问题便是癌细胞对药物的耐受性增加,即耐药性出现(MDR)。而且一旦出现耐药性,即便是寻找可替代的化疗药物或者加大药物的使用量,都很难从根本上解决问题。因而,迫切需要新的方法解决癌症耐药性难题。 我们从癌症耐药的主要机制——药物转运蛋白P-糖蛋白(...gastric cancer was the fourth most frequently diagnosed cancer,the cause of death due to gastric cancer occupy the third.     近年来,中国正在从经济、社会、生态及人与自然和谐等多角度出发在流域沿岸乡村实施美丽乡村建设。这不仅加快了农村基础设施配套建设,促进了农村生态农业的发展,也极大地增加了农村生态环境治理力度,对流域治理起到了一定的间接推动作用。以福建省桃溪流域永春县的美丽乡村建设为背景,调研美丽乡村实施前后农村生产、生活方式的改变和居民水环境保护意识的变化,并结合水环境监测的手段,对比美丽乡村实施前后桃溪流域污染源强及水质环境的变化,分析美丽乡村建设在流域治理方面的贡献,为美丽乡村建设在推动流域治理方面的作用研究提供重要的理论依据。In recent years, China is implementing a beautiful village building in the watershed coastal villages from economic, social, ecological and harmony between man and nature and other aspects. It is not only speed up rural infrastrueture construc- tion, and promote development of rural ecological agriculture, but also greatly increased rural ecological environment manage- ment efforts, and played a certain indirect role in promoting the basin management. Based on the beautiful countryside construc- tion of Yongchun county in Taoxi River Basin, Fujian province, changes of rural production and lifestyle before and after the im- plementation of beautiful villages and changes of residents' water environment protection consciousness were investigated. Combining with means of water environment monitoring, contribution of beautiful village construction in the basin management was analyzed, and an important theoretical basis for study of role of beautiful countryside in promoting management of river basin was provided
