    Direct determination of nitrites,nitrates and phosphates in seawater using suppressed conductivity ion chromatography with large volume injection and on-line sample preparation techniques

    采用戴安公司谱睿(PrE)在线样品除氯技术,结合OnguArd bA柱去除硫酸盐,建立了离子色谱直接测定海水中亚硝酸盐、硝酸盐和磷酸盐的方法。该方法以IOnPAC Ag23为富集柱,高容量IOnPAC AS23为分离柱,淋洗液自动发生装置在线产生kOH溶液进行梯度淋洗,抑制电导检测。实验结果表明:样品稀释5~10倍时,直接进样不会干扰目标物测定。当流速为1 Ml/MIn、进样量为500μl时,海水中nO2--n、nO3--n、PO34--P的方法检出限分别为0.3、0.4、0.2μg/l,线性范围分别为10~500μg/l、14~680μg/l、3.4~170μg/l,线性相关系数r均大于0.999 0。测得人工海水样品中目标物的加标回收率为92%~106%,相对标准偏差(rSd,n=6)为1.2%~7.7%。该方法一次进样可在13 MIn内完成分析,具有操作简单快捷、无污染等优点,能满足近海海水中nO2-、nO3-、PO34-的定量分析要求。Using on-line pre-chlorine and sulfate removal technique,a rapid and direct method was established for the simultaneous determination of nitrite-N,nitrate-N and phosphate-P in seawater by ion chromatography(IC) with suppressed conductivity detection.In this method,an IonPac AG23 column was used as the enrichment column,an IonPac AS23 column with high capacity as the analytical column,and KOH solution as the eluent for gradient elution produced by an eluent generator on-line automatically.The results showed that the determination of the targets was not interfered when a seawater sample diluted 5 to 10 times was directly injected.The method detection limits(MDL) of nitrite-N,nitrate-N and phosphate-P were 0.3,0.4 and 0.2 μg/L respectively,under the conditions of 500 μL sample volume and 1 mL/min elution rate.The linear ranges of nitrite-N,nitrate-N and phosphate-P were 10-500 μg/L,14-680 μg/L and 3.4-170 μg/L respectively,and the correlation coefficients(r) were all greater than 0.999 0.The average recoveries of the 3 analytes spiked in a sample ranged from 92% to 106% with the relative standard deviations(RSDs,n=6) of 1.2%-7.7%.The whole sample analysis process can be completed in 13 min.The method has the advantage of simple operation,reagent-free and pollution-free,and can meet the quantitative analysis requirements of seawater.国家海洋局第三海洋研究所基本科研业务费专项资金项目(海三科2008002);中国极地科学战略研究基金项目(20080222

    The Lead Isotope Ratios Study of Aerosol in Antarctica

    通过对电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)的工作条件和参数进行优化,建立了ICP-MS测定铅同位素比值的精确方法,测量了2007—2009年南极中山站采集到的气溶胶样品中208Pb/206Pb、207Pb/206Pb和206Pb/207Pb的比值。结果表明,南极大气气溶胶中铅同位素比值在逐年缓慢地发生线性变化,线性相关系数为0.996 2;气溶胶铅同位素示踪揭示南极附近国家(除南非)释放的铅可能成为南极大气中铅的重要来源。By optimizing the operating parameters,a methodology for a precise and accurate determination of lead isotope ratios based on inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) has been developed.The developed method has been applied to determine the lead isotope ratios(208Pb/206Pb,207Pb/206Pb and 206Pb/207Pb) in aerosol samples collected at the Antarctic Zhongshan Station during 2007—2009.The result indicated that lead isotope ratios of the Antarctica aerosol samples(208Pb/206Pb Vs 207Pb/206Pb) increased linearly year by year from 2007 to 2009 with a linear correlation coefficient of 0.996 2.Moreover,the lead isotopic composition of the aerosol in Antarctica collected at the Zhongshan Station was close to the values of the countries surrounding Antarctica(except South Africa),suggesting that the important source of lead in Antarctica atmosphere mignt be the lead released in these countries.国家自然科学基金项目(40676062);国家海洋局海洋-大气化学与全球变化重点实验室开放基金项目(hxjcht008

    研究了辽东半岛温泉气体的HE浓度和HE同位素的组成特征 .3HE/4HE值分布于 0 .14~ 0 .72rA之间(rA 为大气的3HE/4HE比值 1.4 0x 10 - 6 ) ,HE同位素组成与HE浓度和4 HE/2 0 nE比值呈现线性相关 ,表明有少量地幔HE(约 9% )抵达地表 .温泉气体的3HE/4HE值与研究区的大地热流呈现相似的空间分布特征 ,说明两者具有一定的成因关系 .地幔局部熔融形成的岩浆很可能沿深大断裂侵入地壳 .幔源HE、热流异常以及地震活动在空间上的耦合可能反映了地幔脱气与地震活动的内在联系 .国家自然科学基金!(批准号:49133009)资助项

    采用等离子体增强射频磁控溅射沉积方法,在室温下制备了fE-O合金薄膜。研究了氧的掺杂量和薄膜厚度对薄膜软磁和高频特性的影响。结果发现少量氧的掺杂不导致低饱和磁化强度铁氧化物的形成,但可使薄膜晶粒细化,矫顽力下降。在薄膜厚度低于150nM且氧气与氩气相对流量比为2.4%的条件下,薄膜的实部磁导率高达1100且能够维持到1gHz.The effect of oxygen-doping and thickness has been studied on soft magnetic properties and high-frequency characteristics of Fe-O alloy thin films prepared by a helicon-plasma-enhanced RF magnetron sputter-deposition at room temperature.A reduction in coercivity due to grain refinement was achieved using very low dose of oxygen which did not lead to the formation of crystalline Fe oxides with the low saturation magnetization.The real part(μ')of permeability has a high value of 1100 and is maintained up to 1 GHz below 150 nm for the relative O 2 flow ratio of R O 2 = 2.4%

    Influence of magnetic layer thickness on [Fe80Ni20 - O/SiO2]n multilayer thin films

    In the present work, a series of [Fe80Ni20 - O/SiO2]n multilayer thin films is fabricated using a reactive magnetron sputtering equipment. The thickness of SiO2 interlayer is fixed at 3 nm, while the thickness values of Fe 80Ni20 - O magnetic films range from 10 nm to 30 nm. All films present obvious in-plane uniaxial magnetic anisotropy. With increasing the Fe80Ni20 - O layer thickness, the saturation magnetization increases slightly and the coercivity becomes larger due to the enlarged grain size, which could weaken the soft magnetic property. The results of high frequency magnetic permeability characterization show that films with thin magnetic layer are more suitable for practical applications. When the thickness of Fe80Ni20 - O layer is 10 nm, the multilayer film exhibits the most comprehensive high-frequency magnetic property with a real permeability of 300 in gigahertz range. ? 2014 Chinese Physical Society and IOP Publishing Ltd
