    Effect of HJJB Compound on Insulin Signal Transduction Link of Non-alcoholic Steatohepatitis Rats

    目的观察红景天苷、姜黄素、绞股蓝总苷、白术多糖(HJJB)复方对非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)大鼠胰岛素信号转导环节的干预作用。方法采用高脂饮食; 14周诱导的大鼠胰岛素抵抗NASH模型。在造模第9周起,随机分为模型组、西药组(罗格列酮,0.4; mg/kg)和中药组(HJJB)。干预6周后,观察肝组织病理变化(HE染色),检测肝组织TG含量、ALT活性、血清空腹胰岛素(FINS)含量、空; 腹血糖(FBG)含量、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR),检测肝组织胰岛素受体底物1 (IRS1 )、磷酸化IRS1 (pIRS1; )、磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶(PI3K)、磷酸化PI3K(pPI3K)、蛋白激酵B(PKB)、磷酸化PKB(pPKB)蛋白含量;检测肝组织IRS1、; PI3K、PKB mRNA水平。结果与正常组比较,模型组出现肝细胞脂肪变性, TG、ALT、FINS、FBG 及 HOMA-IR 升高(P; <0. 01), IRS1、plRS1、PI3K、pPI3K、PKB、pPKB 蛋白及 IRS1、 PI3K、PKB mRNA降低(P; <0.01)。与模型组比较,中药组和西药组上述病理改变明显减轻,血清TG、ALT、 FINS、FBG 及 HOMA-IR; 含量降低(P<0.05)。中药组 IRS1、pIRS1、PI3K、pPI3K、PKB、pPKB 蛋白及 IRS1、 PI3K、PKB; mRNA水平较模型组及西药组升高(P <0.01,P <0.05),TG及ALT较西药组降低(P <0. 01; )。结论HJJB复方可上调NASH大鼠肝脏IRS1基因表达和蛋白含量,改善PI3K/PKB信号通路。Objective To observe the intervention effect of HJJB; compound(salidroside, curcumin, gypenosides and atractylodes; polysaccharides) on insulin signal transduction link of non-alcoholic; steatohepatitis (NASH) rats. Methods SD male rats were induced by; high-fat diet for 14 weeks for insulin resistance NASH model. From the; ninth week, the rats were divided into the model group, the Western; medicine(WM) group (rosiglitazone, 0. 4 mg/kg) and the Chinese medicine; (CM)group (HJJB) at random .Six weeks after medication, liver pathology; (HE staining), hepatic TG content, serum ALT activity, serum fasting; insulin (FINS), serum fasting blood glucose( FBG), insulin resistance; index (HOMA-IR) were observed. Protein content of hepatic insulin; receptor substrate insulin receptor substrate 1 (IRS1), phosphorylation; of IRS1 (pIRS1),phosphatidylinositol-3 kinase (PI3K) , phosphorylation; of PI3K(pPI3K), protein kinase B (PKB) and phosphorylation of PKB (pPKB); were detected. mRNA expression of hepatic IRS1,PI3K, PKB were also; detected. Results Significant hepatic steatosis were observed in the; model group. TG, ALT, FINS, FBG and HOMA-IR of model group were higher; than those of the normal group(P < 0. 01). Hepatic IRS1,pIRS1 ,; PI3K,pPI3K, PKB, pPKB protein expression level and IRS1 , PI3K,PKB mRNA; level were lower than those of the normal group (P <0. 01). Hepatic; pathological changes in the CM group and WB the group were meliorated,; ALT, FINS, FBG, HOMA-IR and TG of the CM group and the WM group were; lower than those of the model group(P <0. 05). Hepatic; IRS1,pIRS1,PI3K,pPI3K, PKB, pPKB protein expression level and IRS1,; PI3K, PKB mRNA of the CM group were higher than those of the model group; and the WM group(P <0. 01,P <0. 05),ALT and TG of the CM group were; lower than those of the model group (P <0. 01 ).     Research of prevention and treatment of herb components HJJB compound on non-alcoholic steatohepatitisin rats induced by high-fat diet

    目的:探讨中药组分HJJB方(红景天苷、姜黄素、绞股蓝总苷、白术多糖)对高脂饮食诱导的大鼠非酒精性脂肪性肝炎的防治作用。方法:采用高脂饮食14周; 诱导大鼠非酒精性脂肪性肝炎模型。在造模第9周起,随机分为模型组,HJJB方高、低剂量组,罗格列酮组,灌胃给药6周。观察肝组织病理变化(HE染色); ,肝组织甘油三酯(TG)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)含量的变化,血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷氨酰转肽酶(GGT)活性及TG、总胆; 固醇(TC)含量的变化。结果:模型组肝组织出现显著的肝细胞脂肪变性及空泡样变,肝组织TG、FFA含量较正常组显著升高(P<0.01),血清ALT; 、AST、GGT活性及TG、TC含量较正常组亦明显升高(P<0.01)。HJJB方高、低剂量组的上述病理改变显著减轻,肝组织TG、FFA含量及血; 清ALT、AST、 GGT、TG、TC水平显著低于模型组(P<0.01),其中HJJB方高剂量组的肝组织TG、FFA含量和血清ALT、AST、; GGT活性显著低于HJJB方低剂量组和罗格列酮组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:中药组分HJJB方对高脂饮食诱导的大鼠非酒精性脂肪性肝炎具; 有良好的防治作用。Objective: To discuss the prevention and treatment of HJJB (salidroside,; curcumin, gypenoside and atractylodes macrocephala polysaccharide); compound on non-alcoholic steatohepatitisin rats induced by high-fat; diet. Methods: Non-alcoholic steatohepatitis model was induced by; high-fat diet for 14 weeks. From the ninth week, the rats were randomly; divided into model group, HJJB high-dose group, HJJB low-dose group and; rosiglitazone group, and were given gavage for six weeks. The observing; items including: pathological changes of liver tissue (HE staining); the; changesof contents of liver tissue triglyceride (TG) and free fatty acid; (FFA); the activities of serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate; aminotransferase (AST), glutamyl transpeptidase (GGT) and contents of; serum total cholesterol (TC) and TG. Results: Significant hepatocellular; steatosis and vacuolar degeneration were observed inthe liver tissue of; the model group. The contents of TG and FFA in liver tissue of model; group were significantly higher than those of normal group (P<0.01), and; the activities of serum ALT, AST, GGT and the contents of TG and TC of; model group were higher than those of normal group too (P<0.01). Hepatic; pathological changes in the HJJB compound high-dose, low-dose groups; were all significantly meliorated. The levels of liver TG, FFA and serum; ALT, AST, GGT, TG and TC of HJJB high-dose group, HJJB low-dose group; were significantly lower than that of model group (P<0.01). In addition,; the contents of liver TG and FFA and serum ALT, AST, GGT of HJJB; compound high-dose group were lower than those of HJJB compound low-dose; and rosiglitazone group (P<0.05, P<0.01).     Rapid Propagation of Anoectochilus roxburghii

    以金线莲(Anoectochilus roxburghii)试管苗带节茎段和顶芽为外植体,用正交试验筛选芽快速增殖的培养基配方,并研究生根粉(ABT)对促根壮苗的作用。结果表明,丛生芽增殖最佳配方为MS+BA 3.5mg/L+KT 1.5mg/L+NAA 0.6mg/L,两个月增殖倍数达3.5;3mg/L 3号生根粉对金线莲生根壮苗效果最佳,使植株生根条数、最长根、植株增高和增叶数分别比对照增加12.8%、34.1%、13.2%和22.4%,从而提高移栽成活率,3种不同基质均达到94%以上。Taking stem segments and apical buds as explants, the optimal culture medium for rapid propagation of Anoectochilus roxburghii were carried out by orthogonal screening experiment. MS + BA 3.5mg/L + KT 1.5mg/L + NAA 0.6mg/L gave the best result for multiplication of adventitious buds and proliferated buds for 3.5 times within 2 months. The growth media supplemented with ABT3 3mg/L increased the number of roots, the length of roots, the height of seedlings and the number of leaves by 12.8%, 34.1%, 13.2% and 22.4%, respectively.福建省漳州市科委项目(Z02028)资

    Concentrations and distribution of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and organo chlorides in surface sediment of Xiamen Western Harbour and Minjiang Estuary

    参考美国EPA标准方法对厦门西港和闽江口的表层沉积物样品中持续性有机污染物PAHs、PCBs、和DDTs的含量及分布进行分析和考察 ,并对若干污染特征及成因进行探讨 .结果表明 ,厦门西港沉积物样品中总PAHs含量 (ng/ g(干重 ) )较闽江口海域为高 ,其中厦门样品测值范围是 42 5 3 - 15 2 2 4,大多高于 10 0 0 ,推断主要来源于石油类污染 ;闽江口为 316 8-12 6 0 7,大多低于 10 0 0 ,化石燃料燃烧可能是其主要来源 .PCBs和DDT的分析结果表明 ,PCBs并非两海域的主要污染物 ,其含量 (ng/ g(干重 ) )测值范围是厦门西港 9 72— 33 72 ,闽江口 8 71— 30 5 5 ;DDT类含量测值 (ng/g(干重 ) )厦门西港高于闽江口 ,范围分别为 8 6 1— 73 70和 6 17— 30 70 (河口高值站位为 6 3 88) ,空间分布呈近岸高于远岸趋势 .同时表明 ,在厦门海域表层沉积物中DDD是主要降解产物 ,而在闽江口DDE为主要降解产物The U.S.EPA analytical methods were employed to examine surface sediment concentrations of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and organo chlorides (PCBs and DDTs) in Xiamen Western Harbour (XM),in June,1999,and Min River Estuary (MJ) in Oct., 1996.The spatial distribution and main possible sources of these pollutants were discussed.The ranges of PAHs concentration (ng/g(DW)) are 425-1520,with most values higher than 1000 in XM samples,and 315-1260,with most values lower than 1000 in MJ samples respectively.The main possible sources of sediment PAHs were identified as petroleum pollutants for Xiamen Western Harbour,and fossil fuel combustion products by river input for Minjiang Estuary,respectively.Sediment PCBs were found not the main pollutants in the study areas,with concentrations(ng/g(DW))ranging from 9.72 to 33.72,and from 8.71 to 30.55,in XM samples and MJ samples,respectively.Concentrations (ng/g(DW)) of sediment DDT and its degraded compounds show the trend of decreasing off the shore,while ranging from 20 to 70,and 6 to 30,in XM samples and MJ samples,respectively.Meaningful information also displays that the main degradation products are DDD in XM samples and DDE in MJ samples.As for the general results,the disadvantage of hydrodynamics,industrial and municipal wastewater discharge,and harbour activities are inferred as the main aspects of the factors affecting pollution in Xiamen Western Harbour,comparing with those in Minjiang Estuary,which is significantly affected by Minjiang River input.Measures for pollution prevention thus should be taken differently in the two areas

    对武夷山国家级自然保护区残遗与濒危树种南方铁杉植物群落历经了6年的调查,共采集了123种外生菌根,经显微与超显微技术鉴定了84种,这一结果是迄今为止已发表的,在同一树种中菌根类型最多的记录.它不仅证明了武夷山地区的菌物区系由于处于东西相连,南北贯通的位置上,而且从区系成分上据有温热两带俱全的特点,因而形成生物多样性,并从共生菌的角度再度揭示了物种协同进化的规律.Systematic investigation was made on ectomycorrhizae in the woods of a variety of Tsuga chinensis,tchekiangensis(Flous) Cheng,in Wuyishan Nature Reserve in the past six years.During that period,120 ectomycorrhiza samples were collected and 84 types identified by analysing their macro-micro-and ultrastructure.This is the first time that so many types of mycorrhiza in the forests of the species are reported on.This result has proved Wuyishan's geographical position at the cross where a fungi growing area links the east and west,south and north.Thus the region owns the characteristics of both the temperate and the subtropical zone and it is thus such peculiarity whereby its biodiversity is created.Moreover,considering the results of this investigation in the regard of symbiosis between plants and fungi,their co-evolution is ascertained once more.国家自然科学基金资助项目(39770004);; 福建省自然科学基金资助项目(C97003,D0410002

    Design of NMR transmit pulse waveform based on FPGA

    基于任意波形发生器的原理,采用ddS(dIrECT dIgITAl SynTHESIS)技术,以单片机控制芯片STC89lE51和fPgA芯片XC5VfX70T为基础进行硬件和逻辑设计,使用ISE10.1和MOdElSIM软件编写脉冲波形发生器的各个子模块和测试模块,利用上位机软件或者键盘模块进行设置,改变波形频率和相位,最终产生核磁共振谱仪所需的调频调相波形数据。仿真结果表明,该方案产生的信号波形可灵活实现频率和相位的更改,波形性能良好,对于核磁共振谱仪发射脉冲波形的设计提供了可靠的方法和思路。The hardware and logic design based on MCU control chip STC89LE51 and FPGA chip XC5VFX70T combines the principle of the arbitrary waveform generator with DDS(direct digital synthesis) technology.The sub-modules of pulse waveform generator and test modules are designed by ISE10.1 and Modelsim.Using the PC software or keyboard to set the frequency and phase of waveform,the ultimate frequency modulation and phase modulation waveforms data required by the NMR spectrometer can be generated.The simulation results show that the signal waveform designed by the program can have a good performance in the change of frequency and phase,providing reliable methods and ideas for the design of the transmit pulse waveform in the NMR spectrometer.国家自然科学基金(11175149)资助项

    千烟洲试验区人工林养分循环的研究

    对中国科学院千烟洲试验区人工林的养分生物循环进行了研究。结果表明 ,湿地松和马尾松人工林中的N、P和K养分元素积累量分别占 7种元素积累量的 41 .8%和 46.6%。而木荷林只占 2 2 .9% ,说明了湿地松和马尾松人工林生产lt干物质生物量要比木荷人工林消耗更多的N、P和K养分元素。通过降雨淋溶归还给 3个林分的 7种养分元素量 ,分别为相应林分凋落物中的养分元素归还量的 0 .2 9倍、0 .2 0倍、0 .1 5倍。按林分生物循环特点可把该试验区的人工林划分为 :湿地松林和马尾松林为高存留、低归还 ,木荷林为高归还、低存留量两种类型。前者易消耗地力 ,后者则能改善林地土壤肥
