    Primary Research of Antidiabetic and Antihypertensive Drugs Target by PPAR and synthesis of key intermediate in carbapenem antibiotics

    拟穴青蟹抗菌肽Crustin新变体的表达特性与抗菌功能

    Crustins是一类较早发现并广泛分布在甲壳动物中且富含半胱氨酸的阳离子抗菌肽,能够参与抗细菌的免疫应答。从拟穴青蟹(Scylla paramamosain)中克隆获得Crustin基因,命名为SpCrus1a,其cDNA序列全长744 bp,开放阅读框编码113个氨基酸,成熟肽分子量10.03 kDa,等电点8.30。表达分析结果发现其转录本主要存在于鳃、卵巢、上皮组织中,脂多糖刺激后SpCrus1a会上调表达。体外合成SpCrus1a的第29~47位氨基酸进行抗菌活性实验发现,其对革兰氏阳性菌具有较强的抗菌活性,对被测的革兰氏阴性菌抗菌活性较弱或无抗菌活性。合成肽Sp Crus1a29-47能够在较短时间内杀死绝大多数的金黄色葡萄球菌,2 h内杀死全部的金黄色葡萄球菌。扫描电镜发现合成肽Sp Crus1a29-47可造成金黄色葡萄球菌表面结构崎岖不平,高浓度Sp Crus1a29-47造成细菌的大量死亡。上述结果表明,SpCrus1a是抗菌肽Crustins的新变体。国家自然科学基金(U205123,31172438);;厦门南方海洋研究中心科技项目(14PYY050SF03

Taking the mobile phone Android system as wireless control; terminal, and combining Arduino MCU system, an intelligent home control; system based on Android and Arduino is designed and implemented in this; paper.     探索一种用材简单、操作方便、真实性强的观察红树植物桐花树叶片气孔的制片技术,并利用该技术研究不同浓度、不同处理时间的一氧化氮(nO)供体硝普钠(SOdIuM nITrOPruSSIdE,SnP)对桐花树气孔开闭的影响,探讨了nO调控的气孔运动与外源CA2+的关系以及nO与H2O2在调节气孔运动过程中的关系。结果表明:在搅碎法、指甲油印迹法、牛皮胶印迹法三种观察气孔方法中,牛皮胶印迹法是观察气孔开度变化的最佳方法。nO能够诱导桐花树气孔快速关闭,且表现出明显的时间效应与浓度效应。nO导致的气孔关闭与CA2+的参与有密切关系,nO与H2O2存在明显的协同效应,可以促进气孔关闭。The aim of the present paper was to find out a simple and easy-to-go method to observe the stomatal movement of a mangrove plant Aegiceras corniculatum.The new method was used to study the following areas, inculing the effect of exogenous nitric oxide (NO) on the leaf stomatal movement under different concentrations and different treated time, the effect of Ca2+ in the regulation of stomatal movement induced by exogenous NO, the interactional effect between NO and H2O2 in the regulationb of stomatal movement.The results suggested that the oxhide pastern print was the best way to observe stomatal movement of A.corniculatum compared with the blender method and the nail enamel print method.The stomatal closure induced by NO was associated with Ca2+ in dose dependent manner.It was also proved that a rapid stomatal closure could be co-induced by NO and H2O2 in A.corniculatum guard cells.国家自然科学基金项目(30770192;30670317);厦门大学“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”项目(X07115);湖北民族学院博士启动基金项

    Atomic segregation at twin boundaries in a Mg-Ag alloy

    Segregation of solute atoms at twin boundaries (TBs) plays a critical role in mechanical properties and thermal stability of magnesium alloys. Here, segregation structures at {10 (1) over bar1}, {10 (1) over bar2} and {10 (1) over bar3} TBs are characterized in a Mg-Ag alloy by means of the atomic resolution high-angle annular dark-field technique based on scanning transmission electron microscopy. Of particular finding is the unique complex segregation at {10 (1) over bar3} TBs, where Ag atoms occupy both substitutional and interstitial sites. By contrast, Ag atoms only substitutionally segregate at {10 (1) over bar1} and {10 (1) over bar2} TBs.     The Phylogeny Tree Reconstruction Based on the Usage Frequencyof Codons and Corresponding Complementary Codons

    为了更深入地了解密码子与互补密码子使用相关的内涵,70个单细胞和多细胞生物被更进一步的分析。结果得到70种细胞生物具有较高的相关系数平均值(0.5101,标准差是0.1389),表明密码子与其互补密码子使用间确实存在正的使用相关联系,进一步地支持了以前的结果。此外,通过对70个单细胞和多细胞生物在基于密码子与互补密码子使用频率差异,以及配对频率的高低信息的分析基础上,绘制进化树,得到的进化树与传统的进化树非常接近。The hypothesis that a codon bias usage is identical to its complementary codon usage preference has been investigated by using the relationship analysis of codons vs their complementary ones among 70 organisms. Significantly positive usage correlations between codons and their complementary ones were found and its implication in biology was also analyzed. The codoncomplementary codon tree was further built, which fairly exhibited the evolutionary relationship of these organisms.     Study on laser lift-off of GaN material in low pressure

    为了研究低压环境对激光剥离的影响,利用准分子激光剥离系统和真空腔对gAn/蓝宝石样品分别在低压下和常压下进行多脉冲激光照射,之后用台阶仪测量样品的分解深度,得知相比常压环境,低压下gAn分解深度在脉冲次数为10次、20次、30次时分别增加了为10.2%,19.0%,24.3%,之后结合gAn材料分解过程和脉冲激光照射gAn/蓝宝石结构过程进行理论分析得到相应低压和常压下的gAn材料的理论分解深度,得到与实验一致的趋势。证明了低压环境能提高激光剥离速率。In order to study the effects of low-pressure environment on laser lift-off process,the experiment that a GaN/sapphire sample was irradiated by an excimer laser lift-off system in different pressure was carried out,and then the decomposition depth of the sample was measured with a profilometer.The results show that the decomposition depth of GaN in low pressure is increased by 10.2%,19.0% and 24.3% which corresponds to the number of pulses of 10,20 and 30.One-dimensional heat flow model of GaN/sapphire structure irradiated by laser was established.The temperature field in GaN was calculated and analyzed.The decomposition depth of GaN in different pressure was obtained.The theoretical calculation result is consistent with the experimental result.It indicates that the efficiency of laser lift-off in low pressure environment is higher than that in ordinary pressureenvironment.国家自然科学基金(11104230
