    目的对狗皮膏进行质量分析评价。方法针对高温提取药味进行TLC和显微特征鉴别;针对原粉入药的药味进行GC特征图谱研究和含量测定;应用AA测定家兔贴敷后血铅含量变化;应用UV法测定总羰基化合物含量。结果狗皮膏总体质量状况差,药品质量控制落后,产品质量问题棘手,个别企业未按工艺生产。结论建议:1研究大生产工艺迫在眉睫;2现行标准亟需提高;3限制膏药贴用时间。OBJECTIVE Analysis the quality of Goupi ointment. METHODS Aiming at the high extraction drugs TLC and microscopic characteristics identification; in the original powder medicine ingredients were determined the GC characteristic spectrum of research and content; AA was used to determine changes in blood lead levels after patching; Determination of total carbonyl compounds content by UV method. Skin cream quality analysis and evaluation. RESULTS The overall quality of the species is unsatisfactory due to the following reasons: serious problems were found in the drug production; drug quality control fell behind and some enterprises failed to produce drug according to technological standards. CONCLUSION Specific recommendations: 1 It is critical to research the production process; 2It is urgent to improve the current control standard; 3The service life of the patch should be specified

    HPLC检测中药中非法添加化学降压药物

    目的为打击中药制剂中非法添加化学降压药物现象,建立了HPLC定性检测中药制剂中可能非法添加的15种化学降压药物。方法采用Agilent Extend-C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),梯度洗脱:流动相A为0.02 mol.L?1醋酸铵溶液,流动相B为甲醇-乙腈(2∶1),检测波长为230 nm,流速为1.0 mL.min?1,柱温为30℃。结果 15种化学降压药物有很好的分离度、线性及检测灵敏度。检测限为0.01~13 ng,连续5针进样色谱图中各组分保留时间的RSD均<0.1%。结论本方法简便灵敏,重复性好,可作为降压类药物的鉴别方法

    Studies on GC Analysis of Zhengtian Pills and Zhengtian Capsules

    目的建立正天丸(胶囊)的气相色谱指纹图谱,进行药品的评价和控制。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取正天丸(胶囊)中的挥发性成分,并通过气相色谱法进行分析,建立了气相色谱指纹图谱。利用中药指纹图谱相似度计算软件(2009版)进行分析和评价。结果 54批正天丸和5批正天胶囊的相似度均大于0.9,并分别确立了正天丸的18个共有峰及正天胶囊的13个共有峰。结论通过建立指纹图谱模式,为正天丸(胶囊)提供一种质量评价方法和检测模式。OBJECTIVE To constitute the finger print of Zhengtian Pills and Zhengtian Capsules,hence to provide reference for the evaluation and the control.METHODS The volatile components in Zhengtian Pills and Zhengtian Capsulaes were extracted by hydrodistillation and detected by gas chromatography( GC).GC fingerprints were established,analyzed and evaluated according to the evaluation system of the similarity of the finger prints of Chinese medicines( 2009).RESULTS 54 batches of Zhengtian Pills and 5 batches of Zhengtian Capsules had high similarity fingerprints.18 apexes had been screened in Zhengtian Pills fingerprints and 13 apexes had been screened in Zhengtian Capsulaes fingerprints.CONCLUSION The common pattern of the fingerprint chromatogram as established,which provide a quality standard and testing method for Zhengtian Pills and Zhengtian Capsules

    【中文摘要】 对细风轮菜种子化学成分的研究表明,种子含大量脂肪油(23.25%),油中含大量不饱和脂肪酸:亚麻酸(66.929%)、亚油酸(21.813%)、油酸(4.596%),总量达93.338%。此外,种子还含18种氨基酸和18种矿质元素。因此,种子和种子油具有较高营养价值和药用保健功效。 【英文摘要】 The chemical constituents of Clinopodium gracile seeds have been studied. The results showed that the seed is rich in fatty oil (23.25%) and the main constituents in fatty oil are α-Linoleni acid 66.929%, linolic acid 21.813% and oleic acid 4.596%, the total content of unsaturated fatty acid reaches 93.186%.     Theoretical Expression and Computer Simulation of Diffusion Behaviors in Multiple-Quantum Coherence NMR

    改进了Warren所提出的CRAZED脉冲序列以研究分子间多量子相干的扩散过程 ,讨论了利用核磁共振测量分子内和分子间多量子相干表观自扩散系数的理论表述 ,采用粒子的随机行走模型模拟其扩散行为 .在短脉冲近似和长脉冲梯度场两种实验条件下 ,分别获得了因扩散引起的不同相干阶数的相对信号衰减强度随梯度场脉冲间隔时间的变化曲线 ,由此得到分子内多量子相干和分子间多量子相干的表观扩散率与溶液分子扩散系数的关系 .还将计算机模拟结果与理论预测进行分析和比较 ,发现二者能很好地吻合 .研究结果表明 ,分子间多量子相干的表观扩散率与常规的分子内多量子相干的表观扩散率明显不同 ,因此 ,分子间多量子相干的表观扩散率可能提供一种新的核磁共振成像的对比度机理Self-diffusion is one of the most fundamental motions of particles in liquid. Nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) provides a convenient and noninvasive means for accurately measuring the self-diffusion coefficient of molecules in solution. The theoretical expressions of apparent diffusion rates of MQCs are given and computer simulation based on the method to measure the self-diffusion coefficient by NMR was discussed and the random walk model of particles is used to simulate the apparent diffusion behaviors of intra-molecular and inter-molecular multiple-quantum coherences (MQCs).
