    在很多通信情况下会产生回音,他会严重影响语音的清晰度,一旦回音比较严重时会使得整个系统无法工作,因此需要消除回音。本文要解决的是:当使用无线桌面机通信且按下免提键时,声音会在室内反射然后经过话筒返回而产生回音。现在大部分采用自适应滤波算法来消除回声,多采用L MS算法,由于BL MS算法与L MS算法的效果相同,但BL MS算法的运算量远小于L MS算法,本文采用BL MS算法在DSK6 711板上进行了这种回音抵消的仿真。Because echo which exist in many communication circumstance can badly influence audio definition, once the serious echo affect normal work of whole system, it is nessary to cancel audio echo.There are some questions should be solved in this paper.When we use desktop telephone (which is developed by our teacher ) to communicae and press handfree key, it can generate echo which is reflected by room and then come back through microphone. Now we prefer to using auto adaptive filter algorithm to cancel echo, for example, LMS algorithm. Because of BLMS algorithm and LMS algorithm have the same effect, but BLMS algorithm′s operation capacity is much less than LMS algorithm′s.     用双电离室法测定了HIRFL提供的75MeV/u12C离子经不同厚度降能片后的相对剂量,将降能片厚度等效为组织等效材料一水中的深度,得到了碳离子在水介质中的Bragg曲线,与计算的Bragg曲线进行了比较。同时测定了离子经不同厚度降能片后对黑色素瘤(B16)细胞的失活效应,得到了离子束在不同贯穿深度上的B16细胞存活数据。Relative doses of 75MeV/u 12C ion beam after passing through different thickness of degraders were measured with the double ionization chamber method. The degrader s thickness as then equalized to penetration depth of the beam in water and its Bragg curve was obtained. The measured Bragg curve is compared with that calculated based on a model set up by the authors.     DNA双链断裂(DSBs)是电离辐射诱导的最重要的原发损伤,研究DSBs有利于揭示细胞辐射敏感性的机理。用倒转脉冲场凝胶电泳结合荧光扫描进行DNA定量研究75MeV/u12C6+对小鼠B16黑色素瘤细胞DSBs的诱导,结果表明:DSBs产额约为0.74DSBs/100Mbp/Gy;DNA片段分布在两个区域。大片段区分子量约为1.4Mbp~3.2Mbp,分子量小于1.2Mbp的为小片段区;并且随着剂量的增加,大片段区DNA含量逐渐下降,而小片段区的DNA含量显著增加。表明B16DNA分子上可能存在对重离子较为敏感的位点。攀登计划(B)”项目,中国科学院兰州分院基
