    A Study on Eco-Environmental Security Cooperation on Waters between Xiamen and Kinmen

    近年来,虽然随着两岸关系的不断改善,厦金海域航贸联系密切、人员往来频繁,但是伴随而来的生态环境安全问题日益凸显。在当前两岸关系和平发展新时期,加强两岸在厦金海域的生态环境安全合作,不但符合两岸民众的根本利益,而且也有利于培育双方的互信,营造两岸关系发展所必要的和平环境。初步介绍了安全、非传统安全和生态环境安全的概念,通过对厦金海域生态环境安全现状以及合作必要性和可能性的分析,提出了两岸在厦金海域生态环境安全合作的路径,以实现人海和谐发展。In recent years, with the continuously improved cross-strait relations, waters between Xiamen and Kinmen enjoyed more frequent personnel exchanges, closer shipping trade ties, but the two sides eco-environmental security issue has still been highlighted.In this new era of peaceful development of cross-strait relations, strengthen eco-environmental security cooperation on waters between Xiamen and Kinmen, not only can serve the fundamental interests on both sides, but also help cultivate mutual trust between the two sides, create a peaceful environment to the development of crossstraits relations.This paper describes the initial security, non-traditionalsecurity, the concept of eco-environmental security, through the analysis of current situation of eco-environmental security on waters between Xiamen and Kinmen, and the necessity and feasibility of coopration, proposed the path of eco-environmental security cooperation on Waters between Xiamen and Kinmen, in order to realize the harmonious development of man and the sea.国家社会科学基金一般项目(13BZZ066); 教育部人文社会科学重点研究基地项目(12JJD810011

    Application of Accelerated Solvent Extraction Technique for Analysis of Active Components in Traditional Chinese Medicinal Herbs

    以两种药材为研究实例,对加速溶剂萃取法(ASE)在中药材有效成分提取研究中的应用进行了简要介绍。采用正交试验法考察了提取丹参中丹酚酸B的提取条件(萃取温度、静态萃取时间、萃取溶剂以及料液比),确定了较好的实验条件。比较了ASE、水蒸气蒸馏法、超声波提取法及索氏提取法对木香挥发油的提取效果,结果表明ASE对木香挥发油的提取效果最好。The application of accelerated solvent extraction(ASE) technique for the Analysis of active components in traditional Chinese medicinal herbs was introduced by using two kinds of herbs as examples.The conditions including extraction temperature,static extraction time,the ratio of material to solvent and solvent of ASE for extraction of salvianolic acid B in Salvia miltiorrhiza were optimized by orthogonal experiments,and the optimal conditions were obtained.Different extraction methods(ASE,steam distillation,ultrasonic wave and Soxhlet extraction) were used to extract volatile oil in Aucklandia lappa Decne.Results of the comparative experiments indicated that ASE was the most effective method in this case.All the results from these studies demonstrate that ASE is indeed a powerful tool in the preparation of herbal extracts for downstream chromatographic analysis.青岛“2004将才计划”(04-3-JJ-11);; 共建生物医药研发测试中心(LS-05-KJZX-76)资

    Analysis of Alkaloids in Coptis chinensis Franch by High Performance Capillary Electrophoresis-Electrospray Ionization Time of Flight Mass Spectrometry

    建立了高效毛细管电泳-电喷雾飞行时间质谱联用(HPCE-ESI-TOF/MS)快速定性分析黄连中生物碱类化合物的分析方法.使用未涂层石英毛细管,以50mmol/L乙酸铵-0.5%甲醇溶液(用氨水调至pH=7.2)作为运行缓冲液,分离电压为25kV;鞘液组成为50%甲醇-49.5%水-0.5%乙酸,鞘液流速为4μL/min;质谱选用正离子模式,碰撞电压(Fragmentor)为100V.结果表明,通过各色谱峰紫外光谱和质谱测得精确分子量结果,结合文献,对黄连中7种生物碱进行了鉴定.表明本方法简便、快速,是黄连中生物碱类化合物快速分离、鉴别的有效方法.A new method for the analysis of alkaloids in Coptis chinensis Franch was established by high performance capillary electrophoresis-electrospray ionization time of flight mass spectrometry (HPCE-ESI-TOF/MS). The lens voltages in a positive ion mode with a collision induced dissociation (CID) voltage of 100 V were used for ESI-TOF/MS analysis. Seven alkaloids in Coptis chinensis Franch methanol extracts were separated and identified by CE-DAD and CE-ESI-TOF/MS.     低龄DDH患儿初次开放复位术中股骨截骨必要性的前瞻性随机对照试验研究方案

    回顾性研究发现,股骨截骨术并非低龄DDH患儿手术治疗所必须的,而应根据患儿具体情况合理选择;本研究通过多中心前瞻性研究进一步探讨对于18个月至3岁DDH患儿是否要行股骨截骨术。FSODDH项目为一项多中心前瞻性随机对照临床试验研究。研究设计拟招募200名单侧低龄DDH患儿,随机分成股骨截骨组(n=100)和股骨不截骨组(n=100)。股骨截骨组患儿全部采取髋关节开放复位术、骨盆截骨术及股骨截骨术治疗;股骨不截骨组患儿全部采取髋关节开放复位术及骨盆截骨术治疗;术后定期随访至少2年。收集术前、术后1周、术后1个月、术后3个月、术后6个月、术后1年及术后2年的髋关节正位X线影像资料,比较两组患儿的髋臼指数、股骨头坏死率、再脱位率、术中出血量、手术时间和住院天数等临床指标。这一多中心前瞻性研究将能为低龄DDH患儿是否需行股骨截骨术提供循证医学证据

    公共危机管理是当代社会都必须面对的重大课题,非政府组织的参与则为公共危机管理研究提供了一个新的分析视角。在特大公共危机事件中,充分发挥非政府组织的积极性和创造性尤其重要。以汶川地震和台湾“9·21“地震作为典型案例,尽管两岸公权力部门都展现出超强的动员能量,但非政府组织的表现也是可圈可点的。通过比较分析两次地震中两岸非政府组织参与危机管理的相关表现,寻求有助于大陆非政府组织增强公共危机管理能力的启示。Public crisis management is a major issue which must be faced in contemporary society,the NGOs' participation provided a new analysis perspective for the study on public crisis management.In extra great public crisis,it is especially important to give full play to the initiative and creativity of the NGOs.Taking Wenchuan earthquake and the "9.21" earthquake in Taiwan as a typical case,though the public power sector of the both sides of the Taiwan strait were showing superior energy of mobilization,while NGOs' performance were remarkable.Through analyzing the NGOs' related performance of participating in the crisis management in the two earthquakes,the paper tried to find out some revelation to strengthen Chinese NGOs' management ability of public management
