    PWM strategy with virtual switching time for five-phase inverter

    针对五相电压源型逆变器的脉冲宽度调制控制技术,提出一种基于虚拟开关时间的电压调制方法。该方法利用虚拟开关时间的概念推导出一个时间自由度与逆变器各相实际开关时间的关系。在一个开关周期内,通过对该自由度及各相开关时间的合理安排,可以有效的提高系统的调制系数。该方法既简单易懂,又容易数字化实现,无需进行扇区和目标矢量位置的判断,避免了计算量大的问题;通过一个额外自由度的运用,可以方便地在各种类型的脉冲宽度调制间实现无缝切换,并且在一定程度上也揭示了载波型脉冲宽度调制和空间矢量脉冲宽度调制的内在联系。仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性。The pulse width modulation(PWM)approach for five-phase voltage source inverter(VSI) is presented in this paper based on the concept of virtual switching time with a detailed explanation.The relationship between time degree of freedom and the actual inverter switching time of each phase is derived by using this concept.Through reasonable arrangement of the degree of freedom and switching time of each phase,the modulation factor in one switching cycle can be improved effectively.Various PWM schemes can be implemented with lower computational burden through this approach,as it's easy to be understood and realized,and furthermore,a seamless change from one modulation scheme to another becomes feasible.And to some extent,the internal relations of carrier-based PWM and space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM) are also revealed.The proposed modulation strategy is proved to be effective through using numerical simulations.国家985工程建设项目(0630X13400

    Research on Salt Tolerance of Rice Transformed by mangrin Gene

    以转MAngrIn基因水稻的阳性植株(11#,59#,86#)和阴性植株为材料,在0,100,150,200 MMOl/l的nACl溶液中经盐胁迫7 d后,测定叶片相对含水量、质膜透性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOd)活性和脯氨酸含量4项耐盐指标。结果表明:盐胁迫下,转基因植株的叶片相对含水量、脯氨酸含量、SOd活性明显高于阴性植株,叶片电导率则低于阴性植株。对转基因植株和阴性植株的耐盐性综合评定结果是11#>59#>86#>阴性植株。Plants transformed by mangrin gene(11#,59#,86#) and negatives were tested using several salt tolerance indices,including related water content,cell membrane permeability,SOD activity and proline content,which were conducted under the NaCl concentration of 0,100,150,200 mmol/L after 7 days.The results indicated that the transgenic rice plants accumulated more RWC,proline content and SOD activity than ck under salt stress conditions,yet cell membrane permeability decreased less than ck.According to physiological target in synthetically evaluation,the result is 11#> 59#> 86#> Negatives.福建省青年人才基金项目(2006F3022);福建省自然科学基金项目(2007J0250

    Toxicity Study of VOSO_4 Using NMR-based Metabonomics

    通讯作者:陈忠 E-mail: [email protected][中文文摘]采用基于核磁共振(NMR)的代谢组学方法,结合生化指标分析及组织病理学检测,研究了具有类胰岛素活性的硫酸氧钒(VOSO4)对Wistar大鼠的毒性作用.通过不同剂量的VOSO4对Wistar大鼠连续灌胃给药16d,收集大鼠的血清和尿液,并采集样品的1H NMR谱进行多变量数据统计分析来辨识其特征代谢物,然后采用TICL(a web Tool for automatic Interpretation of Compound List)方法建立特征代谢物的代谢网络模型,分析受影响的主要代谢途径及其相互关系.研究结果表明:高剂量组(45mg/kg)和低剂量组(15mg/kg)的特征代谢物含量与对照组存在明显的差异;与对照组相比,高剂量和低剂量组血清中乳酸、肌氨酸酐以及牛磺酸等代谢物的含量增加,尿液中氧化三甲胺(TMAO)、肌酐、牛磺酸和甘氨酸等代谢物的含量增加,并呈现显著的剂量依赖关系;给药组中乙酸和琥珀酸的含量都降低.这些结果说明VOSO4可能影响大鼠体内的糖代谢、脂类代谢及肠道菌群代谢等多个代谢系统,高剂量的VOSO4会导致肝脏毒性和肾脏损伤.[英文文摘]NMR-Based metabonomics combined with clinical biochemical analysis and histopathological examination was applied to investigate the toxicity effects of vanadyl sulfate with insulin-like activity in male Wistar rats. Male Wistar rats were administrated with VOSO4 at doses of 15 and 45 mg/kg body weight by intragastric administration for 16 d. Urine and serum samples were collected and analyzed by 1H NMR experiment. Multivariate analyses were employed to identify the characteristic metabolites for the toxicity effects of vanadyl sulfate.Then the metabolic networks of these characteristic metabolites were built up using TICL (a web Tool for automatic Interpretation of Compound List). The relationship between the characteristic metabolites and the main matebolic pathways perturbed were analyzed and discussed. The differences of metabolic profiles were examined among high-dose (45 mg/kg), low-dose (15 mg/kg) of VOSO4 and control groups. Compared to the control group, increased levels of lactate, creatinine and taurine in serum and increased excretion of trymethylamine-N2-oxide, creatinine, taurine and glycine in urine were found in both high- and low-dose groups which showed an obvious dose-dependent relationship. On the other hand, the concentration of acetate and succinate were decreased in both serum and urine samples of dosed groups.     乳腺癌患者配偶焦虑抑郁状况的调查及相关因素分析

    目的:评估乳腺癌患者配偶的焦虑抑郁状况,分析影响焦虑抑郁的相关因素。方法:采用问卷方式,调查蚌埠医学院第一附属医院肿瘤外科110名乳腺癌患者配偶。该问卷由焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和人口社会学资料组成。结果:乳腺癌患者配偶焦虑和抑郁的发生率分别为43.36%和40.91%。SAS、SDS评分与国内常模比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。乳腺癌患者配偶常见焦虑、抑郁情绪的相关因素为年龄、文化程度、付费形式、家庭月收入、肿瘤分期等。结论:乳腺癌患者配偶焦虑、抑郁的发生率较高,临床护理中要加强对配偶的心理干预

    对NMR波谱数据的统计分析是基于NMR代谢组学研究的关键问题之一.鉴于NMR波谱信号可以近似为样品中各种成分谱信号的线性叠加,本文将非负矩阵分解(NMF)方法引入基于NMR代谢组学的数据处理中,并与代谢组学中常用的统计方法——主成分分析(PCA)进行比较.通过NMF和PCA两种方法对健康志愿者与2型糖尿患者血液和尿液的NMR谱图的统计分析,对所获取的特征代谢物进行比较和验证,并探讨了PCA方法可能存在的不足之处及其原因;阐明了NMF方法是基于NMR的代谢组学研究中较理想的数据分析方法.最后,讨论了基于NMR代谢组学在糖尿病研究中的前景
