    为了辅助医生完成视网膜显微手术中精细的手术操作,过滤颤抖、提高精度和稳定性,提出一种生成手术机器人空间运动约束的方法——虚拟固定器(VF).首先,通过引入手术环境约束和任务约束,采用加权、线性化的多目标约束条件,根据用户的输入设置目标函数,构造了视网膜显微手术中所需的6个虚拟固定器基元.在此基础上,以远程运动中心虚拟约束(RCM VF)的生成为例,通过约束运动基元的组合,推导了复杂约束运动的实现方法.各约束运动基元算法及复杂约束运动算法的仿真结果表明,手术器械可以按照虚拟固定器的定义实现特定的约束运动.最后,在各手术步骤中引入约束运动基元的基础上,在乒乓球和离体猪眼球上进行了手术操作实验,证明了在该虚拟固定器的引导下,视网膜机器人可以完成高难度的手术操作,验证了所提出算法的合理性和有效性.国家自然科学基金(51175013);;福建省高校青年自然基金青年重点项目(JZ160493

    Finite Element Modeling of Carotid Siphon Based on CT Data

    目的基于CT血管造影(CT AngIOgrAPHy,CTA)扫描数据,构建颈内动脉虹吸段三维有限元模型。方法利用gE lIgHTSPEEd64排螺旋CT扫描获得颈内动虹吸段CTA数据,将dICOM格式原始数据直接读入MIMICS软件系统,采用阈值分割与手动分割相结合的处理方法,选择感兴趣部位,计算得到初步三维几何模型。调用fEA模块的rEMESH功能,获取血管面网格,文件以流体网格格式保存并输出,再导入gAMbIT软件进行流体网格划分及网格质量检查,获取三维有限元模型。结果构建了颈内动脉虹吸段有限元模型,模型具有良好的解剖形态,与实体相一致。其流体网格文件可直接导入流体力学有限元软件进行相关研究。结论基于CTA扫描数据进行颈内动脉有限元建模具有精确、快速及效率高的特点,为血管流体力学研究提供基础。Objective To achieve finite element modeling of carotid siphon based on CT data.Methods By GE Lightspeed 64 MSCT scan with 0.625 mm in thickness, we got the CT data of carotid siphon, which was loaded to the software of "Mimics" with the dicom-format images.With the combination of threshold setting and manual editing, the three-dimensional geometry model was calculated.With the Remesh function of FEA module, the vascular surface grid was gained and saved as fluid grid format, which was directly loaded to Gambit software to divide fluid mesh and check its quality.Finally the finite element modeling of carotid siphon was finished.Results Finite element modeling of carotid siphon was successfully set up.It had the same good anatomical shape as a real object.The fluid grid data could be directly loaded to hydromechanics finite element software for further research.Conclusion Finite element modeling of carotid siphon based on CT data has the characteristics of accuracy and high efficiency, which provides basic medium for hemodynamic research.国家自然科学基金面上项目(项目编号:81071214

    Functional groups of benthic macrofauna in the 14th Yong intertidal zone of Nansha,Guangzhou

    大型底栖动物根据食性可分为浮游生物食者(planktophagous,Pl)、植食者(phytophagous,Ph)、肉食者(carnivorous,C)、杂食者(omnivorous,O)和碎屑食者(detritivorous,D)五个功能群。本文根据2007–2008年度和2013–2014年度在茳芏(Cyperus malaccensis)、海桑(Sonneratia caseolaris)2种生境调查获得的各4个季度的大型底栖动物数据,分析了广州南沙十四涌潮间带大型底栖动物功能群的生境差异、季节变化和年际变化。2007–2008年度采集到26种大型底栖动物,低于2013–2014年度的36种。无论是2007–2008年度还是2013–2014年度,茳芏、海桑生境的大型底栖动物均以植食者的栖息密度和生物量最高,碎屑食者的栖息密度和生物量最低。生境比较得出,茳芏生境大型底栖动物浮游生物食者(Pl)的丰富度指数(d)、均匀度指数(J)和多样性指数(H')均高于海桑生境。年度比较得出,在茳芏和海桑生境,2013–2014年度浮游生物食者的丰富度指数、均匀度指数和多样性指数均高于2007–2008年度,这是因为2013–2014年度采集到红树蚬(Gelonia coaxans)和彩虹明樱蛤(Morerlla iridescens)等,而2007–2008年度没有采集到。Benthic macrofauna were classified into 5 functional groups,i.e.planktophagous(Pl),phytophagous(Ph),carnivorous(C),omnivorous(O) and detritivorous(D).The biotope difference,seasonal and annual variations of functional group of benthic macrofauna in the intertidal zone of the 14 th Yong of Nansha,Guangzhou were analyzed in this study according to the four seasonal data of benthic macrofauna collected in two biotopes(Cyperus malaccensis and Sonneratia caseolaris) in 2007–2008 and 2013–2014.A total of 26 species were recorded in 2007–2008,which was lower than 36 species in 2013–2014.Both in 2007–2008 and 2013–2014,phytophagous group showed the highest value while detritivorous group shared the lowest one in density and biomass.Habitat comparison showed that the abundance index(d),evenness index(J) and diversity index(H') of planktophagous group in Cyperus malaccensis habitat were all higher than those in Sonneratia caseolaris habitat.Annual comparison showed that the abundance index,evenness index and diversity index of planktophagous group in 2013–2014 were all higher than those in 2007 –2008 both in Cyperus malaccensis and Sonneratia caseolaris habitats because the planktophagous such as Gelonia coaxans and Morerlla iridescens and so on were collected in 2013–2014 but they were not found in 2007–2008.国家自然科学基金(41176089和41376113

    〔目的〕研究含氯消毒剂在实验室水平对船舶压舱水中赤潮藻的杀灭效果,为现场实验提供理论依据。〔方法〕通过测定叶绿素a的含量,比较药物作用前后的藻细胞数量,反映药物对试验藻种的量效和时效关系。〔结果〕药物浓度、作用时间与杀灭效果呈现正相关趋势,但较高的作用浓度决定了高昂的投药成本和潜在的环境代价。〔结论〕含氯消毒剂不宜单独用于杀灭压舱水中的赤潮藻类,可以考虑作为压舱水综合处理体系中的高层次处理方法

    福建外来船舶压舱水中浮游植物种类组成与丰度及其影响因素的初步研究

    2006~2008年间对进入福建沿海4个主要港口的12艘国际航船所携带的压舱水进行浮游植物种类组成和丰度分布的调查.此调查共检测出浮游植物7个门86属239种(含变种和变型),77μm孔径网滤样和20μm孔径网滤样的平均藻类丰度分别为1.2×102cells/dm3(变动在0~9.1×102cells/dm3间)和3.4×103cells/dm3(变动在0~3.0×104cells/dm3间).同时对其中6艘船舶的压舱水样品用f/2培养基培养,共有13种硅藻和1种甲藻被成功培养.文中还分析了压舱水中浮游植物丰度与盐度、水龄的关系,并结合历史资料讨论了压舱水里各类浮游植物的分布

    随机选取东南沿海港口的17艘外来船舶(含8条集装箱船和9条散货船)作为监测对象,进行压舱水浮游植物及动物的物种鉴定和丰度测定,并对监测数据进行统计学分析。检出分属于7个浮游植物门类和5个动物门类的309种外来压舱水生物(包括60种赤潮生物)。外轮压舱水生物的分布及生存状态与水样的水龄和盐度相关。船舶压舱水排放是大家熟知的外来水生生物入侵的主要媒介。本调查结果表明,中国东南沿海外来散货船的压舱水排放所具的潜在生物入侵风险比集装箱船更应受关注

The SEM images of the S-EG materials indicate the nanocomposites consist of nanosheets with a layer-by-layer structure. Electrochemical tests reveal that the nanocomposite with a sulphur content of 60% (0.6S-EG) can deliver the highest discharge capacity of 1210.4 mAh g(-1) at a charge-discharge rate of 280 mA g(-1) in the first cycle, the discharge capacity of the 0.6S-EG remains as high as 957.9 mAh g(-1) after 50 cycles of charge-discharge. Furthermore, at a much higher charge-discharge rate of 28 A g(-1), the 0.6S-EG cathode can still deliver a high reversible capacity of 337.5 mAh g(-1).
