    TT virus(TTV)DNA was tested by nested-PCR from sera of hepatitis patients and volunteer blood donors in Minnan area. The amplified segment was a 189 base pair region in TTV ORF2. A total of six sequences were obtained from three non-A to G hepatits patients and two from volunteer blood donors. The sequences were found to be with 82.9% to 99.3% homology to TTV Japanese strain and Chinese strain. The divergence of sequence in these six segments varied from 0.7% to 17.1%, which indicated that the TTV had been existing for a long time in this area. In the serum of a non-A to G hepatitis patient who was negative for TTV DNA in the 14th day of disease course turned to be positive in the 30th day, two TTV sequences were obtained which showed 92.1% nucleotide homology. It indicated that different TTV strains can co exist in the same person.     Isolation and identification of PAH-degradating strains and their degradation capability

    以芴、菲、蒽、芘为碳源和能源筛选、分离PAHs降解菌。14株能降解利用PAHs的菌株被分离。通过HPLC分析,在含芴、菲、蒽、芘的混合培养基质中10号菌的降解能力最强。研究它的降解性能和生长情况,表明该菌在混合反应体系中培养30d后对芴、菲、蒽、芘的降解率分别为95.27、90.46、28和80%;在只含一种PAH的单反应体系中该菌对芴、菲、蒽的降解能力提高,降解率分别可达98.91、94.32和52.17%,而对芘的降解能力则降低,降解率仅为62.47%。与混合PAHs培养体系相比,在单一PAH培养体系中,细菌的对数生长期缩短1/3。经生理生化鉴定和16SrDNA序列对比分析,确定10号菌株属于假单胞菌,命名为PseudomonasspFAP10。Fluorenen, phenathalene, anthracene and pyrene were used as carbon and energey source to isolate and screen PAHs-degrading strains. Fourteen strains capable of degrading PAHs were isolated from the petroleum in seawater contaminated. Analyses was done by HPLC, strain No.10 showed the strongest degrading ability in the mixing system of fluorene、phenathalene、anthracene and pyrene. Its degradation performance and growth curve were tested. The degradation rates of fluorenen, phenathalene, anthracene and pyrene were 95.27%、90.46%、28% and 80% respectively in the mixing system within 30d. Under the condition of single PAH existence,the degradation rates of fluorene、phenathalene and anthracene by strain No.10 increased to 98.91%、94.32%、52.17% respectively while the degradation rate of pyrene decreased to 62.47%. Compared to the mixing system, the logarithmic growth phase of strain No.10 was shortened one third in single PAH system..     Moving Target Tracking of Robot Based on Human Simulated Intelligent Control

    基于仿人智能控制理论,设计了轮式机器人动态目标跟踪控制方案.通过特征提取与识别对机器人感知状态空间进行划分,建立感知模态,结合多种控制方法,构成不同的控制模态,并利用产生式规则使不同的感知驱动相应运动控制.以中型机器人frOnTIEr-I为例,进行了仿真与实物控制实验,并与传统PId进行对比.结果表明该算法具有较好的轨迹优化和快速响应能力.A target tracking control system for wheeled robot is proposed based on human simulated intelligent control theory.Firstly,the perception space is divided into several modes through character extraction and recognition.Secondly,different control modes are built by combining different basic control methods.Finally,the corresponding motion control is driven by different perception according to production rule.Based on some middle-sized robot,Frontier-I,many experiments have been done in simulation and actual environment respectively,and are compared with the traditional PID control method.Experiment results show that the built controller has track optimizing capacity and fast responding ability.国家自然科学基金资助项目(60443004);重庆市教委科技项目(KJ080621
