    NOSES左结直肠癌根治术取标本困难病例的回顾性分析

    目的评价经自然腔道取出标本的全腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术使用蔡氏套管器的临床应用价值。方法通过自制的专利器械——蔡氏套管器,对70例结直肠癌患者,行经自然腔道取出标本的全腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术,并对患者的临床及手术资料进行回顾性分析。结果 70例患者均在全腹腔镜下完成手术,标本均经过肛门取出。其中降结肠癌7例,乙状结肠癌35例,直乙交界处癌2例,直肠中上段癌26例。无中转开腹和围手术期死亡。通过分析,术前使用\"体质肿瘤指数\"进行患者的评分,评估手术标本取出难易程度,同时,术中使用抵钉座置入等全腹腔镜下手术技术,顺利完成手术。结论经肛门自然腔道取出标本的全腹腔镜下结直肠癌根治术操作安全、创伤小、疼痛轻、更美观,可达到根治性切除的效果。并且可对更高位置的结肠肿瘤如降结肠癌实施全腹腔镜下手术切除,经肛取出标本,在肿瘤根治的基础上进一步提高了微创性。福建省科技计划引导性项目(No.2015D008);;福建省卫生系统中青年人才骨干培养项目(No.2015-ZQN-JC-42

    Analysis on epidemiological charateristics of chlamydia trachomatis infection in Jiangsu Province,2006-2011

    目的了解江苏省2006-2011年生殖道沙眼衣原体感染的流行病学特征,为制定防治生殖道沙眼衣原体感染的策略提供科学依据。方法收集2006-2011年江苏省通过中国疾病预防控制信息系统报告的生殖道沙眼衣原体感染病例资料,并对资料进行流行病学分析。结果 2006-2011年,江苏省生殖道沙眼衣原体感染发病率呈快速上升的趋势,2006年为0.12/10万,2011年为3.15/10万,发病率年均增长速度为92.23%;在报告的5 859例病例中,男女性别比为0.3∶1,各年生殖道沙眼衣原体感染男女性别差异有统计学意义;发病年龄主要集中在20~29岁年龄组,占50.96%;江苏省生殖道沙眼衣原体感染报告病例主要集中在苏南和苏中的较发达城市;主要以家庭及待业者和工人为主。结论江苏省生殖道沙眼衣原体感染发病率快速增长,应加强对生殖道沙眼衣原体的防治,以控制其感染的快速流行。江苏省医学重点人才(RC2011086);江苏省医学重点人才(RC2011087); 江苏省科技项目(Y201029

    呋喃妥因 (NFT)在 0 .1mol/LHAc NaAc (pH 4 .0 )溶液中于钴 /玻碳 (Co/GC)离子注入修饰电极上产生一灵敏的伏安还原峰 ,峰电位为 - 0 .2 6V(vs.Ag/AgCl) ,峰电流与NFT浓度在 6 .0× 10 -8~ 5 .0× 10 -6mol/L范围内呈线性关系 (r =0 .9987) ,检出限为 1.0× 10 -8mol/L。用线性扫描伏安法和循环伏安法研究了NFT的伏安行为、吸附特性和电极反应机理。测定了电子转移数 (n =4 )、转移系数 (α =0 .5 8)和参与反应的质子数 (X =4 )等电化学参数。结果表明该电极过程为一具有吸附性的不可逆过程。该法用于片剂中NFT含量的测定 ,得到满意的结果。用标准加入法测得该法的回收率为 94 .0 %~ 98.5 %。In 0.1 mol/L HAc-NaAc buffer (pH 4.0) solution, a sensitive reductive peak of nitrofurantion was obtained by linear sweep voltammetry on the cobalt/glassy carbon (Co/GC) ion implantation modified electrode. The peak potential was -0.26 V ( vs. Ag/AgCl). The linear range between the peak current and the concentration of nitrofurantoin was 6.0 x 10(-8) similar to5.0 x 10(-6) mol/L (r = 0.9987). The detection limit was 1.0 x 10(-8) mol/L. The voltammetric behaviour, adsorptive characteristic and the electrode reaction mechanism of nitrofarantoin were studied by means of linear sweep and cyclic voltammetry. Some electrochemical parameters such as electron transfer numbers (n = 4), electron transfer coefficient (alpha = 0.58) and proton numbers (X = 4) have been determined. The electrode reduction process of nitrofurantoin at Co/GC was irreversible with adsorptive characteristic. This method has been used to determine the content of nitrofurantoin in medical tablets.     Preparation of Surface Molecularly Imprinted Magnetic Nanoparticles for Hemoglobin Sensing

    以Fe3O4磁性纳米粒子为载体、多巴胺(DA)为功能单体、血红蛋白(Hb)为模板分子,用氯铂酸氧化DA生成聚多巴胺(PDA),同时氯铂酸还原为铂纳米粒子(PtNPs),与Hb一起负载于Fe3O4纳米粒子表面,洗脱Hb后合成了表面分子印迹磁性纳米粒子(印迹Fe3O4/PDA-PtNPs). 将印迹Fe3O4/PDA-PtNPs修饰于磁性玻碳基底表面,制得印迹Fe3O4/PDA-PtNPs修饰电极. 实验结果表明,印迹Fe3O4/PDA-PtNPs具有良好的水溶性,粒径分布均匀,生成的PtNPs具有良好的导电性和刚性. 用印迹Fe3O4/PDA-PtNPs构建的传感器对Hb具有良好的识别性,在0.14 ~ 2.7 μg·mL-1 Hb浓度范围与交流阻抗变化值呈良好的线性关系,检出限(S/N=3)为0.05 μg·mL-1.Surface molecularly imprinted magnetic nanoparticles (NPs) were prepared by employing dopamine (DA) as a functional monomer, hemoglobin (Hb) as a template, H2PtCl6 as an oxidant triggered DA polymerization on the surface of the Fe3O4 NPs. The Hb and the formed platinum nanoparticles (PtNPs) were embedded into the polydopamine (PDA). After removal of the Hb, the surface molecularly imprinted magnetic nanoparticles (imprinted Fe3O4/PDA-PtNPs) were formed, and then simply immobilized on the magnetic glassy carbon electrode (imprinted Fe3O4/PDA-PtNPs/MGCE) for Hb sensing. The imprinted Fe3O4/PDA-PtNPs were demonstrated magnetic spherical shape with good solubility in water and narrow size distribution. The PtNPs embedded in the imprinted coating could effectively promote the conductivity and the mechanical strength of imprinted cavity.
